30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Hole in blind in bathroom which I covered during my stay. Food was warm not hot. All staff were vey good and friendly. Golf course is outstanding.

Die Qualität und die Auswahl von Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich schlecht und entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Hotel Der Pool war zu kalt und der Wellness Bereich nicht einladend (alles sehr karg ohne Atmosphäre) Im Restaurant mussten Getränke immer direkt bezahlt werden, obwohl wir bei der Buchung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen mussten Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam, beim Frühstück war die Kellnerin alleine total überfordert, es wurde früh wie abends nur schlecht bzw auf Nachfrage und langem Warten aufgefüllt Gute Öffnungszeiten für Pool und Saunen Lage ist sehr abgelegen, Bahnhof fußläufig Die Heizung ließ sich über eine zentrale Steuerung nicht ausschalten, sodass es unerträglich heiß im Zimmer war und wir Anfang April mit gekipptem Fenster schlafen müssen Parkplatz war kostenfrei trotz Hinweis bei Buchung dass er extra kostet Kurtaxe musste direkt bei check in bezahlt werden Nicht geeignet für Vegetarier, Veganer hätten zero Auswahl Pool und Wellness Bereich war trotz Ostern nicht überlaufen und genug Platz

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und somit war im Wellnessbereich nicht viel los. Könnte mir vorstellen das wenn viel los ist , der Wellnessbereich sehr voll sein wird. Die Saunen sind relativ klein. Teilweise passen nur 3 bis 4 Personen darein , außer in die Finischen Für unser empfinden war der Pool mit 28,5 Grad etwas zu kalt , aber wir sind auch Warmduscher. Alles andere war mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen (Halbpension) war absolut ausreichen . Es gab immer Suppe , Salat , verschiedene Fleisch/ Fischgerichte und Beilagen. Getränke am Abend waren nicht mit im Preis, aber die Preise waren sehr fair. Die Parkplatzgebühr ( 10 Euro am Tag) empfand ist etwas frech , da überhaupt nichts los war und dieser auch nicht abgesichert ist. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum . Bademantel. Handtücher sowie auch Tücher für die Sauna werden gestellt
