Spa was small and barely had room in it For a spa resort i was expecting more . Staff at reception barely speak english and some was impatient which made me feel not so welcomed

If you have budget issue this hotel could be a good choice, otherwise I won’t pick it again. It’s a very standard 3 star( don’t know how it reaches 4.5 star) this could be a miss leading

Staff are extremely unfriendly and aggressive The restaurant staff are beyond rude and very aggressive The food is terrible and smells horrible Serious Language barrier they only speak czk and Russian no English at all
