The parking lot gravel is torn up. An Elevator was down all weekend while they had 3 Huge Reunions and people totally not accommodated. This was the worse thick air humid place I have every stayed. They were not prepared for their booked guest. This place needs work and management.

Rooms were clean, quite and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Needs improvement in the following areas: - USP ports required to charge your phone, iPad etc. - Need power points on both sides of the bed. -Iron box provided, but there were no iron board - No safety locker provided - Phone provided, but there were no phone directory to know any of the hotel contact numbers

The pool was so dirty, there was a film of algae on the bottom of it. Rooms are outdated. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I check in and get to our room with only one bed in it. I went to the desk to ask and they said they are sold out of 2 beds so she gave me a free breakfast buffet coupon which seems like everyone there had one so it really wasn’t compensated very well. All in all I would not suggest this hotel. 10 years ago it was great. Not worth the price of almost 300$ for 2 nights!

Hotels.com positioned the hotel as able to accommodate 5 so we reserved a room only to find that they only have rooms for 4. Based on when we arrived, we had to pay for a second room in order to be able to stay. Our room was just ok - bathroom counter was coming off the wall, shower sprayed all over the floor, curtains dragged on the window sill and housekeeping never came to one of our rooms during the entire three night stay. Not what I would expect from a Marriott.

Mold on the ceiling and walls in our bathroom. Exhaust vent too small to properly ventilate the bsthroom. Was like having a rain forest in our hotel room. Even with Luke warm shower, everything in the bathroom was soak from condensation. Tried another room, same issues. Hotel wouldn’t refused to refund as they said we were moving to another hotel that was closer to bowling alley. What they didn’t say is it was also further from 3 of them we needed to go to! Could not tell you to stay away from this hotel enough! Still fighting to get money back.

The front desk was so friendly and efficient. She let us know where everything was. The lobby, the halls, and the room were so clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable that I want to take them home. I had reservations about this place being attatched to the mall, but that was awesome! You can tell the employees do their jobs well. It is appreciated more than they know.

There was a very long line upon check-in and only a single person working the front desk. This was on a Saturday evening, which I assume is likely a busy time. The staff and cleanliness were great but this location sorely needs some modern upgrades. You can tell it was once a BEAUTIFUL hotel. It has good bones. The entry and view from upstairs are beautiful. But the hallways and rooms are pretty dated, chipped paint, etc. Idk why but elevator 1 smells a bit like pee.

This property has declined significantly over the past 3 years ! Sheets dirty and first room assignment had small refrigerator in bathtub. Front desk staff said manager will call me but since you used 3rd party vendor unlikely to get refund so lost 2 night stays. Never again !

The property was clean and well maintained but dated. The air conditioner is very loud, making it hard to sleep. The window curtains are non existent, letting in a lot of light. The shower head was very poor. Housekeeping did a very good job in cleaning the room. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
