Check in was easy and the room is nice and clean! They are doing construction so you have to go through a different door because the main door is out of service but it wasn’t a hassle. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Safe, nice area.

The listing shows photos of a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The pool was cold. The tv was on the side of the bed instead of in front of it. The shower door had a broken mechanism. The balcony door did not seem to work or was stuck. It was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is convenient.

Very clean, great location, tons of parking. Right next to a mall with food & shopping. Close to interstate but not super congested. Friendly & helpful staff. They emailed us the day we checked in to give us a heads up about construction that effected leaving the property, which was a nice touch!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having the sliding door that we could open as well! The dining area was very nice and we loved that you could enjoy a drink in the evenings too!

The staff were incredibly friendly upon check in. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a 24-hour snack stand and a little eat-in bistro and bar. The ONLY miff that I have is that the pictures I saw definitely indicated there was a hot tub in the pool area and there is not, it’s a small heated pool with a fitness center next door. They do have an “adults only” hour from 10-11 PM and we enjoyed that. I would stay here again!

This makes two years we have stayed for 10 to 12 days. The people that work in this hotel are the best. The room was great and clean. Two things one the rug at the side door will not lay down its a trip hazard it needs to be replaced befor someone falls. Next i hate what was done to the pool, it has been closed in its dark and i didn't feel happy in that room. The new work out room is very nice.

Very satisfied with the property except the door leading into were I entered to get to the elevator was extremely dirty as was the floor. Which surprised me because I stayed her before and it has always been perfection. Grant you with the weather, snow, slush the day I checked in, I have to assume that may have been the reason.

The smoke alarm went off numerous times because of steam from the shower The bed was turned perpendicular to the TV so if you were laying in the bed, you would not be able to see it unless you sat up. Also, there were no outlets on the other side of the bed so only one person could plug in their phone.

The Wi-Fi is in desperate need of an upgrade. I was in ton for business. I will stay elsewhere next time just for better Wi-Fi. Everything else was great.

The Internet connectivity was painfully SLOW DO NOT plan to stay there if you intend to work remotely utilizing the internet. IT WAS TERRIBLE despite the hotel staff's apologies for the poor connectivity.

I liked the staff very much and overall the hotel is very nice for the price. However the services could use some help. I had requested my room to be tidied daily and they skipped three out on me three times. Also the mini fridge and phone were not working. I think these issues will be fixed. If so, five stars instead of four. Oh and they have a pool!

Friendly staff who went above and beyond the average. Always greeted me on the way out and returning; gave local info when asked, provided me with a bottle of water while waiting for a friend outside on a very hot day. Loved my accessible room with the amenities I needed. Very clean and safe.

I checked in at 3:05pm. There was no towels in the room. 6:00pm no towels in machine still. 9:00pm towels arrived have to cancel and stay in from traveling from Indiana and could not take a shower. Saturday cook quits and waiting for food, all trays and pancakes were empty.

I was in Detroit for a training seminar and stayed here 3 nights. I typically stay at a different hotel when in Detroit but was decided to stay at Courtyard because of the onsite bistro. My room was quiet, the bed very comfortable and the building was safe. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, smiling and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about the front desk associates; they were the first ones with greetings and smiles in the morning, and welcomed me back in the evening and stopped to have a pleasant brief conversation—I truly looked forward to that each day because they made it home away from home- thank you for your smiles! The bistro has great breakfast and friendly service. The staff in the bistro was super friendly and professional. Try the avocado toast! Overall, this is a quality hotel at a fair price—similar to many in decor. But the staff is what makes this hotel shine! I will most definitely return!

We stayed here twice on our tour of Michigan- first night and near the end. Both stays were great. The second time we got a room with a broken AC. We were moved to another room within minutes of reporting the problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Bistro is pricey, but has lots of options. We only ate breakfast once, but it was excellent. Unfortunately we had already eaten dinner elsewhere, so we didn’t get to try the Bistro in the evening. Our grandson enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable- especially wonderful after long days. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. Debbie was great w/ breakfast & is always helpful during our family stay. Debbie gives top notch service!The best place to stay when away from home. My grans love to swim in the pool. Will come back! Happy times!🤗
