B&B HOTEL St-Pölten

Usual exceptionally clean B&B hotel. This is the fourth we have stayed at in various European countries and they all stand out for their cleanliness and dimple efficiency. Staff are always first class and nothing is too much trouble

Brilliant location next to the park.Clean rooms and everything you need for a relax stay. Parking located to the detached building next door and is secured with key access. Definitely recommend! Check in was a bit slow as only one member of staff behind the desk.

Good clean hotel - excellent value for money. Short walk to attractive town centre and right next to a very pretty park.

We arrived before midnight, there was no-one at the reception, despite the fact that it should be open until then. We were unable to check in as no booking number was sent by email. We called several times to the emergency number that was placed on the wall, no answer, redirecting to a voice mail for them to call us back, obviously this didn't happen. In the meantime another's clients arrived, we was 3 family in total witk kids including baby's. Even with the booking reference number they couldn't manage to check in as the machine didn't recognise it. It was giving us the option to book another rooms and pay again, however no room were available. After spending up to 1 hour at the main entrance one staff from the reception, probably heard us taking, came and brought us the keys for the rooms. We asked for the parking and we was told that is full, I doubt it was, just the staff to lazy and not carrying at all. The gate close as well, the staff redirected to another parking for which we had to pay 15 euro and walk back to the b&b. The booking that I made was with breakfast included but when I went to ask was already closed to the clients and all the staffs from there were enjoying their breakfast, therefore myself and my family couldn't benefit of this. I would suggest from my experience to have at least 1 staff on call there, and at least an on call number, otherwise our experience was terrible and I wouldn't recommend.
