Great area. Super staff. Very interesting hotel. It looks like a castle inside the lobby. The breakfast was lovely.

Hotel was beautiful, old architecture. Staff was very helpful. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Parking garage is very close, a 5 minute walk.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Aix. Lovely converted convent hotel with convenient location to all main sights. Close to restaurants and shopping it offered a great stay to kick off my travels in France. Staff were helpful and I would book again.

Parking is off-site about a block away which is good, but there was was no pre notification as to where to park. We had to travers the old city, lanes wide enough for medieval carts, to find out we couldn't drive to the hotel. We called and they were very sorry and gave us great directions to the parking ramp. Also, our shower was a pretty bad experience causing water to nearly flood the entire room.
