Room was huge and nice. Could use updating the bathroom and close it off with the vanity. Can't turn on the light and use the sink when someone with you is sleeping. Elevator is really slow we had to use the stairs a couple of times.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. A/C worked perfect. It was a little loud but we tried to ignore it. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable with about a 47” screen tv. Breakfast consisted of hot foods, fresh fruit, cereals, breads, and many assorted beverages at no additional cost. Only one elevator was operational, which at times, you would have to wait a few extra minutes. Overall, the value for the cost made it very pleasing. I would stay here again.

Overall, for the value a very good choice rooms are very spacious quiet, and has all the amenities that you would expect during my say the only downfall was the elevator was not working properly, which required a lot of stair use to go between floors. The only other complaint that I have is there’s one ice machine on the six floor And when you don’t have a proper elevator service being on the second floor was inconvenient, but for the most part, I would stay at this hotel again, despite the two issues that I had. I also would recommend this hotel to others for the value. The staff was very friendly as well.

Comfortable bed! Quiet night. One of the two elevators was out of order causing a little bit more of a wait. We were on the top floor so doing stairs with luggage was not an option.

Wifi is not available first night. Staff asked us to give tech a call. Second and third night work on and off. Family had to live on data and hotspot. Had to use business center as laptop simply couldn’t connect with wifi. The bedding is filthy with someone’s hair. The face towel returned with the same stain as the day before. Everyone on staff had phenomenal customer service skills. I requested for a walk-in shower and the room exceed my expectations. The breakfast was decent and everything was within 10 minutes away. Grows: The inconvenience of not having a microwave in the room. In addition, pieces of hair was on the couch and floor. Nothing an extended lent roller couldn’t fix.

Room wasn’t clean. Men’s pubic hair in bathroom and men’s beard hair on sink. Fluids on the beds headboard and smudges, fingerprints on the table. Even asked the front desk to send housekeeper next day to fix, they never offered a different room and the next day cleaning, not one complaint was resolved. Suggesting to anyone else just check the cleanliness. If housekeeping cleans the same room twice and it’s still not clean, something’s wrong.

I rented a double room. As we were getting ready for bed we pulled down the top comforter only to find crumbs everywhere. The bed hadn't been changed from previous stay. The front desk got me new sheets and a comforter. I began to make the bed my self I notice the comforter had stains all over it...didn't smell good. Ugh! Then the sheet they gave me had blood stains on it. WHAT? So I get a new set...not one time was an apology offered. Weird. THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE

Our group had 2 rooms for 4 nights. We found the rooms to be clean & spacious with a nice sitting area. During that time though, we never received any cleaning service - not even towels or additional coffee when requested. And we never had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I'm not sure why they overlooked our rooms, but it was a nice enough hotel - especially for the price - so we would go back.

The hotel was clean and the room was great! The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioner. The fan was quite noisy but once I was asleep it didn’t bother me. The breakfast looked good but I only had time to grab a coffee to go as I was taking the 6:00 am shuttle to the airport and that was when breakfast started.

Stayed for one night as I was in transit to the airport. Two things I will change personally. The TV ia placed midway between the bedroom and the living hall. So if you are lying in your bed and watching you have to watch in an angle - very weird. The AC made too much noise all throughout the night; this is not a regular constant noise but a fluttering noise and it was hard to sleep. Otherwise everything is quite standard for a budget hotel.

Fantastic front desk team!! Kiona was amazing. My flight was delayed several times over and I ended up checking in the next morning. The communication was the front desk staff was so good throughout my flight ordeal. When I checked in Kiona took such good care of me and my family. Location is within 10 minutes of the Dulles Airport. Hotel is in a quiet spot.

However, the front desk clerk, who identified himself as “Wayne,” informed me that my room had been “cancelled” by the third-party provider. When I looked at my emails, I saw that I had received an email at around 10 pm from the hotel (via Hotels.com) but it was blank. Cameron was an excellent customer service representative, when I told her that this was my first time in the area she made recommendations for things that my family and I could do that was inexpensive. Excellent staffs, absolute worth of money, very convenient airport shuttle service. I stayed here by myself with my infant and large 4 luggages, stroller, etc for one night before my international travel. The staffs helped me everything with my big luggages while checking in and out. They have really a warm welcoming atmosphere. I am really grateful to them.

We were visiting friends in Arlington, Ashburn, and Purcellville. The hotel is in a great location to easily get to these parts of NOVA. The hotel seems to be very safe. The rooms are very nice and have LOTS of space, although the layout was a little weird (i.e., the closet is located in an awkward place). However, it offers very good quality for the price.

The only negative comment I have is the breakfast. Despite it was 7 am when we dined, the breakfast offered a great variety. Only the eggs were rubbery, cold and served from a cast iron pot. The sausage was also cold, dried out and rubbery, as well as the French toast sticks. I wouldn’t offer the option if it’s not going to be served at least warm. Other than that, the stay and room were great.
