Desk attendant at check in was nice and apologetic that the inside pool area was not heated. Was disappointed to find out that the hotel was not heating the pool or pool area as that was the reason we chose the hotel.

The biggest reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor pool which the kids always love however, the pool was freezing cold and so was the “hot” tub which was very surprising - my kids attempted to get in but their lips were blue. Clean room and very good breakfast though.

It was a great stay however, I booked because there was an indoor pool. The thing is, for an indoor pool, the water was absolutely freezing. There was a jacuzzi that wasn’t functioning either. We were told that when the new owners took over, they didn’t want to offer the jacuzzi. So sadly, my stay wasn’t 5 stars because of this. Otherwise staff was great and cleanliness for the most part seemed ok (mildew beginning to grow on bathroom ceilings). Breakfast was on point. Check in and out was flawless.

The hotel itself was clean and a nice location, however our room wasnt stocked with sheets for the pull out sofa,our room didnt have any soaps, and the pool and hot tub were freezing cold not even enjoyable to relax in. The hotel staff was decent and did help with the soap and blankets but were out of extra sheets.

Nice, clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was a hot tub shown in the picture, but it was filled with cold water. The indoor pool water is also cold, so not much good for using other than in the summer. We stayed at this hotel for the pool, so that was disappointing. We could have stayed at a cheaper hotel near by.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. This was not advertised. I walked into the unlocked pool area to find no water in pool or hot tub. I was shocked that the doors of the pool were not locked!! There was absolutely no warning for people with kids etc! The beds are hard and I could feel the springs. There are also stains all along the bed skirt! The coffee pots are kept in the bathroom which is not hygienic! On arrival the desk clerk was pleasant and did change our room for us. The rooms are all advertised as having separate seating areas with a couch. They don’t all have this! I asked about coffee and she directed me to the dark dining area in her lobby. She was kind enough to turn the light’s on when I went back and asked her!! We would not book here again!

I did not like that the jetted tub was not working, that was my whole reason for the stay. When I asked the front desk, she said oh we don’t have a jetted tub anymore. It would be nice to let your guest know or even have a sign up. Btw the pool was extremely cold.

MOLD! This was one of my worst hotel experiences. We stopped overnight on a long trip with 4 kids. Upon check in we were told that the pool was closed for the season - the INDOOR pool. The person who checked is in even said "a lot of people get upset about it" we walked into the room and it smelled so badly like a wet Michigan basement. We tried to set up the pull out couch and noticed a large area of mold on the underside of mattress support. So we were switched to another room. The smell was exactly the same. There was no immediately visible mold, just nasty mattress stains. The bathroom had one shampoo, no soap or other toiletries, no tissue. Un-caulked shower fixtures and someones razor cover left behind. There was also a large greasy finger smudge on the window. We should have just left. By morning all the kids were sniffling and clearing their throats. No idea if we will get any refund or compensation.

The check in was easy. The front desk attendant was very nice. The hotel was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Hallway and elevator was clean and quiet and smelled freshly cleaned. Our 1 room (single king bed room) was clean and fresh. Spacious!! I think clean and fresh are very important to feel comfortable and we did. So glad we picked here to stay over night for our travels while passing thru GA. Everything was modern (tv was difficult to work lol but that's ok) bathroom was large, clean and stocked with towels. Breakfast was definitely typical hotel A.M. food lol but the attendant working it was so lovely she made our morning with her attention to detail and her happy positive voice and warm smile. Loved our 1 night stay.

The hotel backs up to I75 which has alot of traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. You can hear noise in the hallway and next door. Looks to be a new facility, but the workmanship was shotty. Door handles are loose. Gaps in the trim are big. The toilet was very low to the ground.

Everything is nice and clean. Great people too! The only negative is the bed was like a slab of stone. We stayed two nights and I was really regretting going to bed. I tossed and turned both nights. Heck, I tried to make a bed by using the pillows. If you prefer a rock hard bed, this one is for you. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times before to attend the fair. Admittedly this is a budget hotel but the bed in our room this time was the most uncomfortable thing I can remember sleeping on. The room had a musty / moldy odor. It was Okay but not pleasant. Next time we’ll stay at the Comfort Inn next door.

However, the bed was hard as a rock, like sleeping on a stone slab, and it was so noisy with the freeway next door along with the incredibly loud air-conditioner(mini-split), it was impossible to sleep. It was like trying to sleep in a tunnel with the Indy-500 races running through.

Very disappointed with the pool, it was ice cold, we could not enjoy, staff said it wasn’t heated when we asked and said guests assumed it would be heated because it was indoors; I have never stayed at a hotel with an indoor pool with a spa/ hot tub that was ice cold. We travelled 12 hours that day with a promise to our grandchildren of a pool when we arrived; even kids couldn’t enjoy 😞 went back to the room to watch a movie instead but couldn’t get the WiFi to work

Property is older, but well maintained and our double queen room was large with a sitting area/office. Could use a fresh coat of paint and updated furnishings but otherwise was a pleasant stay. Very good location near the Ag center (2 min). Cute little downtown within 10 minutes and plenty of restaurant options. We didn't eat the breakfast, but it smelled good.

It was late and I made a mistake selecting the type of room we wanted. We wanted a king bed and selected 2 queen beds. When I opened the door of the room, I realized I had booked the wrong room. I knew that there were still king rooms available because I checked my phone right away so I went back to the front desk and I explained the situation to her. She said that because I booked via a 3rd party, she couldn’t change. I booked in the past via a 3rd party but upon arriving at the hotel, was able to switch to a different room. Then she said that there was no king available. So I told her that if I wanted, I could book a king on my phone and showed her it was available. So she said that the last king was booked 5 secondes ago. I had waited at the front desk for about 5 min before she came to the front desk and then she tells me that the last king was taken 5 seconds ago when I could still see King rooms available in my phone! She was obviously showing me that by booking thru a 3rd party, she wasn’t going to try to accommodate me. You guys are happy that hotels.com and other 3rd parties advertise for you so don’t degrade your customers if they book your hotel thru them!! Wonderful stay. Maria is a delight & made me feel so welcomed. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff is quiet & respectful in the morning. Great staff & great hotel.

This hotel was being renovated which was not mentioned upon booking. The rating for this hotel is inaccurate! We did not want to be by the elevator but that's exactly where we were put. Customer service was poor...would not recommend this hotel.

Stay was mostly fine. Clean. A/c worked well. Pool was clean. Housekeeping entered the room twice without knocking while we were in there so that was a little weird. They apparently just wanted to change the towels, but of course they had no way of knowing if we wanted them refreshed. Also on our way out they were very agressive about asking if we were checking out and wanted to know what room number. I had to keep explaining that yes I was leaving but I had more stuff to get out of my room. 5 differerent times i was asked this by housekeeping. I have traveled to 49 states and stayed in many hotels and never been hounded about checking out. I was under the assumption that I paid for the room until 11AM, so I could stay that long if necessary. So unfortunately I left feeling harassed.

Picked for pool & hot tub. Pool not heated & room was fringed. Maybe 50 degree. Hot tub was broken & told me it’s been broken for a long time with no idea if or when it will be fixed. Staff didn’t care & laughed at my inquires. Worst front desk ever.

Nice little hotel off the beaten bath. Not much around it to eat. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Make sure you ask for a room in the front. We moved as the other side had a lot of highway noise.

The property is very clean. Check-in was very easy. Our room faced the parking lot, and it was very quiet. We stayed four nights, and utilized the free breakfast each morning; there were plenty of options, with good coffee. Also, it’s right behind Cracker Barrel and very easy access to 75 and the fairgrounds.

Our stay was great the room was spacious and clean. The best part was the extremely sweet breakfast attendant who was there in the morning. She was the highlight of our stay. She was so kind to everyone especially our kids.

Clearly the hotel has been renovated so it was presentable (still an old hotel with single elevator). The breakfast area was not very accommodating and food wasn't good. The facility is fine if your just doing a single overnight stay, but for our next trip to Perry we will likely stay elsewhere.

Property was very nice except the room is not insulated enough to be up against I75. My kid needed sleep for her youth world rodeo championship and we couldn’t sleep through all the traffic. It was extremely loud and disappointing.
