The property was under construction which we were not made aware of . All the tubs had mold in them. The air conditioning ststem had a funky odor. ISo all of that was frustrating. Thirty of us stayed here for an out of state family wedding. So we had no choice but to stay. The one good thing was the breakfast.

The room was newly renovated and very nice. However they were currently completing renovation in other rooms around us, the hall ways were crowded with building material and it was very loud during the day when we were trying to nap from working late. The desk attendant in the afternoon was great and the breakfast attendant made the stay worth it. The breakfast was small but great and hot. The desk attendant on night shift could definitely yse some more training, he didnt know how to check in a hotels.com customer and was requiring a lot of extra things from me in a kinda huffy manner.

The only heated pool in the county according to the desk clerk. It was a nice stay. My wife was desperate for a pool to soak in. They had both a pool and hot tub.

The place was under construction, which was not divulged, they did offer to cancel our reservation, but it was late and we were already there, staff was noice but poorly informed, there was no breakfast one morning with no warning the carpet in the hallway was full of dog hair. A room for 4 people and they kept only leaving 2 towels, even though we hung all our towels they would take them all and only leave us 2, so repeated walks to get towels for our room

This hotel was awesome! They have an indoor pool and hot tub, which my kids loved after a long day in the car. The breakfast was amazing...they have grits!!

The room was damp and smelled badly of mildew. I found a strip of fake eyelashes in my bed. I would have changed rooms at that point but my baby was already asleep for the night. I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews.

The carpet was so dirty it was sticky on the bottom of our shoes, smelled musty, bathroom was moldy and when I pulled back the bedding there was pubic hair ALL OVER THE SHEETS!!! COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE to say the least!!!! We left we did NOT stay even to look at a different room!

Easy check-in, room was clean and quiet. Appears hotel has seen recent improvements and/or upgrades…especially dining and pool areas. But this hotel still suffers from guests who think it’s appropriate to leave feces in a bathroom sink. I don’t understand this mentality.

I made two errors…one checking online for a handicap room which I didn’t want and the other, I had the wrong date. Peggy changed the date and was very nice about it…but even though it looked like the place was not very busy, I still had to take the handicap room 125. The beds were very comfortable! What I didn’t like was the bathroom…it smelled like urine and the base of the toilet was nasty. The hair dryer was so filthy so I cleaned the horrible cord and the bathroom switches. The paint job in the bathroom also was bad. They didn’t even take off the light switch plate to paint under it…instead, they tried to paint around it with white paint which didn’t cover the edge that was previously tan. Also…there was some kind of bug in the bathtub that tried to climb out and when I tried to catch it, it crawled down the drain! I will not return.

Front desk clerk was super friendly and polite. Checl in was a breeze. Our room was clean with the exception of the floor which had a gritty feel leading me to believe it was not vacuumed properly. The caulk to the bathtub needs to be redone as it is cracked and missing. Linens and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast fare was filling and sufficient. We have stayed at thus property numerous times and will continue to do so when staying in Perry.

Doors did not work, and they had outside entrance directly into the rooms - key worked for one door, not the other. And the door it did work for still didn’t open properly. The area was dirty, not a great neighborhood and felt very unsafe. I left, and my kids and I stayed elsewhere. We did not get offered any refund or help.

Good for a one night stop. Peep holes could be easily twisted off. My room definitely needed up keep. I cant say it was the same for all the rest of the rooms. I can just go off what I had.

The property was convenient to our target location which was the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The staff was friendly, the hotel was relatively clean but old and in need of some room renovations. Including new ac units (they were very noisy, enough to disturb sleep), much brighter paint colors, new carpet, etc. When entering the room it had a urine smell but after being in the room for a bit it wasn’t noticeable, bathrooms need new everything. On the positive side the beds were very comfortable & clean.

When we arrived to check in, we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes before anyone arrived at the front desk. Once the desk clerk arrived, she wasn’t cordial. She acted like we interrupted her from whatever she was doing. Once we finally got in our room, we had to listen to people slamming doors. At breakfast the following morning, it was so loud! The facility needs more attention to the attitude of the staff. The next time we’re in the area, we will be looking at other facilities.
