Hotel is under renovation. Ceiling in hallways were open. This should have been noted before reserving. Front desk staff was amazing. Signs up letting us know there was construction.

First, they now charge for parking your car in the parking lot! We paid $143 for the room and an additional $75 for out 2 pound dog. And they need to stick us for an additional $6? Second, our bed was made with too small a fitted sheet, so it popped off as soon as we got into bed. It would not stay on. Third there were ywo long, black hairs in the tub. My husband and I are in our seventies with short, gray hair. Fourth, the Kleenex box was showing the warning blue tissues when we arrived. Of course, we ran out soon after arriving.

The property was clean and easy to access. The room was a little stale from the air being turned off. I thought the 5 dollar charge for parking was kind of petty. This is Bowling Green KY not downtown Nashville. I despise paying for parking in major cities much less pay for it in an area where parking space isn’t an issue

The hotel is in a busy location but easy to get to. Very clean, good breakfast, but the pool was shut down and it was a 95° weekend! We normally don’t bring our swimsuits when we travel but because we were gonna be there for a few days for the car show we thought it would be nice to take a dip in the pool in the evening. Nice staff, at the front desk and the cleaning folks! Uber picks you up right out front pretty decent dining options close by.

I chose this property specifically because of the pool which is closed which I was not made aware of at booking . The room has a smell to it and bathroom walls are dirty. Definitely not worth the already gouged price! Will not be staying here again.

It has a really uninviting smell to it, and the rooms have definitely seen better days. The cleanliness was not up to par, and the breakfast was maybe one of the worst I’ve seen. Definitely will not be back. Hampton should be ashamed having their name on the property. They are better than this.

The bathroom was gross. Mold in the tiles; dark rings in the tub. Floors looked dirty. Looks like it has not been updated since the 90’s. The carpet in the room was old. Good marks for the check-in staff. They were friendly and efficient.

We stayed three nights. The first night we were in a room that smelled musty, the toilet wobbled, wall paper was coming off, a hole in the wall had been repaired but not repainted, the floors were dirty, etc. We asked for a different room for the last 2 nights. It smelled better and the toilet didn't wobble, but the cleanliness is still a problem.

Room was dirty, no soap or shampoo in the room, a/c was on high and never quite got cool, parking was very tight, breakfast was lacking. We always stay at Hamptons on our road trips because of the consistency but this one was terrible.

I was excited to bring my girlfriend down to BG. I searched for the right place through your site. The room was dirty and old. Nothing like the pictures. The bed coverings were old and stale. Equivalent to a Super 8. The breakfast area was immaculate. Lobby was very nice.

Everything was quite good here. The staff and fellow travelers were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient place for us to stay. The only thing I have to say we didn’t like is that our AC unit was rather noisy, probably gets a lot of use here.

We usually love to stay at Hampton Inn hotels - the breakfasts are good, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. While the first two item in this list still apply to this location, the room was underwhelming. It feels like this location used to be a different hotel and was bought by Hampton Inn recently. The rooms are clean, but worn, and the attempts to update them were half-hearted at best: the wall paper in the bathroom was clearly done by an amateur and looked bad; carpets were worn; walls were scuffed and dingy looking; and the shower felt more appropriate for a Comfort Inn style hotel. Thankfully the bed was comfortable and clean. Though, unfortunately, our son had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was so old and had so little support that it should have come with a complimentary adjustment at the local chiropractor. Still, the breakfast was good and the staff were kind and helpful. I think with some good investment into the physical spaces this could be a nice hotel to return to....one day.

Bathroom had no ventilation of any kind. Water leaked from the shower all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. Mattress was uncomfortable which caused back pain. Room was too small. Will not stay there again

We only stayed one night. The A/C was loud and kept both me and my partner up. After my partner took a shower, the carpet outside the bathroom felt wet like there was a potential leak somewhere. The bed was okay, not super comfy, but once you got into a good position it was good. However, with the loud A/C, it was hard to stay asleep. It was probably the room we got honestly (I had accidentally selected an accessible room when I booked it but I would hate for someone who needs the accommodation to go through this experience too).

Our stay was very nice, very very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is that they were under construction. But, I guess that is a good thing because they are making themselves from a good place to stay to an excellent place to stay! Over all, we had a great nights sleep and all was well.

You know the difference between good, excellent and terrible when it comes to hotels can be difficult to decide. It only takes a few things to go wrong and your trip is ruined at the hotel. NONE of that happened here. Everything was clean, everyone was nice, the lady in the breakfast area was BEYOND good. If it's say 40 bucks more I pay at a Hampton and I KNOW it'll be a good stay, bring it on! Take my money!

They were remodeling this hotel. We understand that needs to be done sometimes. That part was not the problem. Our room had no microwave and we definitely use the microwave in our room. The one in the kitchen area didn’t work even half what a normal microwave does. And then, we went down early and breakfast was not ready even though it should have been ready for over an hour. The place was nice and clean and the front desk staff was fabulous or I would’ve given this a worse review. Once they get it remodeled and get somebody different in there to make the breakfast, it should be a very, very nice place.
