Séjour n'a été que d'une nuit cependant je suis très déçu. Point négatif: Aucun parking et ceux à proximité sont payants Pour un appart hôtel je ne comprends pas il y avait 0 couvert et récipient pour faire à manger. La chambre a le sol couvert de jonc de mer qui ne paraît pas très récent et est très abîmé à certains endroits Le petit-déjeuner ne peut-être pris qu'à partir de 8h30 ce qui limite les possibilités pour les personnes qui travaillent Un bruit de VMC en fond sonore toute la nuit faisait penser à des petits cris d'enfants étouffés... J'ai été réveillé à partir 2h du matin... Pas de prise électrique proche du lit Point positif La dame de l'accueil a été gentille L'emplacement si l'on veut la grotte La chambre est dotée d'un balcon

Excelente a excepción que CONTRATAMOS el hotel porque tenía parking según la página pero NO es así ;gracias a la gestión de la señorita Mana Consiguió un sitio a unas calles por supuesto pagando la suma de 15 euros diarios Pero por lo demás muy buena ubicación y excelente el trato del personal Todos muy amables El hotel a unos 350 metros del Santuario en un lugar privilegiado ;!!

Internet was down entire day 1. Laundry room had one working machine and it was busy all the time. Then lady (ver nice) told us that we can park on top of hill behind the hotel. Ended up getting a parking ticket. Dishes had to be borrowed with 20euro deposit. Breakfast, we turned as they only had cereal and 2 croissants. However super close to restaurants and Lourdes itself.

The pictures in Expedia and the property reality are very different. Our apartment was in a bad shape. The cabinets were broken, the place overall was smelly, the walls were dirty. I don’t recommend to stay at this place at all!

It's a $50 hotel (that's what we paid). The floor in the room is a weird canvas material your feet stick to when barefoot. The soap in the shower is handsoap you'd find in the metro. we requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together, that meant no cuddling. I'm 6' and my feet were hanging off all night. It is very close to the main attractions and front desk was very friendly.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Decor is tired. eg big dent in the door. No hairdryer in the bathroom and the gap is dangerously exposed. No place to lounge as instead of a sofa there are bunk beds!

Pratique par sa situation et kitchenette appréciée. Bon couchage. Bon accueil. Cependant nous avons déjà fréquenté cet hôtel à son ouverture(sous un nom différent), et nous constatons qu'il n'est pas entretenu correctement: robinetterie, sol dégradé dans la chambre et sur le palier, étagère manquante dans kitchenette? C'est vraiment dommage. Et malheureusement clim en panne alors qu'il faisait 34°...

Pratique par sa situation et kitchenette appréciée. Bon couchage. Bon accueil. No dish for the hotel apartment, even glass of water, just kettle and microwave. Just some sachets like 2 ml x 3 of soap in bathrooms. Room not attractive no normal table just a small corner like a hall with you can pull to make it like banquet table. 2 chairs as the room was for 3 people. Very désappointement, no WiFi because we didn’t get a code just using a guest so we got once and always disconnected even when you wanted to use your own data. So very bad connexion. So never this hotel.

Il y a un gros soucis avec l'électricité qui saute à chaque seconde. Le réseau wifi est très très mauvais, impossible de naviguer. Pour le courant impossible de regarder la télé car tout saute et s'arrête.

This was a good property to stay for the night. I was a little disappointed that I had reserved the room with one double bed and three single beds as we had three kids with us. We ended up getting a double bed and a double sofa bed so we had to have three of us in one bed. But the hotel was great for giving us the entry code for the hotel as our drive to Lourdes got us there at 2am after reception was closed. Excellent communication by reception to ensure we could get to our room. The location had us but a mere 5 minute walk from Lourdes, and we were surrounded by great shops and restaurants. This is the place to stay if you don’t mind an older building with older fixtures and furniture. It was enough for us to sleep for a few hours to rest, shower and check out.

Muy atento el personalde recepción, destacando a la señorita Manar, encantadora y una excelente profesional. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en él. Está muy cerca del santuario. La zona esta muy bien, con restaurantes y bares para comer. Volveremos.

Hemos estado varias veces en Appart'hotel Saint Jean, donde siempre hemos estado muy a gusto. Está a unos cinco minutos andando de la entrada al Santuario de Lourdes. Las recepcionistas muy amables y atentas en todo momento. Cuando volvamos seguro que reservaremos con ellos.

Payment was commensurate to the room i got. TARI the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to the entrance and along the way are shops for religious articles and restaurants. Safe to walk as the street to the hotel is frequented with people who are also on pilgrimage.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just four blocks from the Sanctuary, so many restaurants by its property, the bus station is across from the street and the breakfast was excellent. And think that the hotel is a little bit old but has an excellent service, the place is clean and comfortable. I saw the hotels that are next to this and I bet they have the same concept but a higher price. If I come again, I will stay here.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just four blocks from the Sanctuary, so many restaurants by its property, the bus station is across from the street and the breakfast was excellent. And think that the hotel is a little bit old but has an excellent service, the place is clean and comfortable. I saw the hotels that are next to this and I bet they have the same concept but a higher price. If I come again, I will stay here.

Séjour n'a été que d'une nuit cependant je suis très déçu. Point négatif: Aucun parking et ceux à proximité sont payants Pour un appart hôtel je ne comprends pas il y avait 0 couvert et récipient pour faire à manger. La chambre a le sol couvert de jonc de mer qui ne paraît pas très récent et est très abîmé à certains endroits Le petit-déjeuner ne peut-être pris qu'à partir de 8h30 ce qui limite les possibilités pour les personnes qui travaillent Un bruit de VMC en fond sonore toute la nuit faisait penser à des petits cris d'enfants étouffés... J'ai été réveillé à partir 2h du matin... Pas de prise électrique proche du lit Point positif La dame de l'accueil a été gentille L'emplacement si l'on veut la grotte La chambre est dotée d'un balcon

Internet was down entire day 1. Laundry room had one working machine and it was busy all the time. Then lady (ver nice) told us that we can park on top of hill behind the hotel. Ended up getting a parking ticket. Dishes had to be borrowed with 20euro deposit. Breakfast, we turned as they only had cereal and 2 croissants. However super close to restaurants and Lourdes itself.

The staff were very polite friendly and helpful. Though we had booked a back room, we got upgraded to one in the front of the hotel with a view over the river. The room had individual heating control. On cold days this was most welcom.
