Great location! Walkable to Old Town or the hotel provides shuttle service. Attentive staff that helped us with tours and transportation. On site dining provides great breakfast and dinner options. We were traveling as couples but the resort accommodates families as well. Rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we’re in Hoi An.

Moore is in such a good location for a stay in Hoi An. Right next to the bridge to walk across to the markets, shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Black out blinds and aircon are perfect for a good sleep. The pool area is really nice and happy hour (buy 1 get 1 free) every afternoon. Breakfast buffet is brilliant.

We had a heat time at the property. Close to the hustle and bustle of Hoi A but far enough for some peace and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool and the live music. Will definitely be back!!

The hotel made an extra effort to make our birthday and anniversary celebration special from decorations in our room to a discount on bar food and spa. They were very accommodating when we were late for breakfast and helped us to bring the food to our room. The hotel has free bicycles for guests and a shuttle across the bridge. The room was very spacious and clean, the only complaint was that the pillows were a bit soft. Will definitely recommend staying here to family and friends!

The room was lovely, the staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were fabulous! The hotel is centrally located. Loved that they had bikes that you could ride all around. It would’ve helped though if the front desk had maps to give out.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean, the room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was simply the best we’ve ever had! It was in a convenient location, just across a short bridge to “downtown” Hoi An. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. If you are wondering where to stay, stop looking and book this hotel. We travel a lot and this is a great place!

It’s all good esp the location. Poolside is great. Gym is good. Mini-mart within hotel compound. Walking distance to old town. Starr friendly & helpful. Did not take breakfast However, the first room has a strong formaldehyde smell(from carpentry work) that makes me feel unwell. Got a room change after 1 night. Everything else is ok.

Hotel was right on the riverfront overlooking the main Old Quarter. Super luxurious with great shower and bathtub. Minibar was free (basic) and replenished daily which was a thoughtful touch. Only drawback was the walk into town across the bridge with a very narrow footpath.

This is an amazing property in Hoi An! The staff are incredible - they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. And they were always smiling! The river view king suite was undoubtedly the best location with a fantastic view of Old Town. We enjoyed our patio everyday. It is an easy walk over the bridge into Old Town for shopping or dining. Definitely would stay here again.

호이안 올드타운건너편이라 걸어갈순 있어요 다낭내 리조트에서 숙박후 기대를 하고 갔었으나 솔직히 올드타운을 걸어간다는 점때문에 지불한 금액치고는 다소 비싸네요 리버뷰인데 1층 발코니는 불켜면 밖에서 안이 다 보여요.2층추천 룸사이즈나 시설기준볼때 호이안에서 굳이 숙박이 꼭 필요하지않다면 추천은 어려울것같아요

This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything.

Hard to imagine a better location for visiting Hoi An. Right across the river from the Old Town with a five minute walk across a bridge near the hotel. The hotel has been designed not to clash with the Old Town, but is modern with large spacious rooms and very nice bathrooms - great monsoon shower. Lovely helpful staff and good pool deck with a view across the river. Usual excellent choice at breakfast you can expect in South East Asia. We usually ate in one of the fantastic restaurants in the Old Town in the evening, but they do offer a choice of Vietnamese or Mediterranean cuisine for dinner. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Good value too.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Located just outside the Old Town, it offers beautiful views of boats passing by—close enough to enjoy the charm without the crowds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even decorating our room upon arrival. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety that changed daily. Truly worth every penny—I would recommend this place a hundred times over!

Could not have imagined a more conveniently located property. It is right across the bridge from the hustle and bustle of the old town’s core, less than a 2 min walk, but once inside it feels like you’re in a different world. We had been staying at more boutique properties throughout our Vietnam trip and the service was a tad more impersonal than other places we experienced (though still kind and efficient and very friendly) but I think that is something you can expect from a property that is now managed by an international company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay Resort in Hoi An! It’s a brand new hotel which started its operation in April 2023. The staff are friendly and helpful. All the facilities are great! The pool has a lovely view of the river and the old town of Hoi An. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the food at the Olive Restaurant is great!

I reviewed tons of hotels before choosing this one and it was so far the best choice. My room looed over the canal to the night market. The hotel is just over a bride which is less than ten minutes away from the night market. The location was outstanding. I travelled solo and wen out every evening and felt extremely safe. I booked a lot of trips, all of the meeting points were close to the hotel. If I went back to Hoi An, I would have to stay in this hotel and I would want the same room (301). The breakfast was great, which I woke up for every morning ;o)

The hotel rooms were modern and clean. Hotel breakfast buffet was delicious. Just cross the bridge and you’re in the heart of town. Banh Mi Phuong is a 5-7 minute walk from hotel. Easy grab to night market and lantern festival.
