Nice and quiet hotel next to the Old Town. Rooms were good though the shower with bath -combination is highly unpractical - as you shower the entire bathroom floor will be wet easily. Breakfast was good, only coffee machines should be replaced as they are extremely slow. They have 2 swimming pools and a small gym with no air conditioning. Generally friendly service and staff.

Hoi An does not have 5 star hotels so this is about as nice a property as you will find. Great rooftop pool. Very robust breakfast buffet. Great AC and nice clean rooms. This is not the Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel, but it is very nice. Good location as well.

Enjoyed the views of the river and the pool from our balcony. Very tranquil and the rooms were decent sized. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge. Would come back!

Excellent combination of resort style and close to old town for markets, food and shopping. Loved swim up bar 3 hours of happy hour each evening. Handy to have access to bicycles anytime which had seat to ride children on too. Staff were fantastic every interaction. Loved cooking class. Onsite massages 2 for 1. I could go on but it's clear that we loved our stay

The hotel is stunning! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the pool areas were also pristine. We took advantage of the spa and also highly recommend the massages. You are a very short walk to the night market and Hoi An old town. Breakfast in the hotel was the best buffet breakfast I've experienced, huge amount of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Just a kilometre from the old town, Bel Marina was a fabulous oasis from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An. We loved the big pool & outdoor area, and the breakfast room and the food offerings were outstanding. My only complaint would be the password free wifi, which, according to my online security service, wasn’t very secure.

We stayed at Bel Marina for a family wedding and the staff in every area couldn’t have been warmer and more helpful, check in, dining, pool/gardens etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with great air con. The pools and gardens were beautifully maintained and help was given when requesting taxi bookings and recommendations. Food options a breakfast were wide and variable, and evening meals that we had were exceptional. This hotel is riverside with beautiful views, and walkable in to the old town and vibrant market areas, and wonderfully peaceful to return to.

Hotellet er flot og poolen dejlig. Men der manglede hele tiden den ekstra gode service. Morgenmaden var ikke noget specielt og modtagelsen ved morgenmaden var nærmest kommanderende. Vores værelse blev først gjort rent sent eftermiddag, det virkede som om man ikke rigtig gad gøre det rent, og det lugtede fugtigt. Vi blev opgraderet da vi henvendte os om dette. Der var højtskrigende børn og lige så højlydte forældre.

Didn’t like the bathroom being within the bedroom & only seperate by a curtain. Understaffed & therefore, cleaning was either not done until the evening, things were missed or not cleaned great. Other then that, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly & breakfast was ok

The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfy. Came very well equipped with lovely decor. The pool areas are gorgeous, both the main one and on the rooftop. Staff were excellent and the food/drink was good. The only dissapointment is that there was nowhere to refill drinking water which is a surprise for a 5* hotel, and to buy bottled water was expensive.

Stayed here w/ my family of 5. We got 2 rooms that were connecting on the 1st floor. It was perfect. The pool was great for adults and kids. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice and quiet area in Hoi An. The only con was the walls are thin and you can hear everything. But we would stay there again.

Everything about this Hotel was great. Only thing that was off was choosing the town view option. The view was just looking at the alley way in between the hotel buildings. If you want you the view to be the actual town, you probably have to specifically request for it when checking in.

Great hotel. I would give it 5 stars however we couldn’t have a proper shower. The shower bath combined set up is very bad. Get a room without the bath if it is possible. You can not stand under the shower like normal. There is a big gap between the wall and the bath. Water gets all over the bathroom floor everywhere.

Greeted on our arrival with great courtesy and friendliness, our stay was magnificent. we stayed for six nights and were rewarded not only with being recognised by many staff, but also by several worthwhile discounts. Staff could not do enough for us even saving shady spots for us at poolside!

We loved the intimacy of the resort and the incredible attentiveness of the staff. The location was also fantastic, being right on the river and walking distance into the old town. This was our third time at this resort and the previous stay was just prior to COVID. This resort has expanded and we stayed in the new wing which was gorgeous and as we were on the 7th floor we were right near the rooftop pool, which I used every morning. Some of the staff remembered us from our previous stay which was nice. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and outstanding service for the entire stay. All staff were exceptionally friendly and the guys manning the pool went over and beyond. It was my sister's birthday during our stay and reception organised a cup cake and candle and we all sang Happy Birthday during breakfast which was so nice. Adding to this, the cleaning staff put a happy birthday message made from flowers and towels in the shape of a cake on the bed. Location is superb, massage and laundry across the road at very good prices. Old town just down the road and we used the bicycles a couple of times during our stay which was fun. We caught the shuttle bus to the beach most days and stayed there for a couple of hours. Thanks for such a nice experience and look forward to returning in 2025!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Alice on the front desk is wonderful. Air conditioning in room excellent as were the breakfasts. Everything kept very clean. Easy walking distance to markets and Ancient village. 15 min drive to a great beach. Thoroughly recommend

All of the staff was very friendly. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The area is very convenient to walk to shopping, food, and other points of interests. The breakfast is very nice. The swimming pool is so nice and it's lovely that the property is next to the river.

Beautiful property in the center of Hoi An. The outdoors are absolutely stunning. They have free bicycles. The staff is really helpful. My recommendation is to take a room with a pool view or lake view as the town view can be noisy.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool und großartiger Lage. 5min zu Fuß zum Nachtmarkt bzw. Altstadt. Der einzig negative Punkt war das Frühstück, wenn man gegen 9Uhr kam, war ein Teil des Buffets schon leer (Brot,Käse etc.) und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Ansonsten alles top!
