Not cool to say season pool and not have the pool open. Thats why I choose this property. Too late to change. Extremely disappointed. I always choose properties with pools as I need them for arthritis excersize. I’d like a partial refund

Filthy. Roaches. Crayons and boogers on the walls. Terribly stained carpeting in hallways and it smelled awful. Parking lot filthy with trash and dead armadillos. We left immediately.

This is an older hotel. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average at best. The biggest issue was our slider did not close completely making us feel unsafe. The front desk was pleasant and easy check in and out. We found a handful of screws in the parking lot. We rode in on a motorcycle so this was very concerning. When we told the front desk, she said it was most likely from a work crew staying there and would clean them up immediately.

It was a decent stay. I was concerned that the Arcadia door in my room had a makeshift lock since the door itself had a latch that did not catch. Other than that, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room had some issues. shower curtain rod was wiggly and angled outwards so that the curtain slid, causing water to go outside onto the floor, drawers were broken/wiggly, towel rack was almost falling off the wall and wall by bed was very dirty with brown stains.

Very uncomfortable due to the cleanliness of the hotel itself and the state of the lobby. Locks on the building also were not reliable and I was able to open the door to the hallway of my room without the key.

We had roaches, our toilet was leaking all on the floor, we had WI-FI for a few hours. No help getting it restored. We wanted to watch our show after dinner and just relax. Management was no available. We only stayed one of our two nights! We want a total refund!!

For the price it is absolutely not worth it. Never did get the internet to work so was not able to watch tv. The bed was comfortable. Shower was newly installed. With the exception of an extremely noisy refrigerator in the room the over night was quiet.

Nice and accommodating staff. Was never up early enough for breakfast. Facility maintenance badly needed - very 'dated'. As a historic landmark it should still be maintained better. Could hear load snorring from neighboring room. Convenient location.

Very old property with some attempt to modernize, very noisy room, broken TV, No sheer curtain on sliding door so had to keep lights on during the day. Shower head dripped constantly and loudly, the coffee at the breakfast was so bad I disposed of it. food choices were limited and inedible. However the front desk lady did her best to be pleasant and to assist guests.

Didn't like the size of the bathroom, very small with limited shelf space, etc. Did like the number of charging options for various devices, everything worked, Some of the outlets have become so overused they won't hold plug.

I understand the property is old and out dated but for $500/night you could do much better on your service - and simple offer of bottled water would be nice. The rooms were decent inside but the environment was not some place I felt at ease with kids. Both nights, there were groups of men in the parking lot drinking, people partying on their balconies, etc. Our balcony door in 1 room could have easily been accessed from the outside b/c the locking mechanism was worn out. In the other room, my husband had sparks & smoke fly from an electrical outlet beside the bed when trying to plug in his CPAP. This “hotel” is more like a motel type atmosphere & if I had known that prior, I would not have reserved it. It was absolutely NOT worth the price we had to pay for it! Actually almost disgusted I spent what I did on that place when I could’ve went downtown to something a lot nicer for just a little more. The housekeeping staff were nice. The night clerk had a hateful attitude toward all the customers who were checking in that night (not just me) & 2 days later when we checked out, she still had not woke up on the right side of her bed.

It was terrible. I had to pay a $50 cash deposit for my room. They need to be investigated. The woman that checked me in also checked me out. Jackie has a terrible attitude and told me she was barring me, cause I asked her about the $50 charge. She said she was doing me I favor cause it should have been a $100 charge. Paying for the room and it was no up to standard. Even say a coach roach crawling in the bathroom.

When we pulled up there were police sirens going off right by the hotel, cars driving in and meeting people then leaving, homeless people walking around in the parking lot, and what looked like but I can’t confirm a hooker trying to get business ( could have just been drunk and hollering at people). We didn’t even go in because we were convinced that our car would be stolen by morning. I have never had an issue with a hotel and it wasn’t about it not being nice. It was we felt totally unsafe. We had already accepted the fact that the place might be run down or not clean but we had to draw the line with it having every warning flag that it was unsafe. The hotel down the road we ended up staying in had a gate and safety precautions for the area. This hotel had none. Anyone could drive up to any part of the hotel and they did from what I saw. I was willing to lose my money I paid for this hotel and book another hotel double the price to not stay at this place.

Front desk service was super nice. We had room 138 so we had to go upstairs. Hallway looked clean but dated. Room overall was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom sink had a large crack and bathroom as a whole needed to be updated and repaired. Shower was just ok. Morning time we had about 5 more occupants (roaches) hanging out in the bathroom. We quickly got dressed and left ..didnt eat breakfast bc we didnt feel comfortable doinh it. Upon checking out i did notify front desk and she seemed frustrated that they were seen bc they do spray.

Horrible experience! Our first room the heater did not work and woke up very cold. We are traveling from Texas and definitely aren’t used to the cold weather. We asked to be moved into a room where the heater was working and then our 2nd room had a water leak in the bathroom on the ceiling. The breakfast was cereal and wrapped danishes. The hallways smelled like weed and the hotel is very outdated. The bathroom in the 2nd room smelled like urine! This has to be the worst experience ever!
