Beautiful hotel and room. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and helpful! The fitness center had everything I needed to get a good workout; and the food was delicious! Free shuttle service is provided for hotel guests. The location is perfect for anything you want to do on campus or in downtown Athens. There is also a parking deck adjacent to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future.

Property is on the University of Georgia campus which allows walking to most destinations. The atmosphere is full of life and campus activities. The one challenge is parking which is in a parking garage not attached to the hotel. It involves unloading at the hotel then moving the car to the garage. Despite this , I loved my stay

Restaurant was excellent, property was clean and well kept. The fact that the covered parking garage was "OFF LIMITS" to motorcycles was an irritating fact not disclosed prior to booking. That was a top factor in the decision to book there for our "motorcycle association national meeting"!! Also, leaving on Sunday we found no breakfast set up and the desk clerk said the kitchen was closed on Sunday. After eating leftover sandwich, someone discovered that the breakfast buffet had been set up in another area! An extremely irritating breakdown in staff communications.

These people are so accommodating! Stay here. Rooms a little small, but updated and modern. You won’t stay in your room anyway, bc there is nice outdoor seating with fire pits and an open bar. Restaurant in the building. Has a shuttle. Stay here if you can.

I knew the location would be perfect, but I didn’t realize everything else would be so great about this hotel as well. The rooms were nicely appointed and plenty big enough for my son and me. We had a great view of campus. Parking was free. There were plenty areas to relax or set up your laptop and work. We received complimentary breakfast. There was even a small exercise room. This will be my first choice anytime we need a hotel in Athens.

Nice location, very convenient on campus and pretty courtyard. Very friendly staff. . It’s just a series of little things that adds up to a mediocre stay particularly for the rate. It feels like time stopped in 1992 from the carpet decor to the bad background music trying to be a Westin. Pockets of mildew smell as you walk through facility and really bad at convenience store. Our bedroom had a leak in the AC. Not terrible but left wet carpet. Shampoo was out of holder and apparatus was left loose on the shower wall. 3 people in room but would only give 2 breakfast coupons. The Sign in front of the breakfast coffee about refills at a charge (wow). The breakfast was very good. Bar is convenient with outdoor tables and like I said location is great. It just needs an update and someone to do a customer experience walk through.

The convenience of being close to the venue we were attending was great. We caught a shuttle that the hotel provided to the venue, however, we were informed when we needed to get back to the hotel, no drivers were available. Shower was small and dirty. It did not have the “rain shower” head though as stated on their website.

This hotel is in the middle of campus and right next door to UGA sports complex. It’s about a 10min walk to Sanford Stadium. Restaurants & bars are about a 10min walk. Hotel is furnished to a high standard Nd looks newly done. Room was very clean, looked new although on the small side. Parking was free and in the adjacent parking lot. One issue is that hotel & UGA WiFi needs a code sent to a mobile/ cell #. It doesn’t recognise non US tel nos so I couldn’t log into the hotel WiFi. I could log onto UGA WiFi in the lobby but it dropped off when I got to my room, so this needs addressed. Other than this it was a great stay in a great location.

This is the hotel attached to the conference center at the University of Georgia. It is convenient and has some nice amenities, although they are stingy on the free breakfast and the bistro/bar doesn't open until 4 PM. What was super annoying, however, was that after extending my checkout on Expedia, I was chastised by an employee (they employ UGA students) and told to vacate my room immediately! She did not bother to ask if I was extending my stay and just went off her printed check-out list. When I called her out on her bad manners she went whining to the front desk manager who backed up her employee - which I understand - but upon my explanation of the situation - and the employees corroboration of the events - she was still aggressive about the fact that her employee was jus following procedure. It's terrible procedure...

I was surprised that housekeeping came so early. Sunday they came at 9:30 and actually woke me up. Mon (day of checkout) they came at 8:38am and while I was awake, I’d only been awake about 5 min.

Beautiful place and Staff (mostly students) are very pleasant until you question them as to handling a problem. They need to be trained on Social Skills as to dealing with situations. No one said PARKING was a fee and gladly handed over the parking permit. When I was was checking out and questioned my bill as to the parking I was told to take it up with Expedia and the girl basically was not interactive and would not discuss any further.

What a wonderful stay! The front staff (esp Matthew) was so pleasant and kind helping us with a booking error I made to make sure we were in a comfortable room. We were there for a swim meet and my daughter did not have a good day and was disappointed. Greg (head concierge) wanted to get a smile on her face and ended up sending a Mario Kart system up to our room. Isaac (concierge) helped us set it up and was patient. We had room service and it was delicious! The rooms were comfortable and clean! The next day the front desk staff sent my son off with treats for his swim meet day. It was an awesome experience and we will only stay here in the future!

You can't beat the location for this hotel if you're visiting UGA. We took the Groome shuttle without knowing that the drop off and pick up location would be right outside our hotel, so that was a big perk for us. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room was pretty standard. No complaints.

Very clean and very convenient. Good value for a non-football weekend. The breakfast vouchers were a nice touch but the food was mediocre. Staff was super nice and the bicycles were a great perk although I did not use them. The room was small but had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable.
