The property is a short commute to the airport though it was frustrating they have an airport shuttle but they dont run it late night. We had to take an uber for our departing flight. The location is right near several restaurants and bars. The property is also clean and updated.

Staff went out of their way to help me make my impromptu birthday party for my 6 year old niece, very special. I can’t say enough about the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only draw back was paid parking but definitely worth it. Also I am impressed that they check and clean the rooftop pool every 4 hours and have a delightful sun deck.

Beautiful hotel, easy walking to many fun bars and restaurants. The SNHU arena is very close as well. The room was great, clean amd comfortable!! The hotel bar was fun, and we also enjoyed the indoor pool. Parking was easy and affordable. Great breakfast buffet.

Always stay here when the PBR is in town. No issues of parking, the traffic. Plenty of restaurants just down the road. Easy to walk around. Nice gym and pool set up.

The hotel is very nice and easy to get to. Paid parking is convenient. Staff is friendly especially the breakfast servers. Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable and had a view of downtown Manchester and surrounding area. My only complaint was that the large sloping windows of the top story were dirty and obscured the view.

Our stay was pleasant and we will be back. The restaurant/Bar had a nice ambience and their signature cocktails were unique and delicious. The room was spacious except for the shower which is tiny. The temperature unit would not shut off using the wall console - repeated attempts. The room was so dry I finally threw a wet towel over the ac/heater and that kind of worked. The sheets were stained (there were blood stains too) and the furniture was super dusty. No bottled water in the rooms. The pool is pretty small too and was packed every time we tried to go in so keep that in mind if that’s a draw for you. Despite these minor things our stay was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the welcome cookies were delicious!

I have stayed here many times. Great location. Close to Merrimack outlets and mall of NH. Everything was great except the heater makes a lot of noise. Fan runs even when it’s off. Bring earplugs! I’ll be back!

We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were climate controlled very comfortable despite the absolutely brutal heat outdoors while we were in Manchester. I'm not taking a star away for this or anything, but the one piece of feedback I would have for the management is to invest in quiter fridges in the rooms! Ours sounded like a small generator running all night.

Love the hotel. One of the best we have stayed at honestly. Only downside for us there’s no microwaves in the room, which is a tough one, especially if you have a little one who needs something warmed up, but overall really good hotel

Tv does not have YouTube access. No microwaves in room. Phone in room static and quick dial buttons for service did not work. On day two we did try dialing 0 and got front desk. Phones are not labeled. Front desk did help once we discovered how to reach them.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean, except the ginat rooftop windows in our room. They were a really nice feature and a big reason we chose that room but the windows were really filthy. The only other negative was the clapping and clicking noises the AC frequenyly made. The shower was small but nice and overall it was a nice room. The staff were all wonderful.

Our stay was mostly great. the room was beautiful and the pool/exercise area was clean and comfortable. The one issue was our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm (one hour after check-in started. The staff quickly got our room cleaned so it ended up being about a 20 minute delay before we got into the room.

Diane the Front Office Manager was super hospitable throughout our stay and was generous enough to comp our parking because of the check-in confusion, We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Manchester. For my fiancé's birthday, I planned a small stay-cation at the Doubletree in Manchester, inspired by a fantastic previous stay in Portland. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but this experience exceeded all expectations, prompting me to share. We arrived an hour early for check-in, and after calling ahead, were welcomed to check in without any additional costs. At the front desk, Diana greeted us warmly and, upon learning it was my fiancé’s birthday, offered complimentary breakfast and executive lounge access—a delightful surprise. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and inviting. After spending most of our day outside, we ended the night at the hotel bar, where we met J, the bartender. Coincidentally, it was also her birthday, which we discovered by asking about her “birthday crown”. After seeing my fiancé’s ID and realizing it was her birthday too, J made a sweet gesture by bringing out a similar birthday crown for her. She even took a few photos of us to commemorate the evening. To top off the night, J surprised my fiancé with a small cake and candles, and the entire bar sang happy birthday. This thoughtful gesture made her day truly special, especially since we hadn’t celebrated traditionally. The staff’s exceptional hospitality made her birthday complete and ensured that Doubletree will be our go-to for future trips. HUGE, HUGE props to Diana and J for being wonderful and thoughtful individuals.

The room was fine - nothing special. The hotel itself was nice. It was a good location for a day trip to Boston. We walked around some (to the nearby baseball stadium) and encountered several sketchy people which made my wife uncomfortable.

Amazing staff very, very friendly warm and makes you they make you feel comfortable. They go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast lady that waited on me. She got a really good tip and the bartender at the bar in the evening, I gave her a good tip because she was just extra ordinary and I ordered my steak dinner. One of the best steak dinners I’ve ever had in my life.

The only downfall I would say I had was that Starbucks wasn't open on the weekends. Otherwise, I had a great experience and I was very happy with my stay. I will always book with DoubleTree Hilton when it is an option.

The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was less than great. We went through multiple plates before finding a clean plate. The waitress spilled coffee all over our table due to not paying attention while pouring. The food was sub par for $40. I would stay again but skip the restaurant.
