Staff was friendly, room was clean and view of river was great! Parking was difficult; lot was full so had to park on the street. Doors were locked so had to do some walking late at night to get into the hotel.

It is a beautiful, modern, clean hotel, but it lacks some amenities that even cheap side-of-the-road motels have. There is no coffee/tea maker in the room. There is one to use in the lobby, but by the time you get it to the room, it's not hot anymore and there is no microwave, either! There is a big parking lot right on the property, but you have to pay $8 a night to park there. If you want Internet in your room, you have to pay or join the Hilton Rewards program. The breakfast is very good, a lot of choices, but no little dessert, like a muffin or a danish. With those amenities, it would be a very comfortable stay.

The gym is new, peloton bike and a barre bar. Snack bar available and a connected restaurant with good beer. Quiet night, but that’s more about the fellow guests than the facilities. Bed and pillows were comfortable, black out shades could have provided better coverage.

Lovely Hotel, close to a lot of things. No pool, but the pool table was very nice. Carb heavy but nice free breakfast. Very nice coffee and tea station. Very secure... you need a room card for most things. Very kind and helpful employees.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not really clean, but more of lazy obligatory go thru the motions clean. Needed to be vacuumed, and properly cleaned. I had to wipe down all the surfaces, including the floor, with a damp towel for it to feel comfortable and clean.

We had ants in our room. I booked a wheelchair accessible room because i am in a wheelchair. The shower chair was on one end of the shower and the shampoo/conditioner/ soap was on the other. You cant reach them from the bench. I was also charged $1330 and $170. The total was supposed to be about $1200.

The room was disguising there was hair on sheets and the mattress cover. The comforter was dirty. The floor was cover with clumps of hair. The wall was cover with blood or something. Not enough parking in main lot. The breakfast didn’t have much to choose from when it came to pastry. The staff were awesome. This was are first time at a Tru Hilton. We got there late so we were in hurry to go to the concert so I didn’t get to looking around room till the morning when packing up. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. No it wasn’t are hair I am a blonde and my husband is blonde with short hair.

Great overall. Everything as advertised. Pros - Staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to like their coworkers and jobs. Breakfast was very 1-year-old friendly (yogurt, cereal, eggs, bread, pancakes). Cons - Room floor was a little dirty (son's socks were black after walking in the room). Gym was lacking. We would stay again.

Really like this property. The rooms are well designed with plenty of outlets near the bedside, hanging pegs in the wall near the door and a compact but usable hanging rack above the refrigerator. Bed was comfy, and you don't need a bath tub in a hotel room - better to have a shower stall like this property. Staff and breakfast were great as well. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was great. The only 2 issues we had were 1) the Heater in the rooms were insanely loud. When turned on via the thermostat it blew extremely high powered cold and hot air at the same time. We changed it to auto which blew the correct temperature air, but the machine kicking on and off woke us multiple times. The units in the rooms beside us were equally as loud and could be heard all night long. 1) The refillable shower gel items were impossible to squeeze out. I understand eliminating single use items, but the soaps just did not work. (shampoo/conditioner was a different brand and worked great). The location was fantastic, and the reason we booked here versus other hotels. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and we had to drive to our destinations anyway.

Clean modern rooms and the staff was friendly. Large parking lot and attractive lobby. Our room had a nice view of the river from the fifth floor which was a plus. The area isn’t the best but it’s downtown Manchester.

It is a good place. My only con is that you can hear everything through the walls. And the air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Other than that it was a nice room. Most important room was clean.

I loved the very helpful staff, especially the desk clerks, shuttle driver, maids, and the woman running the breakfast. The location was amazing. I enjoyed the jogging and dinner options. The hockey kids were loud, but the staff kept them under control, and some of the parents did too. You may want a quiet business center.

Great place to stay downtown. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Palace theater. You do have to walk up hill but after dinner a show and a few cocktails it's better to finish the night going downhill. Only negative is it's near Bridge Street. The people of Manchester love to drive with the music up and the windows down. So you might hear some music late night.. Over all will be back again and again.

Beautiful room with amazing view, front staff ok. It is very convenient to Elm Street and nearby eateries and breweries. Definitely recommend the Common Man which seem to be on lower level of hotel. Hotel seems new and was clean. Had a spectacular view of the city which was nice.

Comfortable and clean rooms were a plus. However, I was awoken by some nomads outside near the parking lot. They sleep under the overpass that goes along the hotel. Nothing the hotel can do, it’s unfortunate. Also, the restaurant that connects to the hotel has to change the ads that promote the happy hour. The hours have changed

The hotel is so new, the rooms smell like paint. They are extremely clean, but cold and noisy due to seemingly little sound insulation. Staff is lovely. Breakfast is beyond terrible.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Manchester for personal business. Very convenient location with all of the amenities you could want. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus. Everything was very clean and neat. Would stay here again.

While we didn’t enjoy the party taking place at 1am in the hallways, we do understand that bars close at some point and it’s not the staffs fault when the other guests are noisy. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and they had a decent snack selection which was available for purchase. Breakfast was bare minimum and mostly unpalatable. The restaurant attached has decent food and fairly quick service.

Everything in my hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the service was phenomenal, and the hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I would like to see improved is the breakfast options. The eggs and bacon were not good. They tasted very artificial. The pancake maker used ingredients that did not taste authentic either. The bananas were mostly rotted as well.
