Paying for parking at a hotel, you already paid to stay at does not sit well with me. The mattresses on the beds in our room were worse for the wear. Although they had mattress toppers, they actually sounded crunchy when you sat on the bed. We didn’t sleep as well as we could have. The staff was great, the facilities were clean, continental breakfast was more than adequate. Shuttle service was perfect.

I always stay here, so quiet and peaceful with a sidewalk for a short walk to a wooded area. Nice break from travel. The airport shuttle is right on time!

A comfortable nights sleep. A good shower. Parking was good. Area for dog was appreciated. Must note our fridge and coffee pot did not work. Breakfast was ok. Eggs terrible. Fresh fruit available also saw a waffle maker. Staff was kind.

We arrived late and checked in without incident. Not the warmest of welcomes but nothing negative about the experience. The room was standard but the pullout sofa could probably benefit from a cleaning. The bathtub had visible staining which was highly off-putting. We put a towel on the floor of the tub to feel more comfortable showering. It was already late and we had an early start the next morning so we didn’t bother asking for a different room. Breakfast the next morning was watery scrambled imitation eggs, light on the taste. Unfortunately, not unlike other marriott suite stays but I keep expecting something different when I book a stay. The franchise could use an upgrade.

Last time I was in this hotel was two years back and my experience was good hence I rebooked this place for my travel last week. However, this time I bumped into the bed bug situation which was no fun. Initially the hotel staff wasn't really seem concerned and eventually they offered me an alternative room after I messaged the hotel in the app. The infestation seems started because I saw new bites on day 1 and day 3 after they switched the rooms. Other than the bed bugs, the staffs overall seemed nice when you have questions for them but they don't really greet you actively. With the bed bug experience and the facility getting old, I think I won't rebook again.

We were there for not even a night because we were leaving in the middle of the night for an early flight. I picked this location for the proximity to the airport. First, when I originally checked in, no one told me about the parking pass. I happened to have gone out later and while walking by the lobby, I overheard the person working at the time mentioning the need for a pass to be displayed at the car. I did get the pass - which was paid for, btw - but it didn’t instill confidence that if I hadn’t come out of my room after check in, I might have woken up to my car being towed. Also, and the biggest disappointment, the bathtub was nasty. The left corner had pink and black mold. Bathrooms are one of my biggest pet peeves. It was disgusting. I’d be unlikely to stay at this location again.

Staff was great. For the most part the property was clean. The first floor though smelled like a kennel. I’m assuming that’s the floor dogs are allowed on. But it really smelled horrible. You could start to smell it on the second floor if you are walking down the stairs. The carpet Needs to either be deep cleaned and shampooed or just thrown away completely. Other then that our stay was great

This hotel was my home for nearly two weeks during a family emergency. The staff treated us like family during our stay. I will be returning to this hotel again. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast staff were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They truly went above and beyond. The pool is really nice and the hotel is backed by a lake which kept the room darker at night. The rooms are large with small kitchenettes.

Checkin was great and property looks good. Some downsides where the bed was hard and wasn’t made correctly. Also, there was a stain on the mattress protector and only saw cause the fitted sheet came Off while sleeping. Water pressure in the shower was very weak at 4am.

This was our second stay at this hotel. I appreciate how clean the hotel is and that I am able to find a place for a family of 5 to stay in one room. We liked the couches with the trundle bed. Great experience as a whole

Great value comfortable family stay, however the beds were quite small and some parts of the room weren’t properly cleaned. Breakfast was great but we would have liked waffles on the menu every day, not just at weekends.

Check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable. We had an early flight. The front desk put us on the schedule for a 6am pickup for transportation.. The van was there for us as scheduled and brought us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We appreciate the good service.

Went here for my college graduation with myself, husband autistic ten year old son and my two teenage son and daughter. The staff was so friendly and understanding. In housekeeping Alicia was amazingly kind got us the extra towels we needed an the evening of my graduation she bought me a rose congradulqting me on graduating which was so amazing and kind.

We really liked this hotel. Rooms are designed very well; conveniently. Great amenities. Good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. They have a coffee maker, but it's not Keurig, so we brought our own (because we're very fussy). Everything is a very short drive, with wonderful food and drink choices. Jill, at the front desk, was super. The others were good, too, but I didn't get their names or have very long interactions. Outdoor patio is shaded and comfortable and situated just outside the (heated) pool, so you can dry off outside. Just very pleasant and comfortable and relaxing. The airport is right there, but you don't hear the planes unless you are outside.

Everything was great! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. We checked in at 8pm, Savanna had the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced: professional, friendly, helpful, efficient. She went above and beyond to acknowledge every guest that entered while we checked in, saying "welcome back". She helped me find a restaurant location taht I was looking for. It is rare to have such a great experience that stuck with me and we commented how exceptional she was.

The front desk clerk saying I can pay her 50.00 to get into one of my rooms early and could not get second room. I paid in advance for 2 rooms side by side...but that didn't happen either. makes no sense to me.This was a family trip .. but could not be next to each other .However we were across from each other.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services and then the customer service by receptionist and management. I didn't get any cleaning service during my stay of 4 days. Then I was told by receptionist that she reported to her manager and cleaning manager and I should expect a call from one of them. Nobody called. I followed up 3 times and every time same answer, you will get a call tomorrow. totally unprofessional!

Family trip over a three day weekend to shop, eat and play. The suites here are great for families and the location is sorta great, being 5 minutes from the mall and places to eat. But it is tucked away behind the airport where there is nothing walkable and feels very remote! Pool was warmish and small. Rooms super clean and looks like a new hotel still. We had WiFi connection issues and had to use our own hotspots most of the time.

I didn\'t like the surprise $180.00 Credit Card charge on my credit upon check-in for "incidentals" whatever that means. Also had issues with the lack of housekeeping on my room #322 which when I flagged it up to the front counter staff on duty it was rectified immediately. The Contenental Breakfast offering was superb.

The room was as pictured and very clean. Everything was in working order. The location was beautiful and very close to the airport. The bed was so comfortable, firm, but like sleeping on a pillow. We especially liked the breakfast buffet which included fresh fruit, all sorts of breads, cereal, coffee, juice, as well as hot items such as scrambled eggs and a meat, and a do it yourself waffle maker. There was an attendant who continually replenished the items and kept everything clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.
