We were literally at the hotel for less than 3 hours between a show and our flight out of MHT. When I checked in I gave them a card to hold for "incidentals" (or so I was told) only to find out after the fact that it was used to charge $7.00 to me for PARKING. WHAT?!?! You expect customers to pay for parking on top of paying for the room? I get it if I was leaving my car there while I was traveling but that was not the case - I paid less to park at the airport daily. Staff was amazing but unfortunately I would NOT stay here again because of this "hidden" and ridiculous fee.

Wonderful and clean rooms! Clean facilities! Great breakfast! Nice staff! Remodeling so there’s some construction and cosmetic flaws but will be so worth it!

There was construction on our floor a worker had to take down plastic to let us in the hall to our room. No one not even the front desk told us. The pool was also closed but we were told we could walk across the street to another hotel to use their pool. Ridiculous and terrible experience. Also there was nothing on hotels.com informing us of this either. Very disappointed in both the facility and booking site !!!
