Good hotel next to convention center in Bell county. Here due to loss of power in storms. The staff were very friendly. They were kind to my dog. It made a stressful time less difficult.

They were pet friendly, and clean

The property was under construction. Outside area needed mowing. Staff was great even through the tornado that took out the electricity.

Very convenient when you’re at the expo center for events, but the grass was overgrown, which was very inconvenient for a pet friendly hotel. Hard to walk pets in knee high grass. Staff were super friendly and the room was clean, but had a lingering odor of marijuana. Their front porch is blocked off due to damage, and the staff explained they’re waiting on insurance settlement, but the flags and markers have been there long enough that they are frayed and add to the shabby appearance of the exterior of the property. Overall, I would likely stay here again due to the convenience factor and the friendliness of the staff.

Newly renovated, very nice beds and bedding! Very clean and quiet. We had a pet friendly room…we were in Belton for a rabbit show..and it was great! Lots of room! We will stay here again next year.

We stayed 2 nights. They were non refundable or we would have left. Everything was under construction which was not listed on the website. They did let you know when you got there but we had already reserved on the non refundable rate. Bed was comfortable enough but the shoddy workmanship in the "just remodeled" room was surprising. I keep waiting for a shower tile to fall on me as the tile work was just so poor. The breakfast consisted of one bag of cereal for everyone to pour from. Stale bagels and muffins and a waffle machine. That\'s it. Coffee was decent on day 2 but day 1 not so much. Would not stay here again even after remodel as we had already seen the workmanship in the phase we were in.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious room that also allowed pet with a reasonable additional fee.

The staff checking in was awesome. The hotel was being remodeled so outside was limited parking and messy. The room was big but obviously still needed remodel completion. Overall a good stay.

I am truly grateful we were able to get a room. Our power went out and I had elderly parents who live with me. There was no available rooms in our City so we found this one about 10-15 mins from our home. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helped to get my parents a first floor room due to their elevators not working. The rooms were nice and comfortable but the overall hotel was a little dusty and not as clean due to construction going on. Breakfast was good but not much of a selection. But overall our stay was good and we appreciate we were able to get a room to stay so we didn't have to stay in a hot house until power was restored. This hotel was pet friendly as well which we were thankful for because we have a small dog that we couldn't leave home in our hot house.

The property is well maintained, and the staff is accommodating. My mixed review is the result of fleas in my room. The hotel allows pets, though I assumed there were specific rooms available for them. When I noticed the fleas in my room and on my feet, I called and reported it. The staff was apologetic and quickly moved me to another, flea-free room. Because the staff was so quick to help I chose to not rate the entire stay as awful. It really did seem like they were as surprised and disappointed as I was. I was told they'd put in a work order to get rid of the fleas. Maybe check your room thoroughly on arrival to save yourself some late night misery.

Large & many Roaches and staff is awhere of it i was stuck here as vehicle broke down. I was told narmal for the area in this region to have these pest in the rooms.

Both front desk ladies were nice and accommodating. Comfortable CLEAN bed, everything was clean. You could smell the freshness as soon as you walked inside, hallway was clean and fresh and so was the room and the smell of the room. Breakfast was also good. 2 waffles irons, Quaker oatmeal, cereal, bagel and toast options. Coffee was hot and fresh. Apple and orange juice. Eggs, potatoes and bacon. Yogurt. I’d stay agin just based off the cleanliness alone. Convenient area, right off the highway. Right next door walking distance from the Belton Expo center so if you have an event this is the place for you, or if you're traveling and need a place to rest for the night like I did, this is a great pit stop. If you’re like me and you don’t NEED LUXURY like my bougie cousin who stays at the Omni every chance she gets, then this is for you. A COMFORTABLE, CLEAN hotel with nice front office staff, a fulfilling breakfast and a comfortable bed with a Clean bathroom, and soft shea butter hand soap and good smelling lotion for afterwards, then the Comfort Suites is for you. They have snack options as well. When I look for a hotel I’m looking for CLEANLINESS, I don’t care about the newest fixtures and updates as long as I don’t see critters roaming around like they rented a room then we good.

The room smelled like old musty smoke. The shower curtain had a ton of mold on the bottom. And there was no TV remote in our room. I would stay next-door next time.

1 night stay my only issue was I literally had to kill 41 flies that were in the room. Was attending a event at the expo a center easy walk access and the motel was sold out cheap stay but ok

It was stains all over the sheets like blood or something and it took them all day to change them so me and my family had to wait room was dirty and smelly. I want a refund I’m so disappointed

Every area of the building was clean. The desk personnel was polite. The access to the building and elevator was convenient and easy access to the main roads was awesome!

Our first room had a very musty smell and the door was left ajar upon arrival. It was difficult to close it properly. We were moved to the room right across from it, which had no issues with the door. However we quickly realized that the humidity inside the rooms is what was causing the “wet towel” smell. All of our water bottles, toiletries, even electronics had condensation on them due to the humidity. We did love the proximity to the Cadence Bank Center which is the whole reason we were visiting. Area was safe and close to everything.

The room was very big, very clean, Enjoyed my stay.

Rated Good because of no blackout curtains, only a blind in window. Room was lit up with light all night. Everything else was great!

Overall the stay was great. The rooms are huge compared to other places we could’ve stayed. The ONLY annoyance for me was consistent . The minute you walk through the lobby - smelled like cigarette smoke. The clerk was friendly and quick and informative. We got to the 2nd floor and it smelled great. No smoke. I was relieved. Got to our room… SMOKE. Smokey pillows and bedding. For someone who’s sensitive to smoke - it was unpleasant.

Everything else was great, except the a/c wouldn’t go down past 69. My sister and I woke up hot several times. It was not a good nights sleep.

Very nice hotel. The bed was so amazingly comfortable. The room was nice, except for the bathroom door. It should have been a sliding door. If you went to the toilet the door would swing open into the half bath sink area and bump whoever was standing there. Overall it was a great stay.

The staff member that check us in was rude. My reservations stated 2 queen beds. the room she gave me was a king with a couch. She was displeased that I asked her for the correct room.

I went to the front desk and a sign stated the clerk will be back shortly. I stayed around for 10-15 minutes, no one still showed so wrote a note telling them I had roaches in the room. I expected someone to knock on the door and show some concern. No one showed. Next morning I asked if they found my note and she said yes and will tell her boss. She said she was sorry but that was it. Breakfast was incomplete , no eggs or bacon so went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

The property could use some refreshing (paint, etc.). Staffing issues resulted in me needing to come back three times to finally check in at around 6 p.m. The only lady working seemed overwhelmed with the lack of help at the time.

I was totally jappy with the hotel and the staff especially Charlotte. Upon arrival she made sure our room was ready. She went out of her way to make sure our stay would exceed our expectations.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Every single person we came into contact with. The room was so clean and huge!! There is a full size fridge which I’ve never seen!! Breakfast was wonderful. It was literally one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel!

Great location great staff good price loved our stay here super clean and close to interstate!

Our TV doesn’t work. No one answered on the first call. Once someone answered she said she will contact a technician. And that was it. No follow up. Also the light in our sink area is not working.

It had a convenient location next to the event center. Breakfast was busy with guests. The variety of food was good.

We had a quick trip for our son’s 1st time at a State Archery Tournament. The Comfort Inn was walking distance to the Expo Center which made it so convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very convenient if you're going to the Expo Center. Restaurants in Belton are very close and a short drive away. The hotel had a strange smell in the hall and our room that we couldn't escape. Breakfast wasn't very good. The typical breakfast that you find at other hotels but on a smaller scale. The towels were very small and very rough. Those really need to be replaced. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly.

The hotel staff are accommodating and very nice. Beds are so comfortable, breakfast is amazing, they honestly made it feel like home away from home. Wonderful experience every time!

They have a nice clean facility, and everyone was very nice. They also serve a very nice full breakfast.
