Very nice staff, friendly. Good breakfast. Convenient location in the Entertainment District. Lots of food choices in the area. Close to public transportation (about a 10 minute walk to Union Station). Loved the hot tub and pool. My only complaint is that the women's bathroom in the pool area had a hole in the ceiling that had a bucket under it to catch a leak (it's located over the sink in an alcove).

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and overall, the facility was excellent. We had to park a couple of blocks away, as the parking for the hotel was very expensive.

Valet was expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and quick - helped pack/unpack car, brought my things to our room. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but has breakfast buffet - wasn't great though. Also can get drinks in the bar at night. Hotel was down to 2 elevators for 22 floors, which made for some waiting. We had a 2 bedroom suite, with 2 baths. Was nice and spacious. My only compliant about the room was it was so dark and dreary. We had 3 windows total and 2 of them were facing a concrete wall, so never felt like the rooms were bright enough. I appreciated they had ice water in the lobby all the time, which was a nice refresher when coming in from the heat. Location was good - short walk to CN Tower/Skydome/Aquarium. Eaton Centre was about 15 minutes. Lots of dining, parks and shopping nearby. No complaints about the location. Would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were pretty great. Workout room was alright - small but certainly got the job done. Breakfast was amazing, one of the better buffets included with hotel stays that I've experienced. Staff were always friendly and engaging. The room was magnificent. The HVAC in the room left something to be desired, but it did the job. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I'm in Toronto in the future!

Great place to stay downtown. I would suggest finding an alternative location to park because parking on site is very expensive. Expedia has it posted at $55 and the hotel charges $60. So inaccurate information provided. Break very simple. Not much variety. Room was quiet at night.

The hotel was old, so the room smelled. There were more than five hairs on the bedding and stains in several places, which was unpleasant. The bed sheets were old and had holes in them. However, the hotel was in a good location, and the staff in the restaurant and lobby were all friendly.

We were absolutely shocked at the cleanliness of the room, with the bathroom being left with the last occupants body disposal. The pull out bed, the mattress, is something you would expect to find on Hastings street in Vancouver! Disgusting! We were upgraded to a different room, however, the furniture is old and the drawers on the dresser we had to leave open, as they would slide open on their own anyways. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY terrible! We were so shocked as this is NOT the Marriott standards! I had the oatmeal, which is watered down so much that someone at the next table commented that it would be something they’d expect to be served in jails. The prisoners wouldn’t even eat it! ( and that really was a correct description). We had to line up, out the restaurant, past the desk along the hallway, past the elevators just to get into the eating area. Then you had to line up again to get the food. I even had to pull the one staff member aside to ask him to remove the mouldy oranges. Needless to say, we didn’t mind missing breakfast after that. They were even asking ppl to please if they could, get their meals and take them to their rooms! Terrible service!! Then the final frustration was the elevator was out of service causing such a terrible back up and ppl getting mad & frustrated. There were two other complaints and the ppl weren’t hiding their disappointment.

The staff were friendly but the hotel needs help. Our room was not clean. There was left over fecal/vomit on the outside bottom of the toilet between the bathtub and toilet from a previous guest we assume We found a open bottle of alcohol in the closet behind the ironing board (so understandable it was missed?) and overall the hotel is worn out. We informed the front desk of the issues and they sent someone right away to deal with it at 9:15pm. Then they followed up with a gift of potato chips, candy bar, and an ice tea with an apology note. I appreciate the effort but they brought the apology at 10:45 pm after we were asleep. They knocked on the door until we answered waking my kid. The air conditioning didn't work for the first 2 days (Toronto was having a heat wave) and we were told it was a city wide issue but we had other family staying at a hotel just a block away with no issues with air. The hotel is still running on only 2 elevators. But we had read the reviews stating the wait time with elevators was a problem so we were prepared for that issue. The bedding seemed clean, but I would not stay here again.

Very close to the Roger’s Centre, cn tower. Easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. Very clean, good breakfast. Beds in pull out couches are very worn, can feel all springs through mattress.

The suites are great for families, with lots of room for everybody. The kitchen in our suite was good for making quick meals and the continental breakfast was a proper buffet, not just coffee and bagels. Would definitely come back.

Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the theatre district. The room was clean, spacious and bright, while the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are getting outdated .The room we were in 1212 the dining room chairs were both torn .Should be replaced. The room was clean ,the staff here are great it’s close to the ballpark …it just need an update and definitely replace the ragged furniture .

Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, great area with lots of dining and activity within walking distance. Transit was fairly easy to navigate and Ubers were reasonably priced when we needed them. The complementary breakfast was good too. Hope to return to Toronto and stay here again!

Isa and Yulia were the rudest people I have ever experienced at a hotel stay. And maybe my entire life! The hotel bar was supposed to be open until 11:30 pm. We arrived back to the hotel on our first night at 10:30 and were refused drinks. He (Isa) told our party that we would have to pay him overtime to stay open until 11:30, he was already cleaned up and ready to go home. UNACCEPTABLE! We asked to speak to the manager Yulia and she was equally as rude. She did absolutely nothing to make our stay any better or accommodate what the hotel advertises. Further, she sided with him and was more than ok with him shutting down services an hour early. If I managed the hotel, they both would and should be fired on the spot! We paid almost $750 to stay there for two days, which is absolutely unacceptable for the service and experience we received from a Marriott. When you pay those prices, quality service is expected, not begged for. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

I would not recommend I called for extra pillows none came tried to call front desk several times no answer. I wanted the room I booked which was two queen beds I was given an upgrade which I didn’t want as I needed two beds so my husband had to sleep on the pull out couch which was terrible. Had to take stairs most of the time as it was impossible to get in elevator without waited a long time.

Fantastic stay all the way around! Room was large and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was incredible - we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. Pool was nice. We highly recommend.

Stayed in a 2 bed suite with 3 adults 2 children. Was good to have the extra space although sofa bed mattress was awful - didnt arrive until late so put pillows down on it and our son slept on those. Reported it to reception in the morning and they brought up a rollaway bed which was better. Had to rearrange the living room to create a bed space whilst maintaining a seating space. That said, it was also an uncomfortable sofa! Adults sat on either dining chairs or the desk chair! There also werent enough dining chairs for 5 people - didnt bother asking for more as the coffee table was a better height for our daughter so she just sat on that for meals!! Good to have a laundry down the hall. Although only took change - my husband had to get some cash from the cash machine in the lobby. Later he realised he'd been charged $9 for the privelege! So don't use it!! Breakfast was mediocre. Had bagels, english muffins and bread, plus cereals, yoghurt. Cooked selection was pretty rubbish. There were pancakes on one day only, bacon on one day only...but always two types of eggs. That said, my daughter enjoyed the flat turkey sausage slices that seemed to be there evey day?! We ended up going out for breakfast on our last day to get pancakes, bacon and maple syrup!! Location was good. Staff were pleasant aside from one bar staff member who was quite rude to my husband when he was with our children. Pool was ok. Gym was ok. Air conditioning was ok.

Way too small of a space for breakfast. Lobby is also small for the size of the hotel. It’s basically just a hallway to the elevators. Of which there are only 3 for a 22 story hotel. You also can access stairs from the lobby. So if your room is on a lower floor, and you could easily walk, you’re forced to take the elevators, which are almost always busy and crowded. Great location. But so are the 30 other hotels you could stay at in the area.
