ATTENTION: CANCELLATION POLICY Non-refundable: as the name suggests, in case of cancellation, no refund will be given. Standard Rate: You have up to 48h before arrival to cancel without any charge ;) If you cancel more than 48h before arrival, the first night of your stay will be charged. No Show: In case of no show or late cancellation, the first night of your stay will be charged. The day after of the original date of your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled. In order to respect local laws, we are not allowed to accept bookings from minors who are not accompanied by an adult, and without the corresponding authorisation of their parent and/or guardian. Valid documentation (ID card or passport) will be required to check in and stay at the establishment. Important: All persons over 35 years of age are highly recommended to book a private room. Minors under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by a responsible adult. Minors are not allowed to stay in rooms shared with adults if they are not part of their group or part of the family. Families with children under the age of 18 need to book private rooms. A deposit of 5 € for the key and 5 € for the towel will be requested on arrival. It will be refunded €10 on departure provided that the towel and key are returned in full. On arrival you can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. Prices quoted include taxes. Check-out is at 11 am. If you do not vacate your room by that time you will be charged a surcharge of 10 €. The Hostel imposes special payment and cancellation policies and conditions for group bookings of more than 9 beds. A percentage of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking (in addition to the hostelworld deposit), the remainder one month prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: During dates coinciding with special events such as Las Fallas, La Tomatina and Moto GP, as well as non-refundable bookings, special payment and cancellation conditions apply. After booking, a link will be sent to make the payment through a payment gateway, in a totally comfortable and safe way. Payments by any other method will not be accepted. The booking will not be confirmed until the payment has been credited. Any cancellation made after this date will NOT be refunded. Cancellations by telephone will NOT be accepted. A deposit for towel and keys will be requested on arrival. It will be refunded on departure provided they are returned in full.
