Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. The facility was very clean and beautiful. Very convenient to Broadway and all the attractions. The only downside for me was they charge $62 daily to park on the premises with valet parking, but there is a parking garage directly across the road that is $20 daily. It isn’t owned by the Hotel. You just can’t leave and come back without paying again. There are other parking lots and garages in the area around the same rates.

One block off Broadway (Near Legend’s Corner Bar), connected to Assembly Food Hall, Minivan taxi from airport to hotel was $50 for 6 adults. Location, location, location… clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very WALKABLE to the strip. An incredibly easy place to stay.

$30 destination fee which they at least tell you aboit when you get there. Plus a $30 xtra ppl they don't tell you about. Valet was an absolute fluster cuck. Ended up self parking. Hair in the bathtub and sink. Not a little, a lot of very noticeable hair. Location is great.

Fitness and pool were closed for long term renovations. No mention of this was made before booking. If your amenities are closed long term, you need to display that on booking listings. Hiding it so that people still book is a scam.

Great location… check in was quick. Rooms are well appointed and recently renovated. We tried the two restaurants; both lacked attentive servers. However the food was very good at Fib. Valet ($65/usd /day) is extremely overpriced considering they use the public lot right across the street ($20/day weekdays and $10/day on weekends). Not sure we would stay again - lots of options in the area!

Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast server was fun and did a great job. The pool /hot tub being under construction was disappointing. Had a great time, we will be back to the Renaissance! The location is perfect for shopping and catching the nightlife within walking distance.

Both beds in my room had dirty stained sheets with hair in them! For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have a dirty room! The toiletries on my bathroom counter were used. The curtains and chair in the room were also visibly stained. I paid almost $700 for 2 nights including the $60 fee they charge you at check in for a dirty room. The food in the hotel was great! But the service at Little Fib was lacking.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Renaissance and love it due to the close proximity to downtown, shops and restaurants. Customer service is always exceptional. My only complaint is housekeeping. We stayed in room #828 June 7-12. Housekeeper cleaned our room 1 time after we had to walk out to the hall and ask her. Also the amount of dust on lamps, counters, tv, picture frames had my allergies in rare form, I even did the finger swip and was amazed by the amount of dust in places that should be wiped down daily. That make me think if she is not dusting what else is she not cleaning. Def did not vacuum either. We would love to stay again here at our next trip in a few months, I hope the cleaners do a better job than this last visit.

The tub/shower drain was completely clogged and not draining. Due to check out time we could not finish our shower and the next person could not shower. Very unhappy. The maintenance person unclogged it enough o take a shower prior to checkout but needed to come back after we checked out. For the price point and name brand very dissatisfied.

We had to switch rooms because the first room had dirty bedsheets. The hotel staff was very accommodating to help with this change. In our second room, the body wash bottle in the shower was completely empty. At night we noticed a lot of traffic noise.

We liked the amenities of the property. The food was good, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms because the first room wasn’t as clean and it was no problem. We typically stay at Marriott properties a lot but the rooms were outdated compared to the lobby and other offerings. It was disappointing.

Bartender would not wait on us once we befriended 2 lovely black ladies, 1 was a school teacher, 1 was a police officer, both from Alabama. The bartender was as nice as he could be to us (we are both white) until the ladies joined us. My husband complained to the beverage manager and she bought us a round of drinks on the house. The moment the manager was gone the bartender yelled "are you happy now" at my husband and called security telling them to kick my husband & me out. Then they ran the 2 ladies out of the bar as well. BTW We had each had 2 cocktails so we were not over serverd. Do not stay!!!

I read reviews prior and they were not accurate. Firstly, my room was very nice. I am tall and the shower was great. The bathroom in general was very nice. My only negatives: 1. Nothing nearby for food. I need to eat something before bed and there were no choices. The food they did provide was subpar 2.i tried to set up a wake up call and nobody ever answered my call to set it up. Not a dealbreaker. I would stay there again and just bring a bunch of food.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Broadway area - walk to everything and then escape the noise in this lovely hotel. Nearby restaurants range from crazy loud to calmer. Bridge bar was nice and quiet although very expensive. Hot tub was great.

This property is close to all of the Nashville nightlife and the area feels safe enough to walk it all which is nice. Don’t expect 5 star food but the bridge bars apps were good as well as the drinks.

Loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were really nice. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything we did in Downtown Nashville. It’s connected to Assembly Food Hall which made choosing dining options very easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

We had the Sunday Easter brunch and became extremely ill immediately afterwards. The next day, I asked the staff if they had any other quest with the same and was told no, later that day we had several other quests say they to experienced food poisoning. When I spoke with the front desk the second time they still said that they felt it was not the food. At no point did anyone ask our room number or make any notes. The other quest said the same thing, not one staff member recorded or even apologized. The brunch was 50.00 per person, very expensive food poisoning!
