No indication when we booked that it was being renovated. Looked like a low level hotel. No instant apeal. Lobby was in need a serious dust job. Over priced, ridiculous parking fees. Could keep going. So dissapointed in the overall hotel and from staff. We paid way to much from way to little. Could be compared to a Hotel 6. Ownership should be embarrassed.

We have stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. Now there is construction and 2 elevators are closed, which caused waits to be 10-30 minutes. There was LOUD hammer drilling starting at 8am on the dot every morning. The garage is closed so valet has to park 5 blocks away which causes pickup wait times of 40mins at checkout.

In the middle of a huge renovation, which I didn’t know about. I think it would have been nice otherwise and will probably be nice when finished. But the constant hammering and drilling all around the room from 8 to 5 every day was kind of a deal breaker. Parking garage unavailable as well so I had to pay extra for offsite valet.

The hotel was located near construction. Trying to get back and forth to the 12th floor on the elevators was ridiculous. $65 parking fee for the hotel was ridiculous. We took the stairs on 3 seperate occasions going up to the room. And 7 separate occasions to go down to the lobby. The elevators broke for 2 hours and even when operational they were full or over capacity. For such a large hotel there should be more elevators or larger elevators. The bar was packed and it took 40 minutes to get our first drink and then they forgot to put our food order in and it took another hour.

Eight (8) floors are being renovated. They, of course, don't tell you that until you arrive. The Elevators are mostly not working except for one, sometimes two, with waits of up to 15 minutes. It's ridiculous.

The location was nice, we were able to walk to Broadway. It isn’t SUPER close and it is up a decent hill, so keep that in mind but this did not bother us at all. There was a Walgreens nearby which was super convenient and we loved the elevator and the views that came with them. The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping skipped cleaning our room one day when we very briefly (half hour at most) put the “privacy please” hanger on the door to change clothes. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned that day despite calling. Minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Staff were not helpful when brown water filled up our shower. Called the front desk twice with no answer, then had to walk downstairs to talk to someone. They Told us to just let it run and it would be fine. Indicated they had a water shut off earlier and that was why. Unacceptable.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Walk was easily accessible to Downtown Broadway for all events we took in. Staff was helpful and courteous. Quiet and comfortable rooms Will book again.

I was here for two nights for work. Yes, the property is under construction, I get that. But the rooms were incredibly gross, and the lobby was equally chaotic. My tub had a crack in it that had hair trapped in it, missing baseboards, stains in the bathroom, and just a very bland room. All of that plus a lackluster front desk and weird noises in the middle the night made this a no-go for me. $450 a night?! Madness.

We stayed here for 3 nights, during an poorly advertised renovation. The hotel was loud, with elevators and rooms in disarray. Our room was missing all of the furniture, and had a note that said, "if you\'d like a refrigerator, contact the front desk".. litterally staff walking around with refrigerators, delivering them to rooms on demand. Unsafe too..I saw a staff member with a mini fridge over his shoulder, walking right next to the edge of the open atrum 20 FLOORS UP! One trip, and someone might have a fridge land on their head. The most controllable aspect, that the staff feel completely flat on, was cleanliness. The lobby bar smelled like old beer, and puke. Nobody bussing tables quickly.. leaving full 10 person tables with tons of dishes and food, for 30-60 minutes. The place has a valet, but the valet takes 15-20 minutes to get your car. So you have to call/text in advance, and wait. This is not to mention, it\'s over $60/night to park. Overall, this stay was a real bummer, from a hotel perspective. Room missing all furniture, except the bed, and s swivel chair. (We had an executive suite). No fridge.. Super Dirty restaurant/bar, and construction going on, that is not prominently made aware to customers booking. If you stay here, be prepared to spend 300-400 per night, for a very sub-par hotel.

We had reserved two rooms and arrived around 4pm. Although check-in is advertised as 3pm the rooms were not ready and we were invited to leave our luggage and go visit downtown. After a little pushback they gave us drinks coupons and suggested we wait in the bar. They said the rooms had been cleaned and were just waiting for the final ok. Eventually both rooms were ready and we went up to unpack before going downtown for the evening. On entering our room we noticed a strong and unpleasant odor. We assumed it was some cleaning product they had used and that the smell would dissipate by the time we got back. We were wrong. On returning after 11pm the smell was still as strong. My wife was tired and wanted to try sleeping in the room rather than going to reception and demanding a new room. We spent a restless night with the smell in our nostrils, so next morning I went to reception, where they readily offered us a similar room that was immediately available. The new room was fine, even if the view was not quite so good, but there was no mention of compensating us for the poor experience and the inconvenience. Difficult to imagine someone checked that room and decided it was ok for guests. Our other criticism was breakfast in the "library", where you have to wait in line and order from one point of service, and then wait for your order to be brought to you. It seemed very inefficient and time consuming.

The location is perfect. Close enough to Broadway to walk but back far enough that it is quiet and away from the action. The hotel was spotless and staff were cheerful and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

I think for the price there are better choices. Beautiful lobby and nice staff! Beds are doubles so small. The shower didn’t get hot and the water pressure was very weak. Parking is convenient but expensive. There’s snacks and drinks sitting out on sensors that if you pick them up or bump them you’re charged for them.

This hotel is currently under renovation so our room had no furniture. We only had a bed and the room felt dated. The shower worked well and the water was hot. There were only two elevators working and the hotel has 30 floors or more so the wait time to use the elevators was excessive.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had no windows, I'm guessing because we were on a lower floor, but that didn't bother us. As with a lot of hotels in the US, it is quite noisy in the room. We were opposite the lifts (elevators!) and heard all the conversations of everyone all night (very clearly!) and the dings as the lift arrived - so wasn't the best nights sleep. A lot of hotels in the US seem to be like this and have poor noise isolation in the rooms, but hoped a nicer hotel would have been a little quieter in the bedrooms. The lifts seem to take ages to arrive despite there being quite a few, but it is a busy hotel. Breakfast was tasty as well, the only (minor) issue being we had prepaid for it on here and it was a little confusing what we were meant to do. Turns out we had to charge it to our room and then they would deduct is at checkout up to a certain value - slightly odd way of doing it and don't think it mentioned that anywhere on hotels.com Would stay again if we could request a room in a quieter location.

Let me start with the things i didnt like because there wasnt much: 1- SHOWER IS TERRIBLE! The shower head is located at aprox 5’8” from the tub floor. And the tub isnt very wide and feels like it is uneven slanting both sides to middle of tub. The shower head has a few flow options to pick from each one worse than the other. The water pressure feels like someone is in the basement with a bicycle air pump trying to push the water through the pipes. As a big guy 5’11” 265 lbs who loves a shower to unwind and get thoroughly washed it was actually STRESSFUL To shower here. Took a long time to get fully wet and even worse it took even longer to wash the soap out of your hair (and im very close cropped hair) and off your exposed body and much worse trying to get the water out of and into the places that arent so easily accessed if you know what i mean🙂. Whoever picked the shower heads for this hotel should be retrained ***I addressed this problem with the front desk and the girl was very helpful very sympathetic and sent someone to check on the problem. They also gave me free breakfast voucher for the next day which I didn’t ask for a person from the hotel actually did go up and change the showerhead with the exact same showerhead just a new one it didn’t work shower still was terrible . 2-Due to the way, the hotel is constructed I think There should be some type of safety net attached to each Level so that no people or debris falls Down * I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN
Let me start with the things i didnt like because there wasnt much: 1- SHOWER IS TERRIBLE! The shower head is located at aprox 5’8” from the tub floor. And the tub isnt very wide and feels like it is uneven slanting both sides to middle of tub. The shower head has a few flow options to pick from each one worse than the other. The water pressure feels like someone is in the basement with a bicycle air pump trying to push the water through the pipes. As a big guy 5’11” 265 lbs who loves a shower to unwind and get thoroughly washed it was actually STRESSFUL To shower here. Took a long time to get fully wet and even worse it took even longer to wash the soap out of your hair (and im very close cropped hair) and off your exposed body and much worse trying to get the water out of and into the places that arent so easily accessed if you know what i mean🙂. Whoever picked the shower heads for this hotel should be retrained ***I addressed this problem with the front desk and the girl was very helpful very sympathetic and sent someone to check on the problem. They also gave me free breakfast voucher for the next day which I didn’t ask for a person from the hotel actually did go up and change the showerhead with the exact same showerhead just a new one it didn’t work shower still was terrible . 2-Due to the way, the hotel is constructed I think There should be some type of safety net attached to each Level so that no people or debris falls Down * I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

Overall the stay was fine. We incurred a few problems however. 1) Room was not cleaned the day after we arrived. The desk drawer would open and not close. The only way to keep the drawer closed was to keep the chair against it. So using the desk was not an option. 3)The pressure for the shower was aweful. 4) Ordered lunch and they had a shift and after 1/2 hour had to re-order. 4) The Skye club is not part of the Sheraton and they front desk should have informed us. So we could not charge to our room. Ridiculous! On a good note, the room was very nice, the gym is great and the location is super as well.

We could hear the people in the room next door talking til 2:00 am. The caulking around the sink vanity is peeling and needs repair. The toilet moved when you sat on it. The girl at the front desk didn’t give us any information. Other than to say 7th floor is your room. Did not have a clue where breakfast was served. So just skipped it after paying extra for it.

We had an issue with the breakfast coupons- first day the restaurant asked if I wanted to put it on my room not for the coupon and I said yes thinking it would just credited. After realizing the mistake I was told by the restaurant to go to the front desk to resolve. First person said she will forward to her manager to fix. After 2 days still not done. The second front desk area told me she couldn't fix it and I should be Ok because the $12 resort credit had been credited toward my meal. Finally after over hearing the conversation another member said to just override the charge. We travel often and this by far was one of the worst front staff experiences.

Day before our trip i got an email from Marriott to check in early so i did they said i was checked in at the hotel for the following day and would get a text when my room was ready. When I showed up at the hotel around 11am I let them know that i should already be checked in. They told me i was not but if i wanted to check in early i would only have to pay $100.00 dollars. I declined and I had them hold my bags until i could check in. As i traveled with other people we left the hotel to grab something too eat until our rooms were ready and found out that one of the people i was traveling with was told he only had to pay $50.00 dollars to check in early. our shower was backed up and did not drain very well when they did bring us new towels some of them were ripped and had holes in them. I have stayed at many Marriott properties around the world and never have been propositioned to get into my room early there were many other things wrong i hope this is not the new normal for Marriott because it was such a disappointment from the usual great experiences i have had with them over the years

This experience started with a horrible check-in. The clerk at the next desk checked-in at least 10 people while they played with my reservation, this was after 5:00 and my room should have been read. The clerk offered me a room that did not have a curtain. I reminded her that the reservation was over $500 a night and definitely should have a curtain. I travel quite a bit and this is by far the worst hotel that I have stayed in for several years. I am dumbfounded at the price. Both the cell service and wifi in the room were spotty at best. In fact, every morning I left the hotel to a local coffee shop for internet services for work. I expressed my concerns to the clerks and they have heartedly apologized. The hotel was obviously undergoing a remodel. There was drywall and dust in my room and throughout the hotel. Another issues was that housekeeping came by the room twice before 9:00 AM on the Saturday. I asked for a reduction on the room at check-out and she shared that they could not do that and would have to go through Hotels.com. I have never asked for a refund or a partial refund and I think this stay definitely warrants one.

The location was nice, we were able to walk to Broadway. It isn’t SUPER close and it is up a decent hill, so keep that in mind but this did not bother us at all. There was a Walgreens nearby which was super convenient and we loved the elevator and the views that came with them. The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping skipped cleaning our room one day when we very briefly (half hour at most) put the “privacy please” hanger on the door to change clothes. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned that day despite calling. Minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

We had a short stay in Nashville this weekend for a preseason NFL game. We enjoyed this hotels convenient location that made it easy to walk to the stadium. It was also an easy walk to Broadway. Plenty of options for lunch.

I'm leaving a 3 for the rating of the overall experience. When we checked in, we were charged $22 more than the experian price. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It did not provide a microwave or separate refrigerator for your items, so that's a negative. The lock on our door kept getting stuck in the open position, so we had to mess with that before we left everytime. The battery on the in room safe was dying, so I could not utilize that for my belongings. They should be mindful and think that folks do take their children to nice hotels when they travel. The information regarding the snack bar was so small that you needed a magnifying glass. Just post a ice and elegant sign with larger font about the snacks. That alone seems like they want to charge for no reason. The bathroom sink drained super slow. The shower head was nice, however it didnt have any pressure. A quick shower took 3 times as long. Finally, I went to the library lounge and restaurant for an evening drink and dinner. The bar tender kooked at me several times over about 5 minutes before he walked over and offered me a menu. He clearly wasn't listening because he yelled from the bar asking what my side was. I ordered a beer and a blackened chicken wrap. It came out timely and was hot/fresh and had a nice presentation. It was brought out by a food runner and not the bartender. No big deal, but he never returned after that. I had to ask another server to order another drink.

Our room was clean. They had "snack and beverage" options available for an additional fee. We didn't purchase any, but it was nice to have them in the room in case we got hungry or thirsty. We had reservations to eat at Skype. They were nice and worked with us even though we were 30 minutes late. The food was excellent! The view was excellent! Hospitality was great! Overall A and we'll definitely have to do it again! 👍

Great hotel! Only a few blocks from broadway! Rooms were clean and comfortable....bathroom could be bigger and use a few renovations, But still nice! Has a rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views and pretty good food! Would stay here again!

We had reserved two rooms and arrived around 4pm. Although check-in is advertised as 3pm the rooms were not ready and we were invited to leave our luggage and go visit downtown. After a little pushback they gave us drinks coupons and suggested we wait in the bar. They said the rooms had been cleaned and were just waiting for the final ok. Eventually both rooms were ready and we went up to unpack before going downtown for the evening. On entering our room we noticed a strong and unpleasant odor. We assumed it was some cleaning product they had used and that the smell would dissipate by the time we got back. We were wrong. On returning after 11pm the smell was still as strong. My wife was tired and wanted to try sleeping in the room rather than going to reception and demanding a new room. We spent a restless night with the smell in our nostrils, so next morning I went to reception, where they readily offered us a similar room that was immediately available. The new room was fine, even if the view was not quite so good, but there was no mention of compensating us for the poor experience and the inconvenience. Difficult to imagine someone checked that room and decided it was ok for guests. Our other criticism was breakfast in the "library", where you have to wait in line and order from one point of service, and then wait for your order to be brought to you. It seemed very inefficient and time consuming.
