Smells clean as you walk in. Place is very tidy. The server during the complimentary breakfast, Chadeeza is very nice and sweet. Gym gets the job done. For a hotel near a highway made for 1 nighters you can’t beat it.

This place had an excellent gym. In fact for a small gym it was the best appointed Ive experienced anywhere. My bed was luxuriously comfortable and the spa bath and shower were excellent! The stagf were also amazingly helpful

All the spaces we were in from the Lobby to our room and the dining are were very clean. All the staff personnel are very professional and friendly, ensuring we were comfortable and pleased with our time there. The Breakfast was outstanding, the lady that was there was very helpful and sincerely interested in us enjoying our breakfast. She was ahead of the selection of food to ensure everything was there and hot for the customers. Wish more of the hotels we stay in had a person like her taking care of the customers in the dining area.

The hotel gives more of a motel vibe. Very dated. Room smelled like mildew, but everything seemed clean. No toothbrushes or toothpaste in rooms. Bar soap only. Smallest bottles of lotion you've ever seen in a hotel. Room did have a fridge and mixrowave, which was nice.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've every stayed. The woman in the breakfast area was constantly cleaning and was so sweet. The other hotel staff were also very nice. An example of the lengths they go to for a clean hotel is when we were leaving a young lady was actually MOPPING the concrete walkway into the hotel. Nothing had happened such as a spill for her to do that. It's just part of their routine. The hotel is conveniently located by the I40. My room was on the opposite side from the Interstate and was quiet. I do not know if Interstate side rooms can hear the traffic. While the hotel isn't brand new it was nice and has everything you need. My only negative was my mattress did have a slant on the edge where you would sit on the edge of the mattress that made me feel as if I might roll right out of the bed. I would most definitely stay here again. Also, the parking was free.

the breakfast was good, the coffee hot and ready. There is a drugstore and grocery store less than a block away. This property is right off the freeway for easy access. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was large and had everything we needed i.e. fridge, microwave and ironing board. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if I am back this way!

Facility is older than appears online. Very close to interstate. Room clean. Water gets very hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. 4 Small pillows on each bed. Only one was soft. Microwave plate must have been broken and glued together. It cracked in multiple places when we made popcorn. Very limited food places nearby. Wasn’t worth $160 paid for night.

This hotel is very nice. It's quiet even though it's right on the interstate. The breakfast was first class. Our only disappointment is the bathroom. Why in the world are the toilets so small and so low to the ground? We felt like it was a child's potty. Grown adults, especially handicap adults NEED a standard size at least or better yet a chair height. This should be an absolute must. We felt like we were falling when we sat down then it's difficult to get up.

The pros were it was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. We liked the coffee options. The cons were minimal, but the faucet leaked, the toilet seat was wobbly, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open unless I propped a trash can in front of it. All very minor, but could be solved very easily.

Suite with king bed and sitting area was very spacious and clean. Bedding was comfortable would have preferred larger/more comfortable pillows. Daily cleaning available. Breakfast was typical with a variety of hot and cold food. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and well lit lot. Easy access to downtown but not within walking distance to any sites.

The overall property was ok and in a convenient location. The lady that cleans up during breakfast is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was rude from the time I checked in until the time that I left. Having rude desk staff for 5 day is unacceptable.

Overall our stay was "ok". The room had a few irrelevant damaged items...the locjmk needed to be fixed, the table was scratched, and remote barely worked. However, it was clean, the breakfast was good especially the nice staff that worked it. However, they seemed to be short staffed at night when making requests no one could handle them bc they were short. Otherwise they were nice.

Clean hotel. Average room. A little worried about the area for car safety with young people riding bikes all over late at night. Very close to highway, pharmacy and pawn shops. Included breakfast ends at 9am, a little early in our case so we mossed it. At check in, the young attendant double charged my credit card… now I have to chase for a refund.

Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel! The room and the hotel was clean. The breakfast area was clean with some healthy options which is sometimes difficult to find on the road. The location is right next to the highway so it made getting around super easy. We checked in around 2am so it was very late in the night but everything went smoothly.

Stayed here as it was close to the hospital my husband was doing his nursing clinical. Right of of I 40 and only 2 miles down the road to the hospital. Clean grounds and close to several restaurants and grocery store. Easy and short trip into downtown and to Grand Ole Opry. Rooms was clean, nice hot breakfast but I wish it would have been open till 10am. It is right off the highway so there is traffic noise. Price was excellent for a weekend in Nashville.

the hotel is very nice, great internet, comfortable, excellent breakfasts. the area around the hotel is just not very nice. it does have a walgreens right next door which i find very useful. the big road in front makes it hard to get going in the right direction as it is hard to get across the street. beyond that, there are some decent places to eat and what not within a mile or two but the area is run down, looks run down, and is just a bunch of vehicles driving by places that look like they were built in the 60s and just randomly.

My priorities were proximity to the conference I was attending at Clementine Event Hall and low cost. I got both of those AND a safe, clean hotel experience. The in-room refrigerator and microwave came in handy, and I made use of the ice and bottle-filler right by the elevators. The free breakfast wasn't my jam, but it was offered in a pleasant space for those who aren't super picky about their food choices. The location was convenient to the highway, which made the area congested and not walkable.

I had read reviews that said this property was easy to access I-40, but that is not strictly true. First, to enter the hotel property you have to drive behind a Walgreens to get to the hotel parking lot. No big deal. But during rush hour traffic, it is almost impossible to get out to go to I-40. We had to go about half a mile down the busy street to turn around and get back in the correct lane to turn and get to I-40.

Good hotel, semi sketchy part of town. Lyft cost us $30 to lower broadway, then $40 back to the hotel. I would rather pay those costs vs a possible DUI.

The only negatives about this hotel was the toilet… I have arthritis is my knees and the toilet was EXTREMELY low to the ground! Very difficult to get on and off. Also, if you’re looking for something close to Broadway, this is not the hotel for you. Advertisement said 7 minute drive, and that drive cost us (in Uber/Lyft, up to $50 one way, depending on time of day. All in all, the stay was good… very nice complimentary breakfast!

Had to ask for towels at the pool 2 times and when they gave it to us they walked with us to make sure they were going to to pool like we were stealing them. Breakfast was always out of items and they were not prepared for a full hotel it took 40 min to restock. Had an aroma difuser running in lobby and the scent was overwelming if you stayed to long you got a head ache.

The breakfasts each morning were delicious!! Our sweet cook always greeted each guest and prepared both protein and light meals. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Entrance to hotel is easy. You have cross a four lane to enter. Enjoyable 3 night stay!!

Only in town for 1-night; the hotel was decent. Clean, convenient/walkable for grabbing food, snacks, gas; seems safe & directly off the highway. VERY high-traffic area (plan accordingly), but surprisingly quiet. Priced fine, but there could have been a few more items for breakfast (no vegan/vegetarian or non pork options). Staff was friendly as well.
