The breakfast was a good selection. Every morning they had biscuits and gravy and sausage links, there is also an actual omelette bar with somebody making them per request. The pool was also nice to have. Everyone was very friendly. There are two complimentary massage chairs. Also a nice couple of sitting areas in the lobby. The location is nice, about a half mile or so from Broadway, but in Music Row, so very walkable to a lot of things

Breakfast was the best. Tina was so capable friendly and kept all Breakfast goodies accessible. The young man cooking omelettes was fantastic and also very friendly. The pool was clean and very enjoyable as was the massage chair.

Convenient location with competitive prices. A bit run down but quite comfortable. Decent breakfast, loved the massage chairs! Pool was good, the gym average-poor. Entitled to Expedia Vip package, we got teo small bottle of water and a small bag of snacks (other hotels have offered cocktails..)

House keeper was very good,We needed a ride to the grand ole Opry and they arranged drop off and pick up for us which was very helpful Pool was a nice way to cool down after a day walking on Broadway street Breakfast was a selection for everyone We drove a motorcycle to Nashville and the on site parking was safe and secure I would recommend the hotel

Nice, kitschy hotel near downtown. While not within walking distance to Broadway, very near with a minimal drive. Omelet bar was a nice touch a breakfast. BE AWARE that there is a per night parking fee. This added $20/night that I was not aware of when booking.

The room was adequate, however, one of our beds wasn't made when we returned in the evening, and one of the used bath towels disappeared without being replaced. The pool was fine and there were additional towels available. In the gym, one of the treadmills appeared to be broken, and the elliptical was making a lot of noise and thus unusable. The breakfast included fresh fruit but no "sugarless" oatmeal or muesli options.

Location is too far from the centre, it isnt convenient at all. Not sure the car parking fee is justified given the location. First room had mildew smell, but we were immediately offered a better one. Not very clean in public areas. Staff were hanging out in the bedrooms watching tv! Breakfast had an omelette station.

The lady that checked us in was a bit rude but check-in went smoothly. When got to our room the bed was squeaky and the towels were dirty with hair in them. Water for the shower was cold for the duration of the stay. Overall this is a sleep only hotel nothing fancy. Probably won’t be back because of the lack of cleanliness.

Hotel was just okay. My room had peeling wallpaper, musty smell, and has stains on the curtains and wall. The bathroom has a dirty mirror. Not much amenities in the room, only bar soap and tiny shampoo and conditioner. There is no hair dryer which was annoying. The staff was very nice but overall this hotel isn’t great.

Very dirty hotel, with a lot of humidity in the rooms. We had to leave at 11 p.m. to find another hotel because my husband, who has allergies, got sick from the humidity and the malfunctioning air conditioning. I paid for three nights, but the hotel only refunded me one night. That's unfair, and on top of that, I had to spend more on another hotel and transportation. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and I'll be posting photos everywhere I can.

The hotel appearance was clean, the rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hallway smelled mildew and old. The carpet was a little dirty too, but you could tell that they tried to clean it. Inside the room, the carpet was good.

This hotel was not it. Came here for 2 nights but We had to check out a day early because the room was so awful. They would not refund us for the 2nd night because we booked through Expedia but did refund one day of parking. They did offer to switch us to another room but it was not worth it for us to stay another night in a hotel that we were uncomfortable at. Pros: - Staff was nice at check in. - Comfortable beds. - Nice pool. - Refunded for 1 night of parking since we checked out a day early. Cons: - AC was off when we entered the room and that day the temperature was 101° outside so the room temp was 84° when we entered the room. - Room smelled bad like mildew. - Carpet was all wet in front of the AC unit. - AC was very loud and sounded like fighter jets flying overhead and kept us up all night because it never stopped blowing air. - AC was blowing out some kind of dust or something that caused my daughter bad allergies and had her up all night sneezing and coughing. - Shower temperature would only get hot as hell and burn you or was freezing cold as ice, no in between. - Ice machine was not working on our floor so we had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice. - Hair dryer only blew out cold air.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! If I could do zero stars that wouldn't even be ok! First room smelled like urine so bad we couldn't even try to stay had to ask for a room change immediately, second room didn't smell like urine BUT the sheets were stained with some sort of bodily fluids!!! The staff refused to refund our money, we weren't even in the establishment for more than 20 minutes! I'm so disgusted and even more disappointed and then the owner tried to rebuttal With- they offered yet another room but we refused due to personal reason .Newsflash your rooms were disgusting and after two rooms being unsafe due to those cleanliness issues we were Not willing to try for the third. Being a premium point holder with this chain I'm so very disappointed with the entire situation

Nicely equipped hotel with very contemporary rooms (Elivis inspired artwork.) Room and bed were very comfortable and clean- good condition. Lots of options available for breakfast including cooked to order eggs/omelettes, potatoes, even biscuits and gravy! (in addition to the expected continental style offerings). Walking distance to many great attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

About the only thing that was a bit off was the view from 211 out the window. Ugly AC units and piping on the adjoining roof. Not sure how to correct without architectural panels or new equipment.

The staff was awesome, very helpful and kind with every interaction. My family had a good experience with our stay. The only gripe i have is the shower - it was nearly impossible to get it a comfortable temperature, always way too cold or scalding hot lol. It wouldnt deter me from staying again though due to the great staff and clean rooms!

The staff was fantastic! Everyone waa friendly and helpful! We got to the hotel early, well beyond check in time, but they were great about holding our luggage until we could check out. Good breakfast everyday, and the last day when we checked out at 4 am to meet an early flight they provided us breakfast to go.

The staff was friendly and welcoming especially Sebastian. The front desk staff always had a smile. Breakfast was great.. made to order omelette, waffle maker, fresh coffee and juices. Rooms were clean. Located about a 25 minute walk to all the fun stuff on Broadway and the Gulch. Highly recommended.

Staff at front desk was rude when I asked about the road in front of the hotel being block off. We were unable to leave the hotel due to the exits of the hotel being blocked off and was not notified of this prior to checking in.

This is a very well run hotel with a lot of thoughtful touches. Excellent breakfast, especially the made-for-you omelette. Very comfortable beds. They even have a free massage chair in the lobby, that we enjoyed a lot. Very easy parking and an easy five minute drive to downtown. Great restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Unusual extra touch for short stays: they clean your room every day! Including changing the towels. We stayed for four nights and our room has been taken care of every single day. For this price this is an extra mile that we did not expect and were very pleasantly surprised. We can’t say enough good things about this hotel and we highly recommend it to all guests!

Great location for the price. We did walk to most of our adventures. It may be a little far if you are not an avid walker. Not all flat as some maps state. We did enjoy the hop on & off trolley. Hotel was older but nicely kept. Extremely clean. Offers free massage chairs in lobby which we loved after a day of walking. Also offer a very nice breakfast bar managed by Miss Tina who is awesome. Highly recommend.

Located on the outskirts of Music Row but conveniently 5 - 10 minutes away from Broadway and the bar scene, the downtown area attractions were convenient as well. As far as the hotel is concerned it was clean, the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the mattress wasn’t comfortable but we endured it. I would stay again if I went back.

Overall experience was great! It’s located out of the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough. Could walk there in about 15-20 min but we chose to drive and park because it was very hot (parking gets costly). We did walk to the Gulch area for dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice and they have an omelette bar where they will make it fresh for you right there. The hotel was clean. Nice family experience.

It had ample parking for a fee, was close to The Gulch that had many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a city tour stop and bus stops. The hotel was easily walkable to Broadway and The Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium and many other sights and experiences in Nashville.

We got there before check in time and they allowed us to leave the car on the premises as we went exploring. Breakfast was more than we expected. Omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and potatoes as well as waffles, cereal, fruit and I'm sure I missed something! So worth the price of admission!

We did not like the memory foam mattress. It was very hard. The breakfast had an omelette station which was good but the sausage, biscuits and potatoes both mornings were cold. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. Everything was in warmers but it was still all ice cold from the potatoes to the gravy. It wasn’t a good breakfast experience for us.
