I loved my time here!! I was by myself on a mini vacation and felt very safe. I asked for a room on the ground floor so I could park In front of door and that’s what they gave me! It was quiet at night too. The location had great places to eat within walking distance so that was a plus also. Opryland Hotel is just across the road with Opry Mills on the other side of it. Took about 2 minutes to drive there. They also offered a shuttle to downtown Nashville which I wanted to do but my knee wasn’t having it so I lounged at the pool instead, which was also clean and quiet. The round trip for the shuttle is only $15 so well worth the price when you don’t know where you’re going! Bed was comfortable as were the pillows, nice shower with great pressure. Mini frig to keep my sodas cold and microwave too. So all I can say is I’ll be coming back soon, this is the only place I’ll stay, affordable comfortable and the people up front are great and friendly. Thank You for making my vacation a memorable one!!!

Spark was close to our venue, parking was free, it was a walkable distance to restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast area was very organized and clean. It was a reasonable priced. We would stay here again.

Rooms are small but clean. No coffee in the rooms and there was no hot breakfast. Parts of hotel were still under construction, which made it inconvenient coming and going. I wanted to use the EV charging but it was not available yet. The front desk was friendly and the location is great if you are visiting the opry.

The EV charger has never worked although they advertize having charging the front desk said the city has never hooked it up. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the sink faucet was misplaced so water got all over the sink and you couldn’t fit your hands under it. The pillows smelled bad.

Everything was very clean and staff were very helpful. The only thing I have to complain about was there was no microwave in my room. I didn’t realize it when I booked and it was my fault but it just caught me off guard when I had to go all the way downstairs to heat my dinner leftovers up.

This place is run down. The bottom of the bathroom door is completely rotted away from water damage. The room felt dirty, and tub looked like it had not been cleaned. We checked out after less than 2 hours and stayed at a different hotel.

Wanted a ground floor. Only pet friendly left ( we have no pets). Wall torn up by door, holes in sheets and floor not clean. Air conditioning not working great so husband checked filter and it was filthy so he cleaned it.

For the most part, the hotel was a no-frills stay that did the basics well. The bed was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was #56 and I would recommend not staying in 54,55,56, or 57 because the curtains did not protect us from the overpowering outside lights that lit up the entrance to the hotel. I think these are the only rooms that are right outside the hotel entrance. We were too tired to ask for a room change, but we probably should have. We used chip clips and towels to try to keep the lights out. The other thing was that the breakfast was cold one morning (the sausage), and I was like, maybe I shouldn't eat this. So we made waffles, which were fine. I would not pay extra for breakfast if you are comparing hotels. Additionally, they did not charge for parking during our stay, which was a nice perk for us.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for directions! Our room was super clean and totally sound proofed. The lobby area is large and has a cozy feel to it. Breakfast was a typical offering of cereal, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juices and coffee/tea. The only noticeable thing was the sink faucet seemed set back to far making it a challenge to wash the face. The location is excellent. Opryland is within walking distance or you can drive to the mall, park near the movie theatre and walk across the Opryland parking lot to access.

The exterior lighting was incredibly bright, and the curtains did not completely cover the windows to block it out at night You could hear the bass from the music at the bar next-door and also when people walked on the walkway, you could hear them outside the room.

We were told at check , maid service was every other day, unless you requested everyday, upon arrival next day we asked the housekeeping to make the bed and clean towels everyday , we stayed 4 nights 4 rooms Housekeeping did not service the last night and our daughter the last 2 nights , not happy , 😠 Breakfast was very good, and fresh. No Hilton homers because we booked thru hotels . Com , Next trip to Nashville we will first look for better prices, but we would stay at sparks again if no better prices for quality stay, Michael from Maryland

Great property and priced nicely. Super convenient to the Gaylord Opryland. The snag that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the brand itself. Booked multiple rooms and initially had no issues until a colleague tried to check in and Hilton(not the actual property ) had overbooked rooms. Thank God for a friendly staff that made sure we got all of our rooms(prepaid way ahead of time). Hilton, you made Marriott Bonvoy an easy choice. Saying that, I would recommend this property. Just make sure Hilton didn’t sell your room to you and 10 others…smh

Great location to attend the Opry or shopping. Shuttle service available to Opry or downtown. Clean property and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate. Managers were arguing loudly as we checked out-kind of awkward.

We were assigned a room with a known issues with the door lock. As a single mom with a daughter, I was frustrated that they would do this. Our neighbors told us the lock didn't work because their mom was in the room prior to us and they requested that she be moved. We tested the door and sure enough you could just simply push it open. I went to the front and asked to be moved. Then was moved to a room where the air was not working. It was in the 90's and we were already sweaty from lugging our luggage all over the hotel. The hallways were hot (not air moving). We had 3 hours before we were supposed to attend an event. I went to the desk and said I did not want to stay there as I was unsatisfied with the accommodations. They refused a refund since I booked through Travelocity. I took it to Travelocity and they also declined to refund the money. I will never use either of them again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located for a conference I was attending at the Gaylord Convention Center. Although I could have technically walked and there was a sidewalk and crosswalk, the businesses and area between the hotel and the Gaylord did not seem walker friendly, especially in the evening. I would stay here again.

Great location, 10 min walk to opryland & opry mills. Bus stop (WeGo) right out front, so it was very easy and inexpensive to go downtown and the airport. It is next to the Dukes of Hazzard Museum, and Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans and McDonald’s were just a short walk to get something to eat. Convenient location. Rooms were clean and nice.

For the most part, the hotel was a no-frills stay that did the basics well. The bed was good, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was #56 and I would recommend not staying in 54,55,56, or 57 because the curtains did not protect us from the overpowering outside lights that lit up the entrance to the hotel. I think these are the only rooms that are right outside the hotel entrance. We were too tired to ask for a room change, but we probably should have. We used chip clips and towels to try to keep the lights out. The other thing was that the breakfast was cold one morning (the sausage), and I was like, maybe I shouldn't eat this. So we made waffles, which were fine. I would not pay extra for breakfast if you are comparing hotels. Additionally, they did not charge for parking during our stay, which was a nice perk for us.

Rooms are small but clean. No coffee in the rooms and there was no hot breakfast. Parts of hotel were still under construction, which made it inconvenient coming and going. I wanted to use the EV charging but it was not available yet. The front desk was friendly and the location is great if you are visiting the opry.

The toilet and bed were clean which is what I care about the most, but almost everything else was dirty and run down. There were a lot of chips and cracks in the paint, and stains on the carpet and walls. Our shower had a wall hook meant for conditioner but the bottle was missing so we only had shampoo and body wash, and the water in both the shower and sink was always hot. The AC unit made a loud rattling noise the entire time it was running. The staff was not particularly kind or unkind; they just got the job done.
