Clean but worn hotel. Room was suffiy, but one TV didn't work, the faucet almost came off, our bedsheets were mended, and the breakfast was very basic to say the least. Pool closed right after we checked in at 5:30 pm; kids were very disappointed.

The close location to the airport was convenient. This hotel has a pool, but it was unusable during our stay due to a lot of scum on the water. The couch and carpet in the room appeared to be from the 80s. The elevator has like a sauna and the glass was not clean. The breakfast was run out of items even though there wasn't many people around and we were there a hour before it ended. The bed was comfortable and clean the bathroom was clean but had a strange layout with the tub, towels and toilet in one room and the sink in another. We did enjoy Parilla, the Mexican restaurant that is attached as well.

I booked it for the location close to the airport. I arrived around 8pm in the evening and asked about the shuttle, the lady at the front desk was nice telling me about the time it starts, but she didn’t tell me that I need to register for it. Luckily there was extra room for me next morning that I was able to take the ride. Be there 15 minutes before the hour as we left like 6 minutes before the departure time when all registered passengers were on board.

Upon checking in I was informed that our reservation couldn’t be found. Our room had been given to someone else. In the morning our car window had been smashed. Four cars in the parking lot had their windows smashed and their cars gone through. Unsafe and mismanaged property.

First let me say some positive things. 1) They had a free airport shuttle. 2) They were in a good location. 3) The staff were kind and helpful. 4) They brought fresh towels every day. Here are some things they need to improve on. 1) Every stitch of carpet needs to be replaced. 2) Our bathroom was cleaned as well as possible but all the tile work needs to be redone. It needs a new tub (there was a big stain on the bottom of the tub). And, there was mold on the ceiling. 3) Every piece of furniture needs to be replaced, especially the lobby. There are horrible stains and rips on almost every piece of furniture. 4). Every surface was sticky. 5) All the wallpaper needs to be redone, especially the lobby. Bottom line this is a cheap hotel with hard working staff that needs a remodel. I would not stay here again.

Immediately when I walked in my room there were stains all over the entry way on the carpet. On the walls by my bed and bathroom it looked like there were blood stains or something that I took the liberty to clean. Staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean, and the restaurant inside was awesome. Beds were cozy, but ultimately I was disappointed with the cleanliness.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. The pictures and reviews I thought I studied made the hotel seem nice enough but the carpets in the halls and our room were disgusting and need replacing, obvious moisture damage in our restroom and around the common area vents. Wall paper peeling everywhere and cracked tiles in our bathroom. Almost no sound barrier, we could hear everything going on in the main lobby not to mention our hall and neighbors at all hours. Basically the hotel is really rundown close up and I’m not generally picky. We will pick a different place next time.

Horrible stay, needs a good cleaning. Stayed with family, we got 2 king suits. The beds comforter was stained bad, called to get another and had to go down and get it myself. Both sofa beds were disgusting. Complained multiple times of everything and literally nothing was done. Also every night around 10 the walls and ceiling sounded as if construction was going on right in the room. Had me record noise just for nothing to be done.Definitely do not recommend.

Our hotel room was 214. It had ROACHES crawling everywhere. I have bites all over my feet and ankles from the bugs. I informed the front desk and they moved us to 305. We checked the room and it appeared bug free, but at that point, I could not relax, let alone sleep. I chose this hotel due to it's airport shuttle as I needed a shuttle at 4am. After we moved rooms, they cancelled my airport shuttle and I had to pay extra for a Lift ride to the airport. The pool was also closed, however, they suggested we use the pool at a nearby hotel. Just want future guests to be aware. BEWARE: when I say Roaches, I mean a lot of Roaches.

The room needed updating. There was an arm chair with the fake leather peeling off. The room also had ugly red carpet. The door to the room was very hard to lock. There was a ceiling vent in the lobby covered with black duct.

I stay here very often because of the convenience to the air port and the fact that they offer a shuttle service but the rooms definitely need some updated furniture. Remote to the TV has holes where the volume and channel buttons are supported to be.

Our experience did not match the high-rating reviews that led me to book this room. There were several big stains on the carpet all throughout the common areas and in our room. The furniture in our room and in the lobby was so worn. When plugging in a cell phone charger, an orange spark came from the outlet. Our toilet leaked from the handle when flushed and made a terrible whistling noise. The a/c made a rattling noise during the night. The shower's water temperature never got hot enough. The walls and headboards appeared to have splatters on them. Also, the WiFi hardly worked. The positives of it all included ample space. And the bed was very comfortable. Also, even being right to the airport, we didn't hear any noise. Upon checking out, the receptionist avoided eye contact, even though we passed one another a few times. It wasn't till I actually checked out did she acknowledge me. I would not recommend this place.

I had a very stressful night the night I stayed and this hotel for personal reasons, but the receptionists went above and beyond to help me traverse such a difficult time. I left my phone in my Lyft ride to the hotel, but the receptionists lent me their phone and stayed with me until I could recover it. I could not have made it through the night without them. Genuinely lovely people.

I did not get to stay. The front desk did not have me in the system and the confirmation number and prepaid receipt I had from Hotels.com was no use to them. I had been traveling for 18 hrs and needed a place to sleep so i asked how much for a room. Just rent me a room. Language barrier or my accent? No reply.. deer in the headlights. Hotels.com was no use either. Took almost an hour to get a live person and not the stupid computer. The person wasn't much better. Had her on speaker but she still had to hang up and call the desk. That took 15 more mintes to happen. But to no avail I will add. Both hotels.com and this facility are useless imho.

This place was in the perfect spot near everything. The building is quiet (people were quiet, planes are not), clean, and the staff is AMAZING!!!!! Keeathi works at the front desk and every time we would pass by she would greet us with the biggest beautiful and genuine smile. She was always available to assist however she could. It was another young lady but she was not that friendly. Sid also worked at the desk and he was also very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure I was satisfied and went far and beyond to help me with anything that I needed. They definitely set themselves apart from the rest. The hotel had a few minor things that could be improved such as the let out couch but for the most part we were extremely pleased.

Bottom line- lack of customer service, unclean and lack of quality amenities. Flying in on Christmas Day I chose this property because of the free transportation from the airport. On arriving in Nashville I was told it was not available on Christmas. This wasn’t communicated ahead of time. I asked for a cancellation of my reservation so I could choose from dozens of other hotel options. This was denied. After securing transportation to the property I was informed there would be no refund for my transportation and that the manager would reach out to me. This has not happened in the last 3 weeks. Besides this misunderstanding, there was a sponge from the cleaning service that was sitting on our counter in the bathroom. Having traveled to many properties over the years my general feeling was not customer focused but “let’s get what we can out of people.” Think twice about saving a few dollars by booking at this location. I will in the future.

The property was quite reasonably priced and with breakfast included that is a huge savings considering the cost of dining out in tourist areas. The front desk staff need to keep busy when not working with guests. Too often I saw staff lounging around and even napping for hours on end. Bad optics!!

Manager who answered my ph call at front desk, when I asked about my room is available or not before I check in and I am so proud of him that helped me to asked housekeeping first and let me check in early after found our room for me is ready clean and available, without asking a lot questions that need verify my booking since almost every week I stay at this hotel. My husband & I have stayed here many times for its convenience to the airport and the shuttle service. This stay was the second time housekeeping opened my door with me being in bed asleep and with the “do not disturb sign” on the door. When I confronted the front desk, they said my husband had checked out which is a lie. He took the shuttle to the airport while i remained asleep. This was done by the same clerk on both occasions. I find it unacceptable. There is no justification that a person taking the shuttle is checking out especially if there are 2 people in the party and only one is leaving. This needs to be Remedied ASAP.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, excellent air conditioner, very comfortable bed, water pressure in shower was great, good choices on breakfast buttet, Mexican restaurant located in the lobby. Even though the planes, from the airport, fly directly over, you cannot hear them enough to be a bother. Conveniently located only a few minutes from downtown or any other attraction. Plentiful parking.

We have stayed at Quality Suites several times and are never disappointed. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always amazing.🙌👍👏👏👏 Room rates are decent. Great for travelers. We stayed at the Nashville Airport Quality Suites so airplane noise is moderate. Lobby is big with lots of comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Stayed here to avoid the expensive downtown hotels. Large, clean comfortable room. Free basic breakfast. Line 18 bus stop is very close and can get you downtown in less than 30 minutes for only $2.00 There is a decent Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. Departing air traffic flies directly over hotel so a little noisy but I enjoyed my stay and recommended this hotel.

Good size rooms and nice layout. Rooms are clean but could use a little tlc. Breakfast was disappointing, everyday same items. Usually no yogurt after an hour and a half. One day they ran out of bread as well. Staff did not replenish. Other than that hotel is ok. It lacks doors to go in from the back into the staircase. You can leave but cannot get back in. If you park in the back you have to go thru front or next to pool then back to front ad there is one elevator.

The hotel is nice! Rooms are roomy with some modern touches. Breakfast offers multiple choices of food and drinks. There is also a restaurant on site that is decent for couples or families. My only issue was our stay was two days, but only one day of towels. No room service on day 2, but the attendant kindly brought us towels. No big deal! It does not diminish the stay. Glass elevator to the second floor. Enjoy! This hotel is worth your consideration.

This is a poor quality hotel and I'm not sure how in the world it obtained its current rating. It is generally rundown and poorly maintained. The room I stayed in had several items poorly maintained, including carpeting, the bathroom, ceiling, electrical outlets, sofa, etc. The breakfast was dismal and I took my family somewhere else to eat instead of suffer through the pittance that was available. Considering the state of everything around the building, I wouldn't trust any of their food to be safe to eat anyway.
