If you want a restaurant and bar in the hotel, like Expedia says there is, look elsewhere. It is closes for renovations. We specifically chose this hotel for those amenities. I requested some kind of refund from Expedia. My guess is that isn’t going to happen seeing that there isn’t a phone number anywhere on their site.

We liked everything about our stay. The front desk was very knowledgeable and made things easy. Our only complaint is your parking. $157 for two nights is outrageous. After getting a decent price on the room then hit with that charge kinda shocked us. We’ll know better next time.

Great location to downtown Nashville, 2 blocks from Broadway action. Restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, so really no amenities to speak of. Starbucks on site, but was closed one day so had go down the block for coffee. Price was a little high for what you get, but overall stay was good.

At $240/night the $60 per day parking fee is outrageous and, on top of that, the parking ap they give you solicits tips...if you add $10 for out and in per day, that makes it $70/day...and tax too. Then there is the $5 a bottle for water. Never use a Marriott again without shopping around. And, the valet service was slow and didnt get my car once even though the app said they were "hustling" my car...more like hustling customers

Overall, nice stay just one complaint. Body wash in shower was completely empty upon arrival and took hours to get refill. Also, upfront info available on parking would be nice. ‘Available’ means $55/night for valet or finding a nearby garage for yourself.

Everyone that worked at the hotel was very nice and great at customer service ! Like typical downtown parking it was very expensive to valet park , not the hotels fault but something to consider when staying downtown. ( 60.00 + tip )

Don’t let the lobby fool you. Not worth the money. The bathroom was dirty, especially the floor. You could feel the grime under your feet. My shower at home is better. Terrible views out our window. Iron didn’t work…etc etc etc. I can honestly say the most mediocre experience of any courtyard I’ve visited.

The hotel was very nice, however, the housekeeping was very spotty. On our first day housekeeping came at around 9:00AM but we weren't ready to leave and told her not to bother cleaning that day. Subsequently, the next two days we had to request towels and the room was not cleaned.

Hotel was conveniently located. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a close view of another old building - no view at all and no sunlight into the room - making it very dark. The hotel needs to add lighting to this room. It felt very much like a dungeon. It was clean but dark. The air conditioner was old and noisy. Our friends had views and bigger rooms - so it must have just been our floor and room and maybe the fact it was Expedia booked?

Although well located, this is a tired property in need of upgrades to Marriott standards. Our original room was not available, so the one we got faced the noisy street where a loud concert took place until midnight the night of arrival. The room was weird in the it had an enormous bathroom but only 1ft wide for hanging clothes.

Over all the the hotel was great, right next to printers alley and just a few blocks from Honkytonk Highway. The room was very nice. Obviously the area does have a bit of noise, but it was very clean and easily accessible to all the areas you need to get to. My only complaint we arrived early around noon and asked if and when the room would be available. They said they would check on it and call, but I ended up having to ask the front desk several times and wasn’t granted access to the room till four. I understand that the check-in was at four, but I have almost never had an experience where I was brushed off until the exact time to check in.

This place is a joke. We drove four hours to get to the hotel. I paid for a king bed . This hotel overbooked then moved us without telling us to a room with two double beds which is the first issue, then the room they moved us into had music playing right outside our window which kept me up all night. I complained in the AM and they seemed not to care. They did finally move us the second night to a different room and then above the shower there was some sort of bug on top of the shower. What a miserable stay and miserable customer service. I talked to the manager and she said it’s common practice to move paying guest out of the room they booked due to being over booked. And one last kicker when first arrived they told us they didn’t have our phone number to tell us they were moving us. Oh and if you are trying to sleep don’t get room close to printers alley cause they play music until 3 am. I know I got a total of four hours sleep the first night of our vacation.

We have stayed at this Marriott before and LOVE how close it is to both Printer's Alley and Broadway St. Clean, comfortable (we stayed on the 8th floor, so not sure if the quiet had a little to do with being on the upper floors) and walking distance to everything fun in Nashville downtown. Parking is PRICEY but nice to just drop off your car right in front of the hotel and head inside. We also love that the property's restaurant Gannons has awesome jazz music nightly! After a day of walking around Broadway, it's nice to head into Gannons for a drink before heading to bed. Will definitely stay again!!

Very friendly staff. Location was perfect for us, a 10 min walk to Nissan Stadium and just a couple blocks to Broadway. Half a block to Printers Alley. No included breakfast, but there is a restaurant accessible from the lobby with breakfast and happy hour options.

Gannons was great, cool dining space. Oysters were great, but not at 3 for happy hour. Ready at 4pm. Kitchen not ready until 4 but ad said 3. Room good but ac and toilet super loud. Lol. It helped to drown out the 3am partiers on street. Close to post alley and tons of bars and shop. Not the best Starbucks with no online ordering and very slow, low quality drinks. Staff terrific!!!!!

Excellent location for walking sites of interest. Restaurant onsite was expensive but good. The only thing I would of preferred would be to have the bathroom sink with the toilet and shower, due to the light (not waking spouse) in the morning.
