Our high school rugby teams and their families stayed at this hotel. Our room was clean and we have everything that we needed. We ordered lunch from the hotel and it was good! Breakfast also had a nice variety of food to choose from as well. Evert was very helpful and gave great service! I even used their small gym. They have a Peloton bike and I got a great workout while trying it out. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the $14 parking charge.

Amazing, friendly & helpful staff! Room was fine, if a bit dated. Beds pretty comfy. We were disappointed that the hotel’s advertised shuttle service was not in service. Online the hotel description promises free shuttle service within. 5 mile radius, which was a deciding factor in us booking here. Upon arrival, however, we were told they didn’t have the shuttle service currently. They did offer us a free Lyft ride to the airport upon departure, but that didn’t entirely make up for all the rides we had to pay for to area attractions that we thought the shuttle would take us to based on the hotel description.

Very convenient to opryland. Room was very clean and big. Only thing is fan in bathroom didn’t work and the ceiling was messed up in shower. Have to pay for buffet breakfast and they do have a bar/restaurant. Would like a like a little more lighting in parking lot. You do have to pay for parking. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was fantastic for the Hotel! We Loved the patio and fire as well as the bar in the hotel! We were impressed with knowing that we choose this hotel away from Broadway and more reasonably priced!

There was mold growing in the corners of the ceiling and the caulking between the floor and tub was significantly discolored. There were tons of alive and dead roaches on the balcony outside the window. Hallway reeked of pot and I could hear people “engaging” in rooms on our floor. Though there were laundry facilities, the machines were small and loud.

I stayed at this horrible hotel. I was bitten ny bed bugs!! Please check out the rooms before you go to sleep. I killed a brown bug. Not sure at that time what type of bug it was. Only to wake up to a few bites. I come home and have a terrible breakout on both of my arms and legs.

The service was nice, absolutely no complaints there. And the lobby / restaurant looked nice and what I would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton. However, our room was not tidy. We found hairballs in the corners of the bathroom, the floors didn't appeared to be vacuumed, there were stains on the furniture and the bathroom ceiling paint was warped and falling off because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Due to the level of cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend and probably wouldn't stay there again.

Curtains had stains and wouldn’t shut good, Shower had a bad place in floor that’s tried to be fixed but is awful. Shower also has no water pressure. Drain in sink had no plug in it. Big in bathroom. Tv in bedroom had bad reception. Hotel.com did not mention that there was a parking fee of $18 per car to park and very upset with that cause had 3 cars.

The property is very outdated. My daughter thought it was “creepy.” It was also very noisy. We could hear the people above us flushing their toilets and closing doors all night/day. Our toilet did not flush. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Broadway area,, FYI.

Rooms where on the dado side. Maybe Doubletree could afford more lighting in the room. Bathroom was extremely dim. Bathtub was slippery. I slipped twice and almost fell out of the tub

The room was clean. We stayed for two nights and it was ok. For Nashville, the price was good but you have to pay $18 per day for parking. The A/C didn't work in the first room they put us in so we had to change rooms. The second room was cooler but didn't get as cool as we would have liked.

We arrived at 3:00, which was an hour before check in. Asked if we could check in. We were unable to, but the person working the front desk said we could put our card on file so that it was one less step we would have to do later. We did that and we had plans in town for the evening, so we were told we could finish the check in process when we return. We return around midnight. When we walk in the front lobby, we notice a smell of burnt marijuana. We go to the front desk to complete check in. We are told that they have no rooms and we no longer have a room for the night. The ONLY reason this is getting a 3 star is because they worked to get us a room somewhere else. They did, but it was 25-30 minutes away. They also covered the cost of the hotel and for obvious reasons, did not charge our card for the hotel room that they gave to someone else. We were highly disappointed that after a long day, a room we had reserved, had our card on file for, was given to someone else. The two who worked to get us another room took care of it fully, however, I hate that we, as well as them, were put in that situation.

I have never left a negative review before but I think it is important that I share that during my stay an employee entered our room with a key at 11:30pm on our second night without even knocking first. He stated that he was checking which rooms were unoccupied and the front desk called 10mins later to say they were trying to find our reservation even though we had been there 2 days already. The next morning when I was checking out I raised this issue with the employee at the desk who just said “I don’t know anything about that I think the system was having a problem” there was no follow up in relation to this issue which I do feel was much more serious than anyone working here seemed to acknowledge. An employee should not be entering rooms randomly late a night without knocking.

The guy (fleming) at the bar helped us get food and was great. The shuttle guy was also great shared some must see attractions. The front desk lady was very rude. When we told her that we couldn't reach the front desk with multiple tries her response well i wasnt on shift so much for "making it right" not even so sorry what did u need. Also no food truck hasnt been for a while they should update the web info

Someone that worked there- a male, came into our room, without knocking. We were 3 women staying in the room, and one was showering. They claimed they could do nothing for us since we purchased through a 3rd party- and he was only human- they make mistakes. Not okay at all in our books and would never stay there again!!!!

This was a perfect distance to the airport. The only reason I knocked them down a star is because there were ants in the bathroom when we checked in. I didn’t lower it even more because when I notified the front desk they had someone come up right away and take care of it.

I always forget the hidden fees at an airport hotel. 16 to park. 50 for a dog. Nice bartender even though the drinks were very expensive as well. Front desk could be warmer, as could the pool. Appreciated the doors in suite and liked the patio. Shower doors were not secure and water went everywhere. Showers need an update. They have a weird metal tray in drain that is loud when it drips. It was a good hotel, not great, but very convenient and safe.

Though the staff was overly friendly and helpful, the condition of the hotel and restaurant left a lot to be desired. The first room they put us in smelled terribly of marijuana. The second room we were put in though it didn’t smell of weed, had its own problems. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, the ceiling was peeling off outside the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was on the ground. 20% of the items on the restaurant menu were unavailable and overpriced. The food left a lot to be desired I did not even finish my dinner.
