Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

Everything was great. No issues but it was a little crazy with only one elevator working on one side of the hotel. Besides that ,I have no complaints

Despite paying $20 per day for “secure” parking. Our car and 27 others were broken into with broken windows. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This has been happening for weeks and the hotel still does not have cameras nor security for the parking lot. The inside staff was rude and annoyed by us. They refused to refund the parking fee. The maintenance staff was so kind and caring. All of the desk staff were horribly rude.

Place is super pretty on inside. Breakfast was great!! They have a lovely indoor pool that you definitely should try!

Parking not adequate and no access to the building from the back parking which is most of the parking area...Unbelievable.

Disappointed with the pool when going with older child a 3 ft pool does not work

Hotel is outdated, housekeeping could do a better more thorough job with the cleaning. I could not utilize the pool during my visit as it was dirty, murky and had bugs floating in it. The free breakfast, free weekday happy hour and free shuttle to & from the airport and within a 3 miles radius are nice incentives.

We stayed here one night passing through. Our car along with 18 others were broken into. They broke the back window out. Embassy was nice and vacummed it out and taped it up so we could continue our drive. The front desk staff said this happens pretty regularly. I would think maybe they would start installing cameras or have a security guard. We stayed in the atlanta one on the way back and they had a security guard.

I originally stayed at this property because they had on their website 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport. After checking in I was told shuttle service didn’t start until 4 a.m. So I had to spend more money to get an uber. After asking if I could be compensated for the uber since their website clearly stated they had 24hr shuttle service to the airport the guy at the front desk proceeded to tell me that no hotel in the area had 24hr shuttle service. I told him I had stayed at the Holiday inn express Nashville airport 3 weeks prior flying to Boston and they did have 24 hr shuttle service so don’t try to lie to me. I’ve always stayed at embassy suites and have never had a problem but I’ll never stay at this property or another embassy suites ever again.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was hot and fresh with made to order omelettes. The shuttle from then airport to the hotel and back was easy to use.

Very unimpressed with this hotel. First off we stayed here for the pool for the kids. The pool was dramatically smaller in person than online. Second, the level of chlorine in this pool was borderline banned by the Geneva Convention. It burned your eyes and nose even opening the door. I had bloodshot eyes for less than 10 minutes of swimming and didn't even get in past my waist. Being inside you would assume it would be a climate-controlled pool, think again. It was so cold which also led to our 10 min swim. Next, the room itself was pretty clean minus the pull-out bed mattress, which is always dirty in every hotel. But still had higher hopes for this one. Also the AC barely worked it kept it a solid 72-74 degrees even with the ac set to 65. So sweated all night. I asked the staff about it, and they looked for a fan for me but was all out due to more people having the same problem. The hotel was a cool concept but played out badly. This Hotel is not oriented to families. And cannot recommend at all.

Horrible, nasty. Old carpets that are filthy. No housekeeping staff, and it took two days to get fresh towels. The food was awful. The rooms are disgusting.

Room is very dirty

The breakfast that was offered was the best part of the stay. Great food! We were only able to get decaf coffee in the room, no one could ‘find’ regular. The room was less than clean. The comforter had crusty rust colored something on it, right at my neck, so I didn’t use it. The bathroom had hair wads up under the sink like it hadn’t been swept up in a while. The fridge had something stuck spilled in it. And personally, after staying when it was free to park as a guest, to now paying $20 a night after what we paid to stay, it is ridiculous!

The room had a terrible odor! The curtain near the entry door fell from the track (which was also falling from the ceiling). The tub/shower had mold and some9ne else hair in and around it. The two gentlemen that made the omeletes were very friendly and professional. Thank you to RazzleDazzle and the other gentleman (we didnt catch his name).

Rooms were not so clean- old noodles in the sink when we arrived. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. Very nice to have a separate bedroom and sitting area.

Hotel is nice. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Toilet bowl stained and dirty and a hole in the ceiling above the tub dripped water most of the night. Stains on tub where it has dripped for some time. I did report it and they said it would be checked. Same when we returned that evening. Then the morning of our last stay, housekeeping knocked repeatedly on our door at 8:30am to clean room. Desk attendant stated that they have several employees who only speak Spanish and they will speak to her ……again. Will not stay here again

The was not very clean. The shower had mold in the grout. The table in the room was sticky, and the bed had little pieces of ... like dirt

The room was pretty dirty. The towel was BROWN after being on the bathroom floor when I got out of the shower. Greasy smears on the mirror. Crumbs in the sheets. Crumbs on the floor. The shampoo and such is too high. I could hardly reach it to use it. Biggest complaint was the lack of cleaning. It’s a great hotel with great staff and awesome amenities but it’s dirty. The dirtiness is why I will choose somewhere else next time.

Carpets were so filthy our feet turned black. Shower had a leak in the ceiling. Not clean.

I didn’t take any pictures but behind the nightstand was macaroni and cheese on the floor and black mold behind bathroom door. The drink machine didn’t work on my floor ( no sign). When I checked in the guy that was assisting me throw my card at me after I placed it in his hand and when I said something about it he tried to be smart after that. I don’t think I will be back to this location

Clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was the AC was not cold.

Hospitality and Staff were great 😊only one complaint, I was in room 303 the mattress and pillows needed to be replaced. Thanks

Tiny room at an ES!

Bed and pillows were terrible, NO shower hot water in our room. All had hot water but not the shower.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are not great at all. The photos are deceiving because although the rooms are the same furniture and layout as pictured, the actual present condition is worn down and has an old/odd smell. We asked to switch rooms and the room they switched us to smelled so bad we settled for the first room. I have 2 kids and a husband and we all couldn’t wait until checkout day. The breakfast was very nice. Overall I would not go back here or recommend it.

Very old and dirty. Falling apart, plugs didn't work and very dark

The hotel is very close to the airport and the surrounding area is comfortable for a family. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds, variable shower head and plenty of hot water. No complaints!

What I liked about the property was the staff. They were always ready to answer any questions with a smile upon their face. What I didn’t like was the rooms were dated and needed some TLC. Beautiful property and staff.

Staff were great, but this is definitely a run down hotel. Our room air conditioning did not work, musty smell in room, and bathroom dirty. Pool was nice. Breakfast good, but they closed down before 9:30 breakfast hours. Usually love Embassy Suites for the extra room.

I was here for 1 night only and enjoyed the amenities like included breakfast and on site bar/restaurant for Dinner. The room next door either was very loud or the walls are paper thin. Good luck if you are a light sleeper.

Jamie at the front desk (and as a shuttle driver) was super friendly and kind, as was Houston, the shuttle driver. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast omelet maker was phenomenal.

The was friendly and they had a lot of patience when the machine went down to check in. They stay calm and relax as they handle the situation.

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I traveled for business and had no issues with the location or facility. My sister’s Issue with her room was that the toilet kept running even after she jiggled the push button. She did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When my sister return back to her room, it seemed to have been corrected, But, as soon it wasn’t. So she talked to Jamie again and she did tell her that the engineer told said that the mechanism needed to be changed. Therefore, she asked if my wanted a room change. However, my sister did not because checkout was the next day. In response she offered my sister half off her room. When she realized that my sister had booked through a third-party, she told her that she would give her the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for the car. Overall the visit was nice and if business or pleasure sends us back to Nashville, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. FYI the room on 3rd Fl is right across from the elevator, which makes for easy in & out but that was my sister’s room with the endless and annoying running toilet that never filled up unless you manipulated the push buttons. Hope it’s fixed for the next guest.

We arrived at noon and they told us no rooms available, put our names on a waiting list that never got called for. We proceded to go back at 330 and still nothing ready while in that time others were checking in. Sat in lobby till 530 and now frustrated, tired and watching others get there rooms I went up to the clerk at check in. And asked if room was ready yet cause everyone else is getting theirs. She said she was so so busy she forgot to call us. We were sitting right there in lobby they were not busy at all. Was very frustrating and tired from the drive there. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Our room smelt badly of weed since the day of check in we complained AFTER OUR CHILDREN UNDER 8 kept crying of the smell and were laughed at by one of the desk employees and head of maintenance. We were given a spray to spray to mask the constant smell of smoke. The manager Larry never contacted me until I contacted corporate and then insinuated I had lied about coming to the desk multiple times complaining and that he had been there all 3 nights when in fact we had just been to the desk 2 hours prior but were told Larry had stepped away AGAIN. Friday evening I was laughed and by the desk employee with long hair and glasses as well as older man that’s head of maintenance that they would like to know the room that was smoking so they could partake and that the desk employee could probably sniff the air and tell me what strain they were smoking. After spending 1006 and telling them we were on video coming down and that I did infact record the times I complained and Saturday the manager Larry finally going to our room and smelling the weed smell we vacated the property and were apparently refunded. (Will see in 7 days if it was refunded). The employee with long hair and glass doesn’t like to inform you of his name or wear a name tag so I can’t mention the name but he’s a issue and needs help with hospital service. Worst hotel stay ever and will NEVER STAY AT A HITLON OWNED PROPERTY AGAIN

I had a confirmation from expedia for this hotel and had paid the stay in full- when I arrived at 1030pm and checked in I was told that the hotel was over capacity and they had no room for me- there was no effort to help refund my money or transport me to another hotel- I contacted expedia to refund my money and they reached out to the hotel and the hotel listed me as a no show and now I have to protest the cost I paid for a stay I did not get to experience

The room was clean, accommodations were nice, for some reason couldn't get comfy enough to fall asleep. Breakfast wasn't great, nor was it good. Location was quieter then expected which was nice. Would be willing to give it another shot.

Great property with excellent amenities. Convenient to downtown and universities.

Do not stay here. Unfortunately the hotel is in what seems to be a bad area. My kids were so afraid to even get out of the car that we canceled our 3 day stay while we're in the parking lot. When we pulled up, there were police cars in the apartments behind the property searching for someone that fled. There was a truck with their door open and a man passed out. There were abandoned buildings and a gas station next door where several people were smoking weed, drinking and laying on the grounds. Thankfully we were able to switch to another hotel in a better area.

It was away from the main downtown

The property was wonderful. I enjoyed the comfort of the gated entrance as well as well lit parking lot.

Great location and price. Only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. Nice appointed room and it was clean. I did get a smoke smell on the room but knowing it was clean was helpful. We would stay again.

Secluded and safe property. Easy to access and get anywhere from.

Stayed one night. Breakfast was really good. Hot items, omelet station. Evening reception with drinks and snacks. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nothing special, nice to have 2 living spaces...bedroom and small living room area. Pillows were flat. Building was a little dated. Overall good stay. Would recommend.

Shuttle was very convenient. Wish they had free coffee available. Breakfast and the evening reception could have better offerings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms weren’t the cleanest-old bottles and dust/dirt behind dresser. Bathroom tub didn’t fully drain. Fridge didn’t have temp adjustment froze everything placed in it.

Made to order breakfast was delicious . Happy hour complimentary from 5 30 to 6 30 is a steal delcious drinks while staying on property will def stay again for the breakfast and happy hour everyone very friendly

This is our second time staying here. The staff are always very nice and helpful. Happy hour is great and the breakfast is wonderful!

Just sad how the happy hour has gone down hill. There was no food with the limited drinks. Check out a Drury Hotel. They do it right
