Breakfast had a nice set up but wished there was bacon! Everyone was super friendly Hate the pool is not heated and the pool area is really cold. Our room was great and the TV was awesome, sounded like we were at the movies. Will definitely book there again!

Rent here so my son could swim, spent considerably more than a place without an indoor pool and the pool was broken, no heating, they did say the part was coming in the next day. Very disappointed. Room and people were good.

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool water was cold in September. Overall great stay. The room fridge has a 4 hour timer-not functional when you count having to start it up, get it cooled down then it kicks off again. They need to take them out of the rooms entirely or take the timer feature off the unit.

The staff was excellent. Upon checking in, the notice my room was right by the pool area and checked me into a quieter room. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the carpet by the bathroom was soaked. There as a leak in the room somewhere. The staff took immediate action to check the room and book me into yet another room. Professional and friendly.

Pros: Safe, clean, convenient parking, friendly & attentive staff, fresh coffee available all day, close to attractions, convenient to downtown. Cons: Dated, room needs updating, ice machine was out on 3rd floor, bad odor in the room - smelled musty, "mildewy." Everything in the room felt dank and damp, even the carpet. My sinuses were stopped-up all night. Couldn\'t wait to check-out the next morning.

Arrived around9:00 PM - the first room was musty and had a terrible odor. Around 9:30 I notified the front desk- they promptly got me a new room. The new room was better, but still had a damp smell. It was better though. The mattress was a bit firm and aging. The lobby, and common areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional and well staffed. Aerevice all around was great.

First room was had roof leaking and a strong smell of piss, second room was musty with a strong mold smell, 3rd room was a little better but still not up to the standards indicated when booking. Breakfast was sausage and omelette only ( pre-made) with basic options of toast and waffles. Desk staff and manageress were apologetic and dedicated, Time to close this hotel and refurbish to present standards

This hotel had a great free breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The rooms themselves were very clean and it was convenient to visit Gaylord Opryland as well as Rainforest Cafe in nearby mall. Staff was very pleasant.

This hotel was fine and very quiet for sleeping. A little outdated, the tv stand on a very low table but worked, the small fridge didn’t stay very cool without hitting the cool 2-hr button, but it worked enough since we only kept a few drinks in it. The small coffee pot would heat the water but would never drip even in the pod tray or pot…we did notify the front desk. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and clean. Was close to the Opry Mills for shopping. The pool was nice and cool, but the poolroom was super hot. The breakfast was nothing special but edible. And parking was included which was a big deal breaker for us.

Perfect location to Opry Land and the mall. A lot of dining options in this area that delivered! Staff were wonderful with a lovely complimentary breakfast. Only thing I didn’t care for was the hard beds!

Check in was a breeze. Room was located on the 3rd floor and in the corner away from the elevator which was nice for no noise. Beds were good and breakfast was good as well. Very clean facility.

When we checked him, we were first told someone had checked in… I asked, did you card them the desk person called the room and no answer because that must be a mistake???? at any rate, then checked us in never did check out ID so service was poor. The hotel is old. The rooms are not great. Beds are horrible.

My toilet was broke on night one and when I left to go out at 5 PM, I asked if someone could look at it. The guy working the desk said, well that’ll be me cause no one else is here. when I got back he said he had fixed it and it was all set. That evening, my toilet flooded two times and each time I went to the front desk to get some towels and garbage bags to clean up. They handed me what I needed to clean and said that they would send maintenance up in the morning. I had to DoorDash cleaning supplies because they said they had none available, only towels and trash bags. I left the next day early and return back late in the evening and asked the person working the desk, were they able to fix the toilet? He said I have no idea. When I got into my room, there was a note in the bathroom that said the issue had been corrected. The issue was not corrected. Aftet the first night there I went to the desk and spoke with Jackson who introduced himself as the general manager. He never really offered any help or an alternative to staying in that room, except he send maintenance up. He was short, rude, and acted like he was being put out by having to handle the situation. Beware if you stay in room 204 because when I checked out, the toilet is still broke.

We stayed for two nights upon arrival from UK. There are a lot of hotels in the area, but the Fairfield has the right combination of facilities and price. It is also very convenient to walk to local Cracker Barrel, and a slightly longer walk to the Grand Ole Opry.

The internet was out when we arrived and we were given the keys to a room that was occupied. We were given another room and the keys didn’t work. Despite heat in the high 90s the pool was freezing. The front desk staff was very nice and apologetic. The free breakfast was mediocre.
