Stayed 4 nights

The rooms were large and had everything you would need for your stay. Lots of activities onsite and the shuttle to downtown is very convenient.

Stayed 2 nights

After having such a high pressured sales presentation pitch at check in just to get your room key and then the multiple texts regarding the presentation pitch I would hope that you have at least returned the holds you placed on my credit card for $250 and the $40.  The wifi was terribly inadequate for getting our remote work done during the stay if connected there was no signal and you could barely get a web page to pull up, the property is obviously older, many lights did not even work in the condo we stayed in leaving it very dimn through out the stay.  Plug ins in through out the unit were old and worn out you could not plug things in without the power cord falling right back out.  The entire plug in above the master bathroom vanity pushes into the wall when you try to plug anything in and seems very unsafe.   The outside property is very beautiful, quiet and this could be an amazing place to bring family and stay at but the combination of forcing you into a sales pitch at check in and then the room issues make it very less likely that we would return in the future.  We were a late check in and the check in process should not have been a sales pitch at all we were travelling for work and this left a horrible impression.

I suggested that they make sure all amenities, ie furnace, phone, dishwasher, are working before checking in guests.
