Rooms are small, beds are hard and on a metal bed frame. Half the time you had to go get new keys because the other ones stopped working. You had to slam the doors to make sure they shut and all rooms you enter from the outside like Motel 6. The pool is outdoors and doesn’t have a heater and the friends and family of the workers were in the pool and we couldn’t use it. Breakfast is pancakes, bagel or hard boiled egg. The manager and desk personnel were very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The only reason I stayed here was because I needed a shuttle to the airport. I only stayed a few hours so I could relax before my flight out. When I checked in I was told there was a shuttle. When I came to check out I was told no shuttle. What a rip off. Never again!

Renovations being done on one side of the building. The room was nasty dirty, the outlet for the microwave did not work so I moved it to the sink area the underneath of where it was , was filthy . The carpet was disgusting . My grandson took his shoes off when we came back from the pool, walked the length of the room and his feet were black! Need a good cleaning crew. The complimentary breakfast was composed of generic Rice Krispies, fruit loops and Raisin Bran, there were mini muffins and bagels no fruit, also was told there was airport shuttle , nope no shuttle.

Not enough towels only had 2 when we booked for 4 people. No utensils for breakfast the guy behind the counter checker every drawer and nothing was the same thing the next day. Lock on room door was broken and not working. Room had multiple spots with damage. Pool ADA chair didn’t work.

Dirty. Dry blood on hair dryer, muddy shoe marks in shower, wet carpet. Fridge hardly worked. Some rude staff but also some very nice staff! Comfortable beds but definitely do not recommend for longer stays. Also very far from broadway but Ubers were usually quick and cheap.

Didn't have our reservation so waited 20 minutes to be able to get a room. Property overall very dirty. Huge trash bin by the pool filled to the brim with trash. Trash all over the parking lot. Room overall not clean, dirty shower floor. Air conditioner very loud so couldn't sleep well. Bedding of poor quality. Breakfast was terrible - pancake machine that didn't work property and no one available to help for 15 minutes. No water so had to purchase from a vending machine. Don't stay at this property - not worth a penny - dirty and poor customer service

Walking into the lobby there was too strong of a pine smell. So strong it seems like it was probably to try to cover up bad smells. Going into the room there was a horrible, strong, foul smell with an added smell of too strong cleaning solution to again try to cover the foul smell. That was our big complaint of the place. Everything else was good. All of the staff was welcoming and good. The room appeared good and clean, but the smell! The locks were difficult to maneuver. If they do a good carpet and furniture cleaning/renovation, and adjust their locks to be user friendly it would be a great budget-friendly place. It’s hard to give a good review to a place with such odors, tho.

My stay here was awesome. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and funny. I libed the convience of this location. There are some great food places right down the street. It is located right next to the waffle house. I enjoyed my stay and wpuld definitely recommend.

Dirty, smelled bad, extremely old furniture. Silverfish in the bathroom, sagging broken shower curtain, toilet seat loose & broken. Carpet was damp & very dirty. Felt unsafe, wouldn't stay there again. Management was more worried about cigarette smoking in the rooms, than their cleanliness. Smoking would have helped it. They should have stayed closed til the many renovations were done. A real bait & switch

Again pictures on website were deciving. Hotel was outdated and in need of updating. After taking a shower and walking across the floor the bottom of your feet were black,not cleaned well at all. Breakfast was not until 7:00 which did not work if you wanted to get back on the road early.we would not stay at this hotel again.

We only stayed one night, and it was “average” at best. When we were checking in, the man at the desk didn’t even greet us. He just stuck his hand out expectantly asking for my ID. No smile, no “hello, how are you?” Not really any customer service at all. It was kind of rude, in my opinion. Very disappointing in that regard. The room wasn’t anything special. The bed was so squeaky that you couldn’t even sit on it to tie your shoes without it making noise. The blankets on the bed were literally just sheets, no thick comforter on the top at all to keep warm. The curtain was broken at the top, so some sort of light was always trying to peak through. All of the rooms are outside. Either facing the road or the back. The ones facing the road were obviously loud because of traffic. If we had known that, we would’ve requested a room at the back of the building. It was sufficient enough to sleep in for just one night, but I would’ve paid the extra money for a better hotel if it was more than one night. They promised breakfast starting at 6am, but when we went to check out, there was nothing set out for breakfast. And we checked out at 10:30am.

The price of the room was fair and I could walk like 30 seconds and be at a Waffle House. I could easily access the main highway to Nashville as well. What I didn’t like was how thin the walls were and the gap in between my door. When I first arrived, not so long after it sounded like someone was trying to break into my room. I silenced everything, turned the lights out, and waited for the sound again. Come to find out it was just a bunch of old brown leaves flying back and forth. And that’s when I noticed there’s a really big gap in my door letting cold air and sound in from outside. Every time someone walked past or locked their car, it was so loud that it felt like I was sleeping outside.

Truly a budget motel. Light and cold come in between the door and the door frame. Chair with one short leg propped against the wall so it won't rock. Bed is comfortable. 4 pillows range from rock hard to flat.

The staff seemed inexperienced and were not friendly. Breakfast was skimpy. The room was nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable and the cable selection on the TV was great. The shower tub area was out dated.

Definitely checked on other reviews before visiting, this is what we found! Though we can tell that the staff is not a full staff they are very kind and efficient. The location is sitting across from a busy highway so there are the sounds of cars and sometimes loud ones as well as sirens. With soft earbuds definitely right here a majority of it. We went searching for bugs we found none and no evidence of any! The room was very spacious and the hardwood floors are a very nice touch. We could tell that it looks like there have been updates made to the unit we stayed in. The bathroom was one of the few things we had an issue with due to the caulking showing signs of mildewing. We also noticed that there was no safe in our room. The floors were extremely clean the bed smelled fresh and the sheets were clean we flipped them back to check. You did a black light for our room and didn't find anything abnormal. There was not a coffee maker but there is a mini fridge and a microwave present. The mini fridge doesn't exactly get cold at least ours wasn't. There was a very awkward picture hanging in our room which for us was an absolute no-go. This was a weekend mini trip and it was fairly quiet. It was only during checkout that we realized how many people were actually present at the hotel. We did enjoy the continental breakfast! The staff was continuously keeping the area clean and restocked. There was a text sent at the beginning band end of the stay for questions.

The staff we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself is somewhat rundown and out of date which was surprising for a Wyndham property. It’s located pretty much roadside and is extremely noisy with the thru traffic, especially early morning. The drain in the tub was very slow which made it for a shower/bath at the same time. It got cold during our stay and the heat smelled horrendous when we tried to put it on. Had to turn it off and open the door to get the smell out. The price was reasonable which is one of the reason I chose to book and it is a Wyndham branch which is usually nice but this was a bit of a disappointment.

Staff member who checked me in messed up the cards to charge the room. I asked him to use my credit card for the required deposit and my debit card for the room charge. This is per the instructions on the counter at check in. He used my credit card for all of it and at check out they said it was too bad they can\'t change it. I specifically said I wanted to use my debit card at check out. Check out staff person said "sorry" but had an uncaring attitude about the whole thing. I won\'t return!

I rarely do reviews, I should do more; however these employees were horrible. I understand this is a budget hotel, it met that standard; however, the front desk would not answer calls, they would not set up my keys for duration of trip so I would find myself at my third floor room with the key not working. I actually was in an Uber accident while visiting area, I spent the day in the ER with my 16yo daughter. We get back to our room at 11:30pm. I could not walk. We are on the 3rd floor and the key doesn’t work. We called the number and the reception would not answer and hang up on me without speaking to me. I was trapped on the 3rd floor because my key could not access the elevators. We stood outside for almost an hour trying to get through and front desk would answer and hang up. I was yelling at other customers from the third floor for help as they entered the hotel. I could not walk down the outside steps due to accident. When another guest finally let us into third floor elevator access and I confronted the staff and explained the situation. She was mean to me and said, I answered all my calls. Terrible Terrible. Her boyfriend was hanging in a chair taking up her time. The place is sketchy…..don’t stay here you will regret it. It takes no energy to be a kind human and help. There was an issue at check in which ended up putting 2 holds on my credit card (both still there 3 days later). The man working the front desk was unhelpful and seemed to not know what was going on. We stayed 2 nights and had to go to the front desk 5 times to get our keys reprogrammed. Not once did the same man apologize or acknowledge the issue. As we walked down the steps thr 5th time, there were 2 people in the stairs doing drigs, when we let the man at the front desk know, he seemed to not care at all. The stairs, especially at night felt very unsafe. There are so many options in Nashville, this hotel and the headaches it causes is not worth it.

I did the check in on line to speed up check in and when I got here it took over a half hour to check in. They charged my credit card 3 times and couldn’t show us a map to find our room. In the room the conditioner and body soap were empty and the bathroom door had no latch on it so wouldn’t shut. Disappointed

It was an amazing stay. Pretty close to everything and short drive to broadway. Check in and check out were super easy. Our only problem was our door wouldn’t register our key cards and we had to go down and have them reprogram them but they were super nice and understanding about it! The price of the room was fair and I could walk like 30 seconds and be at a Waffle House. I could easily access the main highway to Nashville as well. What I didn’t like was how thin the walls were and the gap in between my door. When I first arrived, not so long after it sounded like someone was trying to break into my room. I silenced everything, turned the lights out, and waited for the sound again. Come to find out it was just a bunch of old brown leaves flying back and forth. And that’s when I noticed there’s a really big gap in my door letting cold air and sound in from outside. Every time someone walked past or locked their car, it was so loud that it felt like I was sleeping outside.

The staff we encountered during our stay were very pleasant and helpful. The property itself is somewhat rundown and out of date which was surprising for a Wyndham property. Enjoyed every second of my stay here especially for the price you can’t beat it! Hotel staff was nice and efficient with getting me checked in. The room was absolutely beautiful and most importantly comfortable my favorite part of the room was the mirror over the sink with light settings. The breakfast was good a nice variety for everybody they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausages, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt they had coffee, orange juice and apple juice the second day they had biscuits and gravy as a main course excluding the sausage and eggs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay especially for the price! It can get noisy the hotel is close to an airport and a Main Street other than that 10/10!!

My overall day was pretty decent, The hotel is in the process of upgrading all rooms, which is great. My room was very clean, comfortable the staff very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The only negative I have about the hotel. The breakfast is nonexistent however across the parking lot, there is a waffle House. I will stay here again.

Rooms are dated, not enough towels left in rooms and one day werent even left any. Telephone in the room didnt work but didnt notice until the 2nd day. The Free Breakfast was very poor. Not very.many options and even the cereal containers that were there so.s were empty.

We selected the hotel based on free breakfast and quick stay. The check in process was great. The room was average. The problem was in the morning when we were completely blocked in by an employee and we made the rest of our group late due to waiting on her. Breakfast was not put out on time (over an hour late) so we were not able to eat before getting on the road again.
