We chose to stay at this hotel because of the great rating and amenities available such as the indoor pool and restaurant that were open late and the shuttle/parking to Nashville airport. The staff was so friendly and the pool and shuttle worked out perfectly. Up until we got back in our car, this was the perfect stay. Unfortunately, several cars parked there were broken into and ours was one of them. Not much was stolen but coming back to that really ruined the convenience of the stay. You pay for parking but they take no liability for your vehicle during that time even though cameras were visible from my vehicle. (The slip that goes in your dash shows exactly what date you would be gone until.) Staff was friendly about it but not extremely helpful. A police report was made but I never received any other correspondence about the incident except that we were given the information to submit a report. I am disappointed because I would have used this hotel again otherwise.

The first night was particularly challenging due to the lack of available parking, as non-guests were occupying spaces by using the hotel’s shuttle service to the airport. This is a renovated and nice hotel, however there was no parking available for us. They had overbooked their airport parking so much that there were cars parked everywhere and even had cars parked in the fire lane. It is pretty frustrating when a paying guest at a hotel can’t find any parking.

The poor rating is based upon front desk service concerning an incident that happened on property. We have stayed in the hostel many time. We have found the staff to be friendly and our rooms were always fine. But we found the window busted out of our vehicle when leaving for the airport at 5:15 am. Our vehicle was literally parked under a street light by a sign that indicates surveillance cameras were in operation. Front shrugs their shoulder and said “sorry”. That’s it he could not have care less. Others in the area states that it’s been happening a lot lately ……. The. Why is there no video and why isn’t someone on parking lot duty. If you know this is happening - the do something about it.

Horrible our vehicle window got busted everything was stolen we had inside there was about 50 cars that got hit ! Parking you wont find at this place they are doing airport parking have cars lined all around the place cant even fit my truck through the parking lot and the desk people are very rude told me there is signs out there they are not responsible for vehicles we caught the people breaking in cars and was shot at police wasn't very helpful they said it happens every weekend all the hotels around there was 150 cars that was broke into never again will i stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel was very nice at first glance, but it was very dusty in some places of my room…like it hadn’t been dusted in weeks. I also paid $16.00 for the ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE breakfast buffet. I ate two bites and left. It was more like a breakfast from a MOTEL 6 rather than Radisson. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

An experience that makes you feel uncared for. During our 4 day stay cleaning didn't enter our room even once. No fresh towels, waste cans overflowing, beds not made (must less sheets changed). Staff completely did not care. Just stared at me like I had a third eyeball when I complained.

There was blood on the shower curtain, the toilet wobbled and there were only two sets of towels for four people. The fitted sheet on one of the beds had what looked like a burn mark on it. The TV was nice.

Nice, clean, easy parking front and back. Bar and restaurant in lobby. One surprise was that they only clean the rooms every three days. I guess this is considered eco-friendly but they say since Covid they have stopped cleaning the rooms daily. I wish I had known this on the first day so I didn’t come back surprised to see the bed, unmade, no new supplies, etc. They were perfectly willing to bring us towels and coffee when we requested it, but we were caught off guard.

Room was gross, there is what appeared to be blood on the floor in several areas as well as on the couch in our room when we checked in. Staff seemed indifferent when we went back down to tell them, they were almost unfazed by this. Luckily, we got a new room, but there was also what appeared to be blood stains on the floor. We were appalled and disgusted, the refrigerator also barely worked. We will never stay at this establishment again.

Great stay at the Nashville Radison. The hotel felt new and was very clean. It had a a small cafe where we ate dinner and they offered breakfast. Parking was very easy and free. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here last year as we are passing through the same town and the tv and phones were down then. Stayed here again a year later and they still have no tv or phones working with some excuse. Plus the drain in shower and sink are awful. Will never be coming back to this location again.

Glad I was there for only one night. The sheets are itchy. And even though I only had the temperature in the room set at 70 it was 73 when I got in and it only cooled down to 72 by the time I left the next morning. This was actually the second room I got because the first one the AC was making an Unholy racket that could possibly raise the Dead. All in all not a comfortable stay. The hotel looked very pretty, the room was very clean, the staff was lovely, but the comfort was not great.

Room was decent, however when the air kicked off it got way too hot and it wouldnt kick on soon enough. Sink wouldnt drain. There were people talking in the hallway around midnight, then people being loud in their rooms until around 2 or 3 am. Didnt sleep well at all. Shuttle aervice was amazing - on time, good driving and quick.

Everything was ok. The outlet on the desktop didn’t work, and the fridge took a while to get cold for our water, and the TV rarely picked up a signal so we couldn’t watch it. Other than that it was fine.

I think it is polite to ask guest how are they doing during check in. In this case not only that didn’t happen but when I asked the receptionist of how is she doing? She answer with good thank you. Not bothering to ask “and you?”

Front desk staff were very rude. We did NOT receive the room we reserved, and were told that’s “just the way it is”. The state of repair if the room was marginal at best (closet door about to fall off the wall, shower curtain should have been replaced months ago, very limited hot water unused you want to wait 20 minutes, show drain not functioning correctly). It was a very disappointing experience at what was once a great place to stay.

Property was great. Rooms were beautiful and clean only stayed for 1 night really just a couple hours to sleep and get back on the road BUT the problem is when you check in. Regardless of what you spend on the room you have to pay the $50 hold at check in which is fine due to them telling us it would be refunded after our stay and we checked out. It said 10-12 days max. Now we are coming up on a month and still have NOT gotten my refund back and now I can’t get ahold of them either!

Hey there, I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was! The staff was simply fantastic. The two young ladies working during our visit truly went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, we quickly realized that the room we had booked would be a bit too snug for our five grandkids, whom we were meeting in person for the very first time. They are all under 8 months old, and my husband and I were so excited to finally hold, hug, and kiss them! So, I asked one of the lovely ladies at the front desk if it would be possible to upgrade our room to the studio king bed suite, and she sweetly made it happen at no extra charge! Receiving such kindness and professionalism really sets the tone for a wonderful trip. It’s moments like these that make us want to recommend your hotel and return every time we visit family in the area. My family and I will definitely be staying at your hotel moving forward, and we’ll be spreading the word to our family and friends—not for any deals or freebies, but because we truly appreciated the outstanding service and accommodations. A huge thank you to the Radisson staff (especially those two young ladies, Tori & zayneese) for going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay with enough space for our grandkids! What a perfect place for a good night's sleep after a long trip. I was surprised at how quiet the room was, especially having stayed at a different hotel a few blocks away, two weeks prior where I heard every airplane as it flew overhead. Not at the Raddison. It is soundproof! The bed was perfect, room super clean, and spacious. I'll stay here again.

Stayed before an early morning flight out of BNA. Had a wonderful nightcap at the bar, bed was super comfortable, and shuttle to the airport was prompt and efficient! Hotel staff were great too!

Room was nice. Sink and shower both drained well. Water pressure was great, room was clean, newer furniture and nice fridge. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good. The service was great. The coffee machine in the lobby is a tease because it’s on a timer. Perfect spot near the airport without the airport noise which was surprising. I didn’t hear the planes from inside my room.

I registered there because Radisson Hotels are usually reliable in comfort, cleanliness and service. The front desk, checking in and out, were fine. The room was clean and nice, but the bed was hard as a rock! Housekeeping never came. The breakfast buffet was awful. Very sad. I used to like Radisson Hotel

My husband had bought some bag of pretzels in lobby, then went to the bar to have a drink, the bar tender told him he could not eat the pretzels there, no outside food. He said he wanted to order a drink; she again told him he could not eat the pretzels in the bar. He asked if they had any pretzels and she stated "No" he said I would like to order a drink and eat his bag a pretzel that he bought in the lobby. She stated no you cannot eat them here, no outside food. He said he bought them in the lobby, and he did not want any food from the kitchen. She snapped at him and said no outside food. He said fine and left. He was so upset; about it he refused to eat in the dining area due to the bar tender was so rude about the pretzel. He felt it was strange they the refused to let him eat the preztel which was part of the hotel and have a drink.
