Hot tub did not work. The bolt for the pool ladder was lying next to the pool and the step was hanging in the water. No markers indicating a broken step. Room door didn't close tightly

We were very upset to realize we were in an outside room, no breakfast included, and we were only able to use the shuttle once. And that time the shuttle handicap lift wouldn’t work, so we waited an hour in the bus. The times do not coordinate with events they have happening and it is through a 3rd party, so they do not take care of their guests. We were stranded twice. The first time was at the resort after their sponsored show. We had to walk back in the freezing cold, I have asthma and a torn meniscus in my right knee!! The second time was after the Grand Ole Opry! We were right at the stop at 10pm, as the bus was heading out. We did not get to go through the shop prior to the show due to the mechanical issue with the bus. We went straight into the shop, did not linger, needed to use the restroom but didn’t have time. And, the shuttle was pulling off as we approached the pick up spot, on time! A wonderful couple catching the Wyndham shuttle said they would get in their truck at their hotel and come back to get us. Praise the Lord, they did!

Cons- No cash all digital yeah I know thats where we are going but when your electric or network isn't working good for the card to get in door it's annoying to have to go keep getting cards worked on to get in room. I think old key method should come back in case grid goes down my opinion That is it. Pros-The staff was great. Jackie was amazing even helped my husband get in I have to use a wheelchair so that extra help was awesome. Room is clean bathroom clean. Nicely decorated. Nice lighting. Meeting rooms are wonderful. Pool looked amazing. Restaurant good live music. Decor in restaurant is music related which is nice. Overall- We originally got only one night but loved it so much we decided to book it for 1 extra night. At the time of this review they have free shuttle service to mall, general Jackson showboat, Grand Ole Opry. This is great for being near everything I didn't get the room I usually get at other places but so you know, our room was great for a person in a wheel chair regual bath with shower. Room was big for my wheelchair. The king bed was nice we have a king and this was bigger so I figured maybe it's a California king idk. In concussion:- go if you want to be near things .

This hotel was conveniently located. Walk to restaurants and an awesome shuttle service that ran most of the time to take you to General Jackson showboat, Gaylord palms Opryland and Mall. Also indoor swimming pool! The worst thing was the A/C unit did not get very cold.

Very clean rooms. Sheets smelled a bit like bleach which not complying but us asthma sufferers have problems with that strength. Wanted to swim but the pool was so strong with chlorine we couldn’t get near it. Really strong. We stay here every time we come and love the convenience to food and music down stairs

Roaches running all over sink. Had Opry tickets. Had to leave for concert. Agent said Problem would be addressed when I returned. Night agent knew nothing about it!!! She gave me another room but at 10:30 at night I had to move everything myself. I am 74 years old and traveling with a special needs child who can’t help me. I was totally exhausted after all day traveling.

This is not what we expected for a Marriot property. We were in an external room, more of a motel style, and felt really run down. When entering our room we found 3 different bugs on one of the beds. This is unacceptable. We went to the front desk and had to negotiate for an inside facing room. I get that it was booked up, but guests should not have to settle for a room with bugs. I will not stay there again,

Extremely clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to the Grand Ole Opry and the shopping mall. Within 15 minutes of downtown. The only reason they didn’t get five stars across-the-board is we were there two nights and never saw housekeeping clean our room or replenished towels.

I enjoyed the property, amenities were decent. Pool area, restaurant, gym, etc all great. My room smelled funky though, no dresser space really, no microwave ($200/night, come on), coffee machine next to toilet. Noisy air unit, toilet ran like 10 min straight every couple hours...was a bit hard to sleep. Convenient location. We drove in and this served as a great base of operations, but was not psyched to hang out in the room.

For the price of our stay the room was small and bathroom was as well. There is hardly any storage for clothing if you’re staying a week. The positives are the comfy beds and noise level outside was minimal plus the shuttle to the Gaylord and mall. There is no breakfast included however.

The room was clean, but outdated and very small and basic for the price we paid. There was only one outlet and it was far from the bed, so our noise machine, humidifier and phone chargers couldn’t all be plugged in at the same time. The bathroom is incredibly small. Our door opened to the outside which I didn’t expect for $400/night either. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 0830 and 1030 as well even though we requested late checkout at 1230.

I was told by Expedia 2 queen beds. This property only has double and king beds. I had to ask for a cot. Then make it myself. 1-2” crack under exterior door. Over freeway. Could not sleep for road and traffic noise. Manager was friendly and helpful during checkout. However, girls at check in could not count money and obviously had very little quality training.

Not so good. Double bed was not for two person. Can't sleep two person on double bed. Booked exterior view room and due to snow, out door galary was dirty. No microwave inside room and Have common on floor. Internet was very slow so can't streem on smart TV.

Hotel was clean, friendly, and had amenities for everyone. Indoor pool and tub were great fun. Desk staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They arranged shuttle to Broadway, found us an Irish pub and generally made our stay complete. Thanks

The staff were great and the inside of the Inn was nicely maintained and newly renovated. I'm not sure why I have a credit card charge for $28.96 USD when I was told there were no charges when I checked out - this is the second time they've done this to me - maybe it's an honest mistake. I hope so, and I hope it gets reversed or I'll find somewhere else to stay next time I'm in Nashville.

I liked everything. Was relaxing. Everyone at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Save hundreds of dollars with a better experience at the Inn than at the Opryland Convention Hotel monstrosity down the street. Left after first night to stay at the Inn for the rest of my stay!

Excellent Service!!! Our A/C wasn’t working at 10:30 pm, and by 11:00 pm, they had diagnosed the issue and literally replaced the entire unit. And the gentleman was so nice. I will continue to stay here!

Staff was inattentive. Room wasnt ready. Staff blocked ramp to room and wouldnt move for 7 minutes. Had to call front desk about other a group being loud and smoking weed outside our room at 10 pm. Smoke was soming into our room from a/c unit. 30 minutes after i called no one had done anything about it. Staff did not care about anything but gossiping with each other. Will never go back. Suggest finding somewheere else to stay

Older property multi level motel type structure. A Gaylord property offering a more affordable price point to the Gaylord Opry Resort and Convention Centre next door. Good location and access to the Grand Ole Opry. Some shuttle service available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean and nice. The facility was lovely and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great! I don’t like that they won’t accept cash but that doesn’t change the experience. Saida at the front desk was awesome! We were told a bus to the Grand Ole Opry was available but it wasn’t and she took it upon herself to get us there without any problems. Her help was truly appreciated! Thank you!

Restaurant was not open for breakfast and the only option was a cafe near the pool that only had one option of warm breakfast food. My room was on the outside of the building so it was noisy, exposed and inconvenient to get to from inside the building. Overall, a very expensive hotel for the services offered.

The restaurant, Opery Backstage Grill was always empty and for good reason: when we tried the restaurant, it had terrible food that was not fresh; my sons and I got stomachaches which lasted all night for each of us. They were out of few items, especially fish. When we ordered the brisket, it came on a large plate, 2 thin slices of meat and about 30 tater tots!!! Room was tiny, beds very soft and old; also lots of ants and mosquitoes in the bathroom. The only reason we stayed was the proximity to Gaylord Resort.

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful, and the room we had was fine--seemed very clean, beds were comfortable, nice-sized fridge. The problem with the hotel was other guests. We had an outdoor facing room, and the smell of pot was apparent from the outdoors (coming from the first floor sidewalk, we were on the top floor). There was a small gap under our door, and the smell seeped through at night, and then again in the morning--wake and bake! The noise from other guests was also unacceptable. Lots of loud yelling until at least 11pm, again I think coming from the first floor, but clearly could be heard on the third floor. We called the front desk, and it settled down a little later, but at 11pm, it was already too late. This was our second time to stay here, but I don't know if we will be back. I will add that the restaurant is good, also with very friendly service.
