If you like a room with questionable stains, a badly insulated door, and lots of road noise, this is your place! Bonus if you love the Tower of Terror ride at Disney- skip it and ride this motel's elevator! It has no HVAC, smells of feet, and makes surprising jolts and shakes. Never a dull moment!

Sheets had stains, roaches and very unsafe parking area. We got there at night and had to park in the back. There were cars that appeared abandoned. The cars had been in accidents but you can see the cars were still being driven. Plus the area look like it could have been an area to be kidnapped. On the positive side the night employee was awesome! He helped every way he could!

Love the convenience of the location Property has trash all around it ( parking lot ) The 1 gentleman that was behind the counter didnt even welcome me to the Roof .. but thats cool but he did get me checked in and then leaving thid morning @ 5 am didnt even see anyone behind the ocunter so i stuck key in drop box . Room excellent. bed was supper comfortable bed omg so conf

Pet friendly, has area for pet walks. Staff is friendly, and dont disturb you. Everything was very clean. TV signal was week, but I didn't have time to watch it anyway. I would stay here from now on.

There were cigarette burns on the bedding, hair on the towels, the tub was dirty. My car and several others that were parked in front of a security camera had their windows broken into and the overnight staff didn't have a clue.

Cigarette burns on the toilet in room 320 3rd floor, the ice machines are broken, the juice machines are broken, the bed had urine stains in it. Personally we should have been refunded. The chair in the room looked like it was torn and shredded by someone with sharp nails. Overall shouldn’t be open .

Had a moving truck and trailer so it was off the free way and easy to park. Also pet friendly who can was good. We had 2 rooms and they were average one was even though clean had stains on the floor that made it look dirty.

There were roaches in the first room we were given, so we went to the lobby to inform management and they moved us to another room. The second room was nasty, a pair of dirty underwear in the bathroom, dead bugs under the sink, a terrible room all together. Management was informed of the dirtiness and we were sent a person from the front desk with a cloth and a bottle of cleaner, and he didn’t even clean the room. Wish we had read the reviews first before booking.

Parking was good. The room was not very clean. Floors appeared to have not been cleaned for awhile (sticky). The lights and other fixtures were very dusty. Some of the lights did not work making the room dark and dingey. The bathroom towels and shower walls had hair on them that was visible immediately when walking into the bathroom.

We left this hotel and booked elsewhere after 10 minutes. The bathroom was dirty, half of the lights and outlets were out of order, and the room smelled strongly of cleaning spray used to cover cigarette smoke. Wifi was not available, despite being advertised. Very disappointed.

SCREEECHING TRAIN BRAKES 24 hours a day! We have now stayed at two different hotels, including this one, on this street. BOTH TIMES we experienced the same thing. LOUD screeching train brakes all night and all day as there appears to be some kind of a train wheelhouse across the street. Nev er again will I stay at this or any motel/hotel in this area. I couldn't sleep worth anything with all that noise. And it is constant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cable not working in the room and error message said to phone front desk but the phone did not work. I went down and told the man at the desk and he said he would come look at it in a few minutes. 35 minutes later still hasn’t come so I went back down and he was scrolling on his phone so I asked him if he forgot about me and he said was I ready? Duh! We went and I said it was hard to call down when the phone wasn’t working and he said they don’t but they have to keep them in the rooms. He rebooted the box and said give it about 10 minutes and after 20 I went back down to tell him it didn’t fix the problem so he said he would get me a different room. So hauling all my stuff down to a new room wasn’t good but at least the tv worked. I got up in the middle of the night and thankfully had my house shoes on because I stepped on a bug. Didn’t sleep after that and as I was leaving there was a roach on the curtain by the door. I took a pic but couldn’t upload it here. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

We arrived late, the receptionist was rude, throwing my id on the counter instead of hading it to me. He then gave me the key to room 204, and when I entered there were people asleep inside! I had to go back down, he didn’t apologize and was rude again! I got the keys to 224, and the coverlet was dirty! When I complained to the woman receptionist in the morning, she didn’t apologize either, didn’t greet me, etc! The customer service doesn’t exist at this motel! It was non refundable and I didn’t feel safe or comfortable there!

It was a decent room for the price but there were people on the balcony the entire night yellin and slamming doors. The night staff didnt even look up from his phone for 5 minutes when i was checking in and did not care about all the noise outside from other hotel guests.

Room looked in need of attention. Paint was splattered on the TV and mirror. Damage to the night stand and top of dresser. The area was a little sketchy. There was a business across the street that was machining metal. Was very noisy. The room was no smoking but the smell of smoke was still detectable. Price was good but I would not chose to stay at this property again.

Room was dated and not like the pictures. It was fairly clean except for the blood drops on the bathroom door which hubby cleaned off. Bed was comfortable. The small tv didn’t show whole picture and manager wasn’t able to fix it. He said he had ordered new larger tvs and all new furniture. For breakfast they provided coffee, juice & granola bars. That was a deal breaker.

I asked for a pet friendly room and I don’t know if the sheets were stamped as pet friendly but we found a paw print on the sheet. The heaters were on the wall and they were burnt. Nowhere in the description of the hotel did it say they were across the street from a train yard. The mattress was awful, I could feel the springs when I laid down and had to lay on top of the sheet and blanket just to be able to lay down to sleep. My husband said there was no breakfast, just granola bars with juice and coffee.
