The ride from the airport was quick. The staff on the main floor was AMAZING. The pool was beautiful to look at from my room and was clean when we went down. The gym was we equipped and the indoor pool was much warmer than the outdoor pool. My only complaints would be that the elevators are few and far depending on where your room is. The housekeeping staff let the doors slam as they enter/exit a room when they clean which means multiple times and the sound travels. Between that and the kids at the pool in the morning, you won't be able to sleep in. Because the pool is in the middle of the enclosed courtyard, the noise echoes. I would definitely stay here again but I would probably request and exterior room.

It was can amazing week. The Sheraton Music City is beautiful inside and out. Great atmosphere, great amenities and indoor and outdoor pool. It has a really nice gym. The bar area is also nice. We ordered drinks and food to have at the pool. I would highly recommend this place.

Very spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and several seating options. Balcony overlooking courtyard with nice option. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and kept room clean throughout stay. Only problem was parking because of gate not working with room key to reenter and leave numerous times. Meeting facilities were exceptional. Inhouse convenience market has good selection of snacks and restaurant food was good

The property itself was OK The shuttle service was not good. We missed our flight because there were so many airport employees using the shuttle, they are first priority. No shuttle showed up to pick us up on our return. We ended up getting a taxi to get back to our car.

I made the mistake of booking this hotel at a "absolutely no refunds" rate. I will never book here again. The elevators were FILTHY! This place has gone downhill fast in 20 years. My heat didn\'t work in my room. Luckily, a kind maintenance guy was there within minutes and fixed it immediately. Unfortunately, then the heat was not adjustable and I compensated by opening a window. Front desk clerk was nice, but needs to be trained on how to accommodate people who say, "I\'m hearing impaired." Valet staff was very friendly. Bartender was friendly.

Room smelled of mold. When asked, the front desk said that they would look into it and never did. We never heard from them again. Room was very very moldy in cabinet by the refrigerator and some of the wallpaper was peeling.

There were 2 cockroaches in our bathroom of the hotel & they were BIG like they have been living there for awhile, there’s not a big snack selection to buy from, ridiculous price for breakfast that MOST hotels offer free breakfast so we had to leave every morning to go get breakfast instead of paying $55 every meal just to eat after the price of such a hotel. On our last day as we were checking out, I am a breastfeeding mother who was on vacation away from her child, which meant I still had to pump and keep my food cold. We had asked someone in the cafeteria for ice and explained my situation & he looked at us and told us he has ice but no time for us; so we went to the front desk and had to have someone from there go fill my cooler up so my bags of breast milk wouldn’t go bad on our way home. I personally had an awful experience and will not be booking to stay there again.

Nice clean facility, room was clean, beds weren’t great but overall it was a good experience. Our room had a courtyard view. After a very long day of sightseeing, there were a gang of very loud guests in the pool. Noise continued until pool closed at nine.

Took a friends trip down to Nashville just one day one night and this place was great. Very friendly staff and very nice establishment. They had a gate for parking which was a little finicky to work worth but was easily fixed by ringing the button for the staff. Excellent view outside of our balcony. Slight downside was you are right next to the airport, so expect to hear some planes if you want to enjoy that balcony view over the mountains. Nice thick balcony doors so you can’t really hear the planes on the inside. All in all decent spot. Definitely like 9/10 definitely worth the money would come again

The property provided a shuttle to the airport which was why I booked a room at the Sheraton. Sadly there were some staff members not acknowledging checking in travelers. One staff member available to assist the hotel check in guests. No hospitality while trying to dine at the hotel bar/restaurant. Sheraton is a well known hotel but this one I wouldn't recommend. The hospitality service needs a lot of improvement. Hope you find my feedback useful.

The most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. The rooms also had a faint urine and cigarette smell. Bathrooms were sub-par. Could barely get anyone at the front desk to answer, no matter what time I called. Front desk workers were also very dishonest and rude about certain questions.

My first morning at this hotel, I heard a strange knock. I was definitely startled/concerned, got to the door and realized it was a staff. I was asked if I was checking out, mind you, I booked the hotel for 5 nights and I had only spent a night. The staff clearly didn’t see anything wrong with his action as he explained he was just doing inventory, what? Well, I thought this was a one time thing, I was absolutely wrong. It happened again while I was there, this time, it was a lady. What I found concerning was how they didn’t realize the impact of knocking so early and waking guests up. I would think that housekeeping staff would contact front desk to confirm those checking out instead of randomly knocking on doors and not showing any remorse for doing so. Awful experience!!! Side note; The hotel has no subsidized pickup ride to the city, you will always depend on Uber.

This property is a diamond! It is Away from the CRAZY of downtown, but close enough to get there, with a short drive. There are food options at the Property and lots of cool little restaurants around within minutes drive. Shout out to Nashville Hala if you are in town and want FANTANSTIC middle eastern food this is a must!

The food for the price is just meh. The menu online is not accurate. For the prices i would expect much better food. It is now a la carte so all entrees do not come with anything, making it even more expensive and would have persuede my decision to stay else where had i known.

It was really pretty! They handled all our issues quickly. Staff was great! Lots of amenities but no room service or free breakfast. Which we didn’t care we were gone all day till late. It was Off the beaten path so no crazy traffic! 14 minutes from downtown! Secure parking! Hoping they didn’t charge me for it. Charges for everything in Nashville!

This hotel lived up to all our expectations. The outside of the building was beautiful. From the valet parking to the posh looking lobby, I knew it was going to be an excellent place to stay. Check in was worry free and our room was spacious and comfy. The pool was the icing on the cake. Such a nice place to relax and get some sun. We will be back.
