My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When we arrived, the lobby was dirty. I paid an additional fee for early check-in, which I had no problem with, but the condition of the room we received was shocking. The first room smelled terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there appeared to be a blood stain on the toilet, one of the beds had a visible soiled mark, and the furniture was covered in fingerprints and smudges as though it had never been wiped down. I immediately complained at the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There were brownish-yellow stains and residue dripping down the walls, the sink was dirty, and there was tissue or debris around the drain/overflow area. Similar yellowishbrown residue was present on the bathroom walls and around the bases of the beds. I still have no idea what the substance was. The room also smelled bad, and once again, the furniture was covered in fingerprints. At that point, I wanted to leave and find another hotel. Unfortunately, because Jeep Invasion 2026 was taking place, hotels in the area were essentially sold out and my family and I were stuck.I actually went to a nearby Walgreens and purchased spray bleach and disinfecting wipes so I could clean the hotel room myself. I wiped down the walls, bathroom, furniture, and bases of the beds. I also sprayed the sheets, pillowcases, and pillows with Lysol! GROSS! I’ll only come back if I’m homeless

The vents to the air conditioner had mold on them. We went to change rooms and discovered that that room's air conditioner vents also had mold. The amount in taxes is insane. You have a state sales tax, city/county hotel tax, city/county occupancy tax and a hotel fee state sales tax......PLUS the $15 "resort fee" or hotel fee. I also look for a Sonesta hotel when I travel. I have stayed at several in other states. This was my first disappointing experience with the brand.

This stay was close to the airport and oh such a great idea. We returned our rental car early and took the #18 bus into downtown Nashville and had no worries about parking in the city! The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind in providing for our special requests. Breakfast included waffles, eggs and a meat, yogurt, juice, bread and cereal. The lobby and dining room provided a nice space to work or visit. The pool was functioning and appeared to be well kept. My only complaint was the lobby had the FOX station on every day we were there. We were given the remote and turned it off on more than one occasion ourselves. I would like to see a less controversal news source or none at all while I am eating or visiting.
