The hotel is spectacular. We loved the location, could walk to many things. Parking was expensive but it’s a city, so not too surprising. The room was beautiful and large. The gym was nice. We loved our luxurious stay!

I got a raw hamburger at the restaurant and when I check out the charged me 58.00 for parking in the garage. I didn’t have a car. I don’t expect those things not to be resolved before I leave to go home. Won’t stay there again

Lovely hotel enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and great rooms. We particularly liked the ambience of the Bar downstairs and the very attentive and knowledgeable barman Max.

This is true Tennessee hospitality. The staff knows your name, they are there to offer you water or whatever you need. Just note that while there is excellent complimentary guest coffee to take out from one restaurant, there are no in-room coffee makers, refrigerator, or microwave. After i checked out of The Hermitage Hotel, I checked in to another which had a significantly smaller room and fewer amenities. Definitely recommend you stay at least one night at The Hermitage Hotel

At 3:45OPM, I was told our room was not ready. After expressing disappointment, they did place us in a room. We are having dinner in the restaurant…great setting and menu but the wine mark up is excessive.

Fantastic hotel. Lobby is gorgeous and room was large, comfortable, and clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is awesome and housekeeping and room service was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here when I go back to Nashville.

Excellent hotel. Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby beautiful. Rooms very nice. Everything in working order. No construction or renovation happening; no noise issues whatsoever. Excellent restaurant choices in the vicinity, and Broadway St. is only a few blocks away, easy to walk to.

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed 2 nights at your Nashville location, Saturday September 23-September 25. My experience with the bathtub ( sincerely main and only reason i booked this hotel as bathtubs are hard to find. The second night trying to take a bath the water was yellow. I didn't realize it until it was filled up. I thought perhaps something was in the tub causing the discoloration. I rinsed the tub and washed it down and refilled watching it come out this time and it was coming out yellow from the faucet. I brought this to the attention of the manager at the hotel and was comped parking. I was already promised complimentary parking from the hotels.com agent by the name of Anne. I would like a refund of 1 night and feel this is fair considering the circumstances. I have been ill since returning and can provide medical bills to be reimbursed if this is not going to be addressed. The manger at the hotel advised me to contact him and I have now 2 x and have been ignored. I look forward to hearing back to address this matter prior to escalating things further. Thank you,

Staying at the Hermitage Hotel is like going back to a time when elegance and refinement mattered. The beautiful lobby evokes memories of the gilded age. The staff could not be more accommodating. The rooms are large and well appointed. Little attention to details like the Frette Turkish towels, luxurious bath robes, Molton and Brown toiletries, scrumptious Meringues with turn down service, umbrellas for rainy walks, choice of pillows and Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay in the mini fridge made our stay enjoyable. Drusie and Darr was fabulous as well!

My husband and I always stay at the Hermitage. This iconic hotel is rich in history and is a lovely landmark in a time when historic buildings are torn down to make way for new eye sore “modern “ hotels that lack any kind of aesthetic. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are well appointed. The Tiffany glass in the foyer is breathtaking.

Rooms were beautifully appointed and very comfortable. I had a lovely view of the capital. The window in my room was drafting when closed and did not provide sound insulation from the outside, but neither of those issues bothered me. The service at the hotel was top-notch throughout my stay. I believe one of the people behind the desks name was Hope. She was especially wonderful making everything happen.

Everything about property was exceptional. Valet (Michael was amazing. Left phone on console and he brought to our room without being asked, Amazing!) Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. Water pressure on 7th floor was SUPERB. Love the mini bar, room service, and big soaker tub. We enjoyed all the amenities offered by property. Would definitely stay again.

This is not only the best hotel in Nashville it is one of the very finest in anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but is is actually the staff that make it standout. The bellman and valet were particularly great. The front desk was awesome. Overall just a terrific stay. Even the general manager stopped by during cocktails to check in on our visit. Very first class experience.

The staff at the front desk were not the most friendly. Their demeanor towards the guests when interacting was not what is expected from a 5 star hotel staff. I would rather go to JW Marriott next time I am in town. The bar tender Myles was awesome though.

We were just blown away by the service at the Hermitage. Every employee we came into contact with greeted us, and sincerely wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. You are either hiring only the top of the line people, or your training is exceptional. Maybe it’s both. Whatever you are doing, it’s working. We were truly sorry that we could not stay longer. We will be back to stay when we visit Nashville again. Everything about our stay was 5 star plus. Thank you!

The service at this hotel was amazing! Rudy is an absolute star at the front desk. I needed to work unexpectedly and he helped me find a quiet space for a couple of mornings. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. It really blew me away. The hotel itself is a historic gem. Steps away from all of the honky tonk action but tucked away in a quiet spot. Highly recommend!

There are too many things to rave about! The service was incredible, the attention to detail with all the small things. The turndown service was incredible along with all the small items to make my stay feel so warm and special. It was a stay I will never forget! Thank you Hermitage!!! We decided to stay here based on our friends recommendation and we wasn’t disappointed. Great service, excellent room and the location is great. Close enough to the bars, restaurants and clubs but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the night life. We would definitely go back to Nashville and we would stay here again.
