Car was safe. Pool and hot tub nice. Staff was amazing.

The 5-7 happy hour offered 2 tree drinks with food. All complimentary. The pool area was nice as well. They had shuttle service to downtown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend

Hot tub was nice and the breakfast was great!! You also get two drink tickets for happy hour, which was an added bonus. Checking out was smooth. Liked the fact that parking was gated.

Breakfast was great, overall selection was good, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, donuts, cookies, bagels, toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits. Free Happy hour: 5-7pm we had loaded potatoe appetizers and drink selection 2 drink tickets per person per night. It was a nice little treat before heading out for the night. Outdoor pool: it was beautiful weather when we were there. We used the pool each day. But had a pool day Saturday to save some money. Pool was clean and refreshing. Room: we had a ground floor Patio room we loved it. Right out the patio door we could walk through the outdoor seating area to the pool or the breakfast in the morning. We ate outside in the courtyard area. Our patio had 2 chairs as well. We were lucky enough to check in early as rooms were available when we arrived in Nashville at 10;30am. So we could drop Our luggage off and get settled. We chose not to get our room cleaned but we tidied up and asked for towels each day. Put the garbage outside the doorway in the hall. The bathroom area there was a closet and vanity area with sink, microwave and fridge. Then attached with door was the toilet and bath/shower. This area of the room was a bit warn down. With 4 people in a room it made it convenient we could do our makeup and brush our teeth, blow dry our hair if someone was using the bathroom or shower. There was a blow dryer and iron and ironing board in the room but no Safe which we were surprised.

This place was budget friendly. The ladies at the desk were friendly. The parking lot is gated and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was great and the complimentary drinks at the bar were a great way to get the night started. They had a free breakfast and the shuttle to broadway was exactly what we needed. Its $15-20 a person but thats not bad if you take into consideration how much they charge for parking downtown. We have stayed here twice now and would stay again.

Everything was really great, except the pool was closed until end of April even though the weather was nice and warm. Also, no smoking allowed on balcony or patio outside the rooms. They would charge you $500 if you did. That was our main reason for booking this hotel with a balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay.at this hotel. Location a little ways from downtown or from Grand Ole Opry, but not absurd. Parking wasn't an issue. The breakfast was lovely. The pool area was very nice. We also liked the indoor hot tub sauna area, in case you didn't want to be outside.

Unfortunately, our room smells like vomit. I can see the dry vomit stains on some of the carpet tiles next to one of the beds. Found hairs on both beds and the bathroom floor. There is dry pee on the toilet. We checked in a bit early but left the room right away to explore downtown Nashville. We didn’t notice these issues until we came back in the evening around 8 pm. We are too tired to request a room switch as we already unpacked our belongings and spent 12 hours driving to Nashville. It would’ve been nice to have a clean and fresh smelling room during our stay.

I checked in quite late maybe around 10:30. The person checking me in seemed distracted, she was ready to punch out. We got to our room and we’re trying to unpack, but I noticed slugs on the wall. When we noticed notified the front desk, they seemed concerned. They offered us to change rooms, but we were tired and didn’t really want to do that. We asked them if someone could just come and remove them and they did not offer or apologize or anything. So we ended up moving rooms. After we had plugged in our phones for charging at the bedside table after about half an hour or 20 minutes the line started to crackle and the light started to blink and then it just shut off.By this time, we were too tired to change rooms again, but ended up having to turn off power to the whole headboard system because we were afraid it was dangerous. We just had a bad experience.

At first glance, the room looked clean. When we entered the shower, we felt the soap scum on the walls which was really gross. The first day, one wash cloth was missing. Third day, the housekeeper was asked to change the bed sheets. It did not happen. Apparently, she did not understand English. I had to call the front desk late in the afternoon to get this done. Another time, the housekeeper didn't finish making the bed. Really weird how the bed wasn't finished.

While I would love to give this hotel five stars, I can’t. While I loved check-in (Ashley) was wonderful, but everything else truly needs improving. We walk-in a dirty room with hair on the pillows, blankets that had more stains than a crime scene, and bugs. The elevators are filthy and the patio pillows need a good wash-down. I had to wear sandals to take a shower. And don’t get me started on the “weed” optional policy. I say “optional” because folks were smoking so much, we almost got a contact high. This would be a wonderful place, but they need to clean it from top to bottom.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Very spacious room. I would recommend stay away from ice machine side of hall, a little too noisy of people getting ice, somehow all day and night! Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. However low water pressure in the shower. Also the constant and well over an hour of loudness of the staff at night flirting with a male hotel guest was pretty distracting as we were trying to watch a football game in the lobby.

Just another average over priced hotel. Nothing special. Customer service was good. I reserved and paid for in advance the upgraded room with the patio or balcony and we didn’t get that which was disappointing. How to you not have one available when we reserved one for our visit??? Hoping we will be getting a refund on the difference.

Good stay for the price. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and my neighbors were loud! Other than that I enjoyed the free parking and breakfast. We don’t drink but the hotel does offer free happy hour.

This place surpassed my low expectations. When I think of quality hotels I think of the big names but this place was in the same league as the bigger brands. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff friendly and informative. They did free a snack and drinks during dinner time. The room was comfortable and I got a great nights rest. Quiet and clean grounds plus an amazing breakfast. I would most definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice to stay at, close to everything. Breakfast was great with great choices. My only complaint is the room doors slam shut. Investment in soft closures would be worth it for you. Even though the walls were thin I was still able to sleep well.

Excellent hotel front office staff.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Sylvia at the Front desk was very helpful when we checked in and had some many things prepared for our first time to Nashville.

At checkin, the staff was a little unprofessional and lackadaisical, but it was also at a busy time of the day. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lavatory countertop space was very limited, and that was just with me traveling; if my wife had been with me, we would have run out of space quickly. I guess the "Club" part of the hotel's name fits, and I realize that it seems Nashville overall is now the partying place. But it has that vibe to it, more of a party and club experience than a comfortable, quiet place to stay (e.g., happy hour, loud partying, etc.). The breakfast was excellent every morning I was there, with a good selection of fresh and hot food, which was perfect for my itinerary and purpose (attending a conference with early-morning start up). I'd stay again, so it wasn't that bad overall.

Aria? (Sp?) At check in was outstanding. She deserves recognition especially since she’s only been there since May. Beyond helpful and very informative. I enjoyed my stay.

I am a golden Expedia member and I had the most disappointing experience at this hotel. We checked out at 9:30 PM and went to sleep. The cleaning staff woke us up at 10 AM, and we tried to rest again until 11:30 AM. However, they began calling us every 10 minutes while we were gathering our belongings. They even knocked on the door as if we were reluctant to leave, and then they opened it without warning. Bri, the customer service representative, was particularly rude. She was upset because I said 5 mins and it took me 10 mins and couldn’t answer her phone again because I was actually collecting my stuff. She took things personal for no reason and when it was just of a customer who was one hour late. She opened the door while we were inside and stood there while calling a manager named Angela, who claimed we were taking too long. We were clearly in the process of packing and informed them that we would pay the late checkout fees even, but they insisted that they had already charged us and continued to be disrespectful. Even saying we are trans passing by this time. We finally left at 12:25 PM, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I hope everything was recorded on camera because I believe there are serious safety concerns for guests with staff behaving this way. This is not a customer service at a hotel. This is the most weird encounter we ever had at a hotel.

The front desk ladies were amazing!!! I wish I remembered their names! We felt right at home. The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. Morning breakfast good variety to choose from. Then something unexpected, they have a happy hour! We are given drink tickets when we check in and have a few choices to choose from! They have great service! Highly recommend!

This place looks like a disaster on the outside and it’s in an area that’s a bit run down but the inside is fantastic. Checked in while everyone was in line for the complimentary drinks and it was like a party atmosphere. The rooms and inside are very clean and the breakfast is next level with tons of seating. Overall liked this place!

The room was spotless, breakfast was good. The area was safe, quiet and only 15 minutes to down town. Had a shuttle that dropped off on Broad street and picked you up for a small fee. We diffently stay again

My husband and I was so impressed with the staff and the hotel itself. We travel a lot, and we have never stayed in a hotel, that gives you happy hour every night with food and two free drinks. The shuttle was extremely convenient taking you back-and-forth to the town. We went to the AC/DC concert and we’re so afraid we were going to be abandoned by the shuttle, but the driver waited for all of us to get to the shuttle so we can get back to the hotel safely. If we’re ever in Nashville again, we will definitely stay there and I have already referred the hotel to my friends.
