Common areas of hotel were clean and well maintained; room was comfortable, clean and materials used in build and design had aged well. Close to highway, so there was road noise especially noticed at night, I expected that being close to airport. Short staffed, but probably the most attentive and customer focused I have experienced. The shuttle service was not available as marketed; but Uber was booked by the hotel for to/from airport service - I was impressed, so much better than a shuttle. I would stay at this location again.

I was honestly surprised to see this hotel rated so highly. The hotel itself was very clean, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms or common areas. The staff I interacted with in person were also helpful and courteous. However, when I called ahead for assistance with my reservation, the staff over the phone were not particularly helpful, which was frustrating. One of the biggest disappointments was the suite configuration. This may have been partly my misunderstanding, but we booked the suite expecting two beds plus a pull-out sofa bed. The sofa was not a sleeper sofa, and the hotel does not offer rollaway beds. To their credit, they did provide extra sheets and blankets, but it still left us without the sleeping arrangements we expected. The complimentary breakfast was also below average compared to other hotels in this price range. Overall, the experience felt much more like a budget hotel than the rate we paid would suggest. While the hotel was clean and the on-site staff were pleasant, I would not choose to stay here again. Feels overprices for the amenities and the type of hotel.
