On the advertisement online for that hotel it says they have a pool and breakfast they had neither one of those the pools closed permanently and they do not offer breakfast whatsoever it was very noisy and a lot of bad activity in the area I would really like to have a discount on that room it was very upsetting to me when I expected a pool and breakfast and I did not get either that's the only reason why I booked that hotel is for the pool and they've had it closed permanently for a while but on their ad online it shows a pool

Good value for a basic stay. No frills. No coffee or breakfast. Close to downtown without downtown prices. Store and restaurant next door. Easy on and off of IH 35 South.Would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property however was in need of repair. The phone in the room didn’t work. The closet didn’t have the rod to actually hold clothes. Combine that with none of the rooms have a refrigerator or microwave, it was definitely a place that you should only one night only.

Leaking A.C water in the room, didnt get fixed. Walking barefoot on the ground made our feet black, gross. The shower had barely warm water. There was a rat digging in the wall throwing dry wall dust on the ground near my bed. NO wifi access since we were far from main office.

It’s a motel 6 so it was good for having a dog but they don’t give any shampoo or conditioner which was fine because I had my own and they don’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Plus there was a leak in the ceiling.

Avoid this motel at all cost. You don’t have a microwave or any type of refrigerator. I had to go buy a little cooler just to keep food and drinks cold. They advertised a pool and the pool looked like it hadn’t been filled with water in 2 years. The area around the hotel is absolutely horrendous as well. No plug ins any where close to a bed to or might stand so I had to have my phone on the other side of the room while charging. The tv in my room was mounted to the wall but was missing a screw so it was crooked as heck. Luckily I was able to dig my hand into the wall to find the screw and manually screw the screw in myself I’ve stayed at some cheap motels in my day as I travel for work but holy moly this one was by far the worst. I would avoid this one at all cost!

The property is in need of repairs. There is no water in the swimming pool. The 1st room the bathtub was clogged. The 2nd room wemoved to the bathtub had a huge rust sopt in the bottom and the paint was all peeled. The rooms are dirty. Only 2 channels on the TV. The phones dont work. I will not stay at this location again.

Mold in the shower as well as a massive hole. Red stained sheets. Can only imagine. Public hair on the toilet. Ask for different room. Then the desk wouldn’t answer Expedia. Left after 10 minutes did not stay. With all photos surprised no refund can be issued

The floor was not swept or mopped prior to or during my 5 night stay. There was a diaper under the bed as well as hairballs, and spiderwebs in the corners of the room. There was blood on the sheets during my first nights stay. I told housekeeping and her response was "okay." After the sheet change i found cigarette holes in the bedding cover. When entering my room the first night the tv was on and the volume was turned up as loud as it could go. The tv did not work properly for the first two nights. Tv would turn off, change channels, adjust the volume and freeze all by itself. The AC unit in the room barely worked enough to cool down the room.

Motel was not as pictured. Dirty walls and tub is not cute. Whole motel needs upgrade like some other locations have done. Overpriced for what it is. Staff is nice but would never stay there again!

Whole room smelled like marijuana. Dirty. Blood on wall and door. Could see through the entry door secondary to a gap. Bathroom dirty. Floors were dirty and had bugs. Do not recommend

Did even stay the night had to find another hotel. The room was disgusting had blood on the walls and curtains. The bedsheets didn’t even look like bedsheets were washed. People selling drugs out of the rooms. The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen!!!

The front desk staff was super. The bed was clean and tidy. I wish they had given me an extra blanket as asked instead of a heavy sheet, but it was fine. The room was spacious, had a nice micro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a good size. The only thing was the bathtub was very very outdated therefore it had mold in the caulking and the water wouldn't run hot in the shower/bath.

Convenient location but very old & run down nothing there but a bed & table 2 chairs & tv very old & run down door not sealed I use to stay there when it was la Quinta it’s gone down hill sense

Tina is amazing! Definitely knows how to work with people and does an awesome job running the hotel. That is key to staying anywhere and she hits the marks. Definitely recommend staying here!

The employees are not friendly or accommodating. You have to hope someone is at the front desk to see you at the door to push a button to allow you entrance. The rooms are very sparse. Do not forget anything as they have nothing for you. There is no tolerance for early check in or late check out. No handicap accommodations. Some of the steps are breaking away from the staircase. Due to the freezing weather there was no hot water and they chose not to inform me of this upon check in. It took 3 days for this to get fixed and they refused even a partial refund. The outside trash cans were overflowing with the same trash that was there upon check in when I checked out 5 days later. The room was cleaned the first day I checked in and never touched the rest of my stay.

Such rude staff. Not willing to help. Ignore if you can. When I arrived, they charged us extra for an additional guest, when our reservation did not require a fee for additional guest. Additionally, they told us check out was at 9 AM when did actually was at 10 I am. It was weird because when we were checking out, the ladies told us we were early but when we arrived at night them and told us we had to be out of the rooms by 9 AM or we will have to pay an additional fee

The staff is terrible. It doesn’t seem that they know what they’re doing the conditions of the rooms falling apart. There’s always something wrong with the room when I stay there for work. I will never stay there again the first room I had there something wrong with the hot water. You have to leave it on for 25 minutes. The second room I got there was infested with flies and I mean I killed 10 before I even went to sleep it’s disgusting And then if you wanna watch TV you have four channels to choose from and the third room I got there not that it’s that big of an issue to me but they had leaky piping underneath the sink water started getting all over the floor. They don’t keep that property up , and they like the charge high rates for a property that is trashy

Not a bad motel 6 property. Pretty clean and average as they come. There is a Denny's conveniently located just out front for easy dining. However the property is right off the highway and shares the parking lot with Dennys. As such I'd suggest being aware of your vehicle security and general surroundings as you come and go from your room and the property

Too many homeless people hanging on stair cases, on walkways, all over the parking lot all night long caseing the new guests everymove and vehicles. Bad neighborhood full of crack and meth. Very insecure. Wont stay again at any price. Not worth the risk.

The place is convenient with the location but the area is not good at all. But then again, where is these days? Denny's right next door that is 24 hours and has great service. The hotel staff fixed my room card with no issue when it wouldn't work. Decent room for a great price. I was in town for the Longhorns game. 2 night stay
