While the Staff, Bartender, Barista and IT man are fantastic, the cleanliness of this facility especially the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Everything needs to be updated, on our pillow was a hair when we walked in. The sheets are old, pillows old and uncomfortable and the mattress is worse. I kept rolling to the center as the mattress is old lumpy as well. The carpet is very old and in need of replacement, the AC system has 2 settings either freezing or hot. I asked for feather free pillows and housekeeping gave us feathered pillows. This just just a few of the things, not to mention the ceiling in the room and the room itself need an updo. They don't even have working ice machines.

From the name Marriott, you are expecting something else. This hotel hasn't seen an update since the early 2000s, probably. Nothing inside this hotel says world-class, as the name suggests. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, and friendly front desk staff ( Maeve, the lady at the front desk, was extremely helpful) are the only positive things about this hotel. Wall paint peeling everywhere, rusty bathroom tub, noisy air conditioning, broken refrigerator (on a 103°F day!!!!!!) that doesn't cool. The benches in the lobby look so bad......I am sorry, but I can not recommend this hotel. This hotel is already on life support. This hotel needs much more than a touch of TLC. Fire the management who obviously don't care and start over. The location is pretty good, but the building is pretty beat up. For the nightly charge they ask for, you can do much better.
