Lucy was the bartender who served us our dinner & drinks & she was great! She was very friendly, attentive to our needs, and make a great food recommendation for us that we totally enjoyed. I highly recommend a visit to the 18th floor for food, drinks, & great service with a smile!

The AC went out on the 1 night I stayed. After a night of drinking I came to an incredibly hot room. No maintenance until I was checking out. No refund or compensation at all. Staff was not accommodating. Charging for mandatory valet is also a crime.
