Fundamentally fine but room not cleaned once in three night stay which seemed a bit off. Vending on my floor not working. Breakfast okay and ‘free’. Staff nice. Pool decent and skimmed each morning. Nothing nearby to eat or buy food if you don’t have a car. No bar.

Waiting for elevator and the wall paper is coming off by where the button where...kind of tacky also the ice machine did nit work neither did the coke machine.. no security!!! Taking shower no shampoo or shower gel. People was nice but i do believe this hampton is an aging beauty queen

Staff was great! Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, which made a huge mess that I tried to clean. Most of the drink vending machines were empty or broken.

Nice hotel, the room was spacious and the lobby was nice! The location was also great, highly recommend for the price. Keep in mind there is no shuttle though

I booked this hotel while at training for Domestic Violence and I wanted something close to the venue. I had never stayed at a Hampton Inn previously but I like the services I received. I was NOT aware that the rooms are cleaned on an every other day basis however. We had to find the cleaning technicians to obtain towels and we had to put the trash in the hallway due to the small size of the trashcans. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. It was quiet at night and even though I was next to an elevator, I NEVER heard anything through the night. The only thing I did not like was the television and how it would only play a few minutes while on LIVE. I had to utilize my apps such as Netflix and YouTube in order to watch television in my downtime. I did not eat the breakfast because breakfast was served at the conference, but my sister did and she spoke highly of it. My sister also work out in the gym and there was one treadmill, one elliptical, a bicycle and a few weights.

The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and gracious in our last-minute booking of their conference room for a family get-together, after our original plans fell through. It was a busy weekend for the hotel, but they still went out of their way to provide us with outstanding service.

The hotel was very clean, Our room was clean but had a musky smell. The TV system sucks, the last hampton Inn I stayed at also in Austin in the oak area I had to change 3 rooms to get a tv that would change chanels. The tv will not tell you what chanel it is on & I was trying to watch a football game & I searched for over an to find out they didnt get that channel. Imagine a motel room that you cant get football paying over 220 dollars a night I will stay anywhere else except Hampton inns if I have a choice.

Very comfy bed, confusing TV streaming interface (never could get to any channel except YouTube), broken bathroom door handle and shelves, very nice and helpful staff, smooth check in, quiet room, and I would go back.

This definitely not the most up to date Hampton Inn. The Mattress is old, king room was small, sink drain was super slow, toilet paper dispenser was broken and paper fell to the floor etc. At breakfast the scrambled eggs had a easy to see hair living in it that I turned over to the host. Ya know, the annoying "come on man" observations.

I will never stay here again. The AC was not cooling properly and the bedsheets did not smell too clean. I went down and asked for new sheets to be brought up. They never were and when I returned to my room early evening the manager was gonna end there was no way to get sheets. The AC was the tipping point though . I shouldn’t be waking up sweaty because the ac shuts off every few minutes. Staff was very rude.we went down for breakfast and then our keycard wasn’t working. Staff down there was adamant that we show an id to get the key working again. Of course we stated we came down for breakfast and our belongings were in the room. He made us feel like we shouldn’t be asking but he would do us a big favor of making our key work again. Overall the experience was not good. Rude staff. No housekeeping anywhere to be found.no fresh towels or sheets provided. Broken AC

Check-in with Nora was exceptional! As walk-ins, she was both welcoming and accommodating, as we came in wet and tired from walking in the rain. She offered us breakfast and a place to store our luggage, while we searched online for rates. She gave us a good rate so we booked with her.

The staff at check in was great. Super friendly and even put my friend and I on the same floor when I asked. Our rooms got upgraded too! I’m in Texas a lot for work so I’ll definitely be keeping this hotel on my frequent stay list when I’m in Austin!

In the heart of the South Austin/ATX hotel ghetto, so very convenient to transportation, lots of mixed dining options in a short driving distance, not far from downtown. The room was typical Hampton Inn--solid, not flashy. The vanity in the bathroom was water-damaged, but the room was otherwise fine. Breakfast was typical. Price was good; lots of competition within a half-mile along South IH-35.

The king suite I stayed in was well appointed and clean. It was relatively quiet which I appreciate. The complimentary breakfast was nothing to write home about but was better than average. The dining area was clean and plenty large enough to accommodate a good crowd. This hotel is conveniently located to downtown Austin as well as the local airport.

I always stay at a Hampton Inn. The locations are good, depending on the time of the year, the prices are great. I usually eat late and I help myself to fruit and toast. But there is a wonderful continental breakfast served daily.
