Wow wow wow. What a great hotel! I loved my family vacation here! The room was fantastic, the staff were kind, helpful and very attentive! We were in close proximity to a gas station, grocery store and lots of shopping. This hotel is located directly off the highway but we couldn't hear a single peep except for the beautiful songbirds in the morning. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to manage with the laundry app (CSCpay Mobile) and the hotel had single use Tide for sale for $5. The breakfast in the morning was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen, with proper healthy options like fresh Chia pudding and overnight oats along with hot oatmeal and yogurt. Other options included bacon and eggs, and fresh croissants. There is a great water dispenser in the fitness room which tasted fresh. We used the fitness room to walk on the treadmill but there isn't much room to do anything else. Dumbbells went up to 35lb and there was a bench but unless you're only doing cardio, you won't get much of a pump. Totally fine as there are many gyms closeby. I normally stay downtown when I visit Austin (annually minimum) but after staying here I won't ever stay anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone, especially families who are looking for suites with separate bedrooms.

The man at the desk gave my team the key to our room (shared) even though the account was booked only under my name. I really didnt like that. The hotel is not easy to get to and the road to it and its parking lot were too dark for us (4 girls ). Otherwise it was quiet and the rest of the staff was friendly. They have a good hot breakfast. And my team like the sitting area outside the pool area.

Really couldn’t fault this hotel. Friendly staff throughout, spotless hotel, comfortable really well appointed room, and a very good breakfast included. Oh the pool was not warm, that’s the only mini negative. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was good; we are not super picky. The only unlikeable things were that bath tub was draining super slow, and that there were no pool towels in the area, needing to use the room towels, then they were soaking wet.

Room was cleaned every day even though they said it would be cleaned every other day which was nice. Breakfast was good and fun it changed every day! Everyone was really nice and helpful. The washing machine and dryer took cards which made it easier than trying to get quarters.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was edible with a descent amount of choices. Room was great as well. Very clean smelled good and big enough for a couple nights. Pool was not big but when we went it fit a good 20 kids and they made it work. Worst thing was the swimming area to sit and not get wet is a patio to the side. The chairs in the pic easily get wet. We recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay....It is kinda' hidden - but worth the trip and money. Check-in was easy - the staff was courteous....the breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious. We were very happy with the entire stay. We parked in the back, so to make it easier, we tried to use the back door entrance - but noticed there was an intermittent issue with it opening with the room key. It didn't always work. Overall a great experience.

Our suite was a good size for the price. It was like a small apartment as it had a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plates, glasses, and utensils. However, a lot of small overlooked details bothered us: the refrigerator door opened toward the wall instead of the kitchen area, our tub drain had a clog, and the bathroom wall had coffee or a soda spattered all over it leaving a clear silhouette of the person it was sprayed at ...it made us laugh, but housekeeping shouldn't have left it.

I have stayed her numerous times. Overall it’s been a good stay. However, my room Room 121 had a very strong stinky smell, like a locker room. Was pretty surprised as my past experiences did not have this issue. Maybe time to clean the carpets? Also, the mattress was not comfortable. I hope they do some upgrades as I really like the location & set up of the suites with the kitchen.

Folks were very friendly, breakfast was fine (by hotel free breakfast standards). Room was ok - a little dingy, but the bigge rissue was it was located right next to an entrance, so the sound of guests opening and letting the door slam shut all night was awful.

The room was clean and comfortable and came with a full kitchen that sported burners, a full fridge, and even silverware! I could happily have spent many more nights here without having even to go out and eat. However, there was a restaurant within walking distance. The area was quiet and I did not see any reason to worry about my safety or the safety of my vehicle.

Very comfortable and spacious room, extremely clean and quiet, very friendly staff at the front desk 24/7. Room had a small kitchenette with dishes/silverware/glasses, coffeemaker, toaster, full size fridge, 2-burner cooktop, and even a dishwasher. Living area had a sofa and an easy chair, large-screen TV, and a small dining table with 2 chairs. Bedroom with King Bed and another large-screen TV was separate and included a very large bathroom with a large sink/vanity, and a separate shower/toilet area. This room would be great for a week or more for 1 or 2 people - really the size of a small apartment, and the separate living area really made it feel like a place I was living, not just sleeping in. I could have guests visit and not feel like they were in my bedroom.

I tried to check into this hotel at noon and their policy is to charge people $25 even if the room is ready. I refused to pay the fee and came back after 3 o’clock to check in. This information is not publicly posted anywhere on their website or on the Expedia page. The only reason that I had to stay at the hotel is because I prepaid for the room otherwise I would have left and gone someplace else

Unfortunately, the hotel was full and oversold. Their inventory managment system is terrible. The poor woman at the checkout desk seemed very uncomfortable with the situation, understandably. She called around other hotels for available room. So I had a room at a better Hilton hotel, but i alao had to pay nearly $40 more than i originally planned. I was so tired after a long day and long drive, i juts neded to sleep. The front desk perso at the second hotel was very nice however.

We called about early check in, at the time there wasn't anything but as soon as room became available, we received a call that it was ready. We came over to check in and drop our stuff off. Super friendly staff and very accommodating.

The room & hotel were very nice. However our first room had a broken AC so we had to change rooms the next morning, which was not a big issue. We requested housekeeping on our 4th day, but it was not done. We were offered a $30 credit for the inconvenience, but we never received it. The major issue we had was regarding billing. Booked through Hotels.com so the price was fixed. My hotel bill copy upon checkout was correct except for the $30 credit. However we were charged an additional $195.05. We had additional charges & credits on our Visa card as pending, but they were never actually processed. Hotel claims the $195.05 was credited, but it doesn't appear on my card & was confirmed by Visa. Had to turn the issue over to Visa for resolution, as I wasn't successful trying to resolve directly with the hotel. It's unfortunate because it was a great room & location. We travel to Austin for 5-6 days quarterly & had planned to use this as our primary hotel, but will now look elsewhere.

The manger and staff were amazing. My reservation thru Expedia was for a 2 BEDROOM SUITE, unfortunately Expedia did not communicate that to the hotel and the entire area was sold out. Still waiting on my refund EXPEDIA! The hotel staff was wonderful, i love Homewood suites, but idk about this app anymore

Very cozy hotel with excellent staff and service. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was varied with lots of choices and it was free so that’s always great. There was also free parking and that’s a major highlight here in Austin.

The hotel staff was so nice and friendly. Explained to us the amenities at the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. My sausage patty was hard as a rock and very cold. I'm not sure they were cooked properly. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice.

This place maintains its cleanliness. Check-in is super easy and quick. I love the free breakfast in the morning and although it’s not a huge selection , it’s still good enough especially since it’s free. You have the standard oatmeal, cereal selection, breads and bagels, yogurt, waffle machines, and some variety of eggs, Sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. It’s a great plus that you can always have access to free hot water, decaf or regular coffee all day too (though it may be cold or lukewarm by the evening time unless someone tends to it). It’s quiet and not super crowded and they keep the breakfast area especially clean. There’s always a fantastic lady who constantly wipes down the counters and tends to the breakfast area! I love the space of the separate bedroom from the living area and everything honestly is so well maintained and affordable for a family. It’s right across the highway from the domain too so the location is perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay, Front office staff was very friendly, BUT the only complaints I have is, the toilet was loose from the floor, and the ironing board was broken, and the breakfast has terrible, the hash browns were cold and hard and the chicken sausage was cold, not much of a variety and the staff in the breakfast area were very rude, I asked a question and got a quick snap back from one of the workers. I hope that these issues can be resolved soon. We want to return soon.
