The first room we were given, had stains on the carpet and something smeared along the walls and doors. We requested a different room and it was cleaner, but the toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower drain backed up.

The room was very clean. Staff nice. The building is old so the cracks and holes in the balcony walls need to be repaired and other things updated. Overall nice hotel in a convenient area. I will definitely stay here again

The staff were so nice and helpful. My family and I were sad that the pool was dirty and we were not able to swim which is one of the reasons we booked here.

Breakfast was good, adequate hot items, no complain. Staff were very helpful in making the meal a great experience. Surprised that not many people were eating there as the pricing at 12.95 is great. Carpet in room needs changing. It's so dated that i can't tell if it's clean or dirty. AC plugs need replacement as they are loose. There's a rip in the blackout curtain, letting light in. The furniture is in good shape, and very comfy. The bathroom is clean, and very well stocked. Freeze is quiet and AC is working very well. Noise is very low on the 9th floor, and elevator is fast. Too bad the garbage truck has to come in at 5 ish and making a lot of noise. I ask for a late checkout and they happily assist me with that. Staff is very friendly, at the front desk. It's good to have security patrol everywhere

Ac felt like it was automaticly set at 75 and could not be lowered, uncomfortable considering the weather was over 100. The pillows seemed have had better days, weeks or even months...not a good experience.
