Went for family weekend, the location was great near IH35, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. Close it mopac to get to the Domian, Zilker Park, barton springs. The pool is small but there weren't any ppl in it when we used it. Staff was friendly, the room was clean and in good condition. Will return next time we are in Austin

Elevator looked like it was about to collapse.. The large guy who checked me in did not look or act very friendly. The room itself was decent.. no serious problems. I came here because of the cheap price which was $94/night. The eggs in the breakfast were disgusting, taste like yellow tofu.. the sausage was decent though.

Absolutely amazing stay! This will be our go to in the Austin area from here on out! From the front desk staff to the pool and basketball court- it was all fantastic! They have a basketball you can use to play which my kids were ecstatic about. The gym is small but very well kept. The beds were great. And the breakfast was hot and fresh!

This hotel is in desperate need if a remodel. Key cards don't work on any exterior doors, room lock was falling off and the wirst the coffee machine was broken! A hotel with a continental breakfast and NO coffee!!!

The room was spacious, cute and the bed was cozy. However after my shower I found the wall above the bathroom door covered in black mold. Manager said she would refund my night but it’s been over a week and still nothing despite my calls.

This is an older hotel. Everything is dated in the hotel and the room. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable - we could feel all the springs sticking out. The main bed was comfortable. The shower faucet was falling apart and coming off the wall. It was difficult to turn on the shower due to this issue. The lady who greeted us at the front desk was really nice and welcoming.

It got all the basics right. I only wish they had more 2 bedrooms and there were a few places it showed a need for general remodel, such as door handles that seemed rather old and the hot water in one of the bathtubs didn't have very much pressure.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Quiet Breakfast buffet was average but Coffee was good. Room coffee not so much. No Tv guide and remote didn’t work.No room service menu or way to order.

Overall a good stay. Front desk staff was very friendly . My only complaint is that my room smelled like dog urine. Clearly had a dog in it and didn’t get cleaned up appropriately. Needs new carpet. or, even better, no carpet at all. The full kitchen was great and very spacious room. Would stay here again

Who knew checking in to a hotel could be such a pleasant experience. The wonderful woman who checked us in, I believe her name is Amber, was so sweet, so helpful, and just overall a joy to talk to even if it was briefly. The hotel itself was nice and the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, very clean. My first time writing a review for a hotel too. We were more than satisfied

At the reservation some people were friendly, they did not have keys, the people at the reservation had to open the room door every time they needed to, there was no room service, my stay was 3 days, no one came to clean, that's not what I liked it and not having a room key

Front desk was exceptional and helpful I called a few times to help my brother who was arriving out of state from being on the road driving and they answered all our questions and concerns politely. I booked based off of my experience with the front desk they were all great!!!

multiple homeless people in the parking lot and all around the property. one of them was sleeping inside the hotel. we will never stay here again. very unsafe. my card was authorized twice in total $1230, my whole stay including pet fee and incidentals comes up to around $700. these were pending charges but hotel doesn't have the right the authorize my card additional $500. I requested to speak with a manager, she was in ,and she did not even come to the front desk to explain or apologize. House keeping agents were nice they always smiled. I don't know her name but front desk agent on 4/30 sunday around 8:30 am was so helpful and nice. she was able to add my bonvoy # to my reservation.

Whenever we are in Austin this is the area we prefer to be in. The Residence Inn (Parmer/Tech Ridge) is very nice. The room was clean and the staff was so friendly. There was a issue with the room cards (keys) not working but someone brought us our keys minutes after check in. We will defiantly stay here again.

Great location at I-35 and Parmer. Other Marriott properties within 1 block. Great price for a unit with a full kitchen. New and nicely finished. Hot breakfast is very nice.

It's a great property, the only thing is that you won't see on Expedia is that there is a $100 deposit no matter what, and if you extend your stay you have to pay the deposit again. So pet or no pet there is a deposit and depending on who's at the desk you may or may not be told why you're swiping your card. They also do not handout the bonvoy bags they're just sitting at the desk. Overall personal wise it's a great stay, decent breakfast, not much room so improvise your seating arrangement.
