Vintage Villas Hotel & Events

The property is very clean with very nice views. Cons: No elevators and no eating facilities within the site or even nearby.

Little disappointed that the location stated it offered a bar and pool and neither amenities we're to be found. No front clerk to be found in area. Rather creepy that we had no communication with any staff throughout our stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful when we got on property and checked in. After that we didn't have any more interaction with them. The parking was okay, it was a bit far from the east side villa we stayed in and I'm disabled so that became a bit of an issue. The room was not as luxurious as I thought it would be from the picutres I was able to see online. It did have a fridge and microwave as promised. The coffee maker in the room was big enough for one cup. The bathroom was "okay". The toilet was lower than I'm used too and it the shower was a bit weak. No breakfast onsite. I chose to stay at the Villa because we had some business in the area and it was the closest hotel to where we needed to be. If we were staying at the villa for a wedding, or other event I'm sure it would have been better but staying just for a regular hotel experience I think we would have had a better experience at a regular hotel. What I did enjoy was the wild life, we did see a lot of deer in the area and they literally came up to the door for the entrance of the villa. I liked how quiet it was and not many people around.

Great spot and big rooms. It was close to Oasis which was a great spot for drinks. Wish it had a pool.

This unique beautiful hotel located on a higher elevated property overlooking the Colorado River. The well manicured lawn and gazebo complete the view off of the patio. The hotel decor is a rustic Texas theme with spacious rooms. I believe there are about 40 total rooms and a event center on site, and the staff was super nice. I really like this hotel. What would make me rate this location higher, it's kinda a winding unlut road to get to it. It's a little intimidating at night and if you are unfamiliar. There's also no restaurant on site. But there are restaurants and stores 5-15 minutes from the property or plan to use DoorDash. Other than that, it a beautiful charming hotel with spacious rooms, convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Stayed one night for a weeding nearby. There was a wedding here and I think was nicer than the venue if our friends. Beautiful view of the lake. Room is new and just like pictures and staff was amazing. One tip- google maps took us to the back gate that doesn’t open, so just get to Eck road then drive and it’s easy to spot.

This hotel is exceptional!! It is located at a very quiet area, the receptionist was kind and the views from our room facing the lake which was beautiful! We like the room, and a big bathroom, the towels were clean, they provide the papers cups, we like these services of delicate details which provided us a great experience of staying! BTW, there was a wedding event during our stay, we enjoyed the people around us! Highly recommend this hotel!

What a wonderfully pleasant surprise this place was!! We just needed someplace to stay for the night, quick day trip for business / pleasure. We were looking for something nice, but didn’t need anything fancy and didn’t want to spend a lot. This was very reasonably priced, looked nice enough and it was in the location we needed. When we got there, it was super quaint!! And the view from our room was beautiful!! It’s nothing fancy, but it was extremely comfortably, immaculate, spacious and the people at the front desk couldn’t have been friendlier, more helpful or more down to earth. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

In a quiet secluded area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, over large bathroom , fridge and microwave. large room. Balcony view of Lake Travis. The only downside is no elevators but these are short flights like for example you do 5 steps then there’s a short landing, you turn for another short landing and you’re on the 2nd level. To get to the 3rd level there is one more landing. overall i really enjoyed my stay.

It’s very clean and private, the only issue I had was the smell. It smelled musty or “unused.” A stale smell when things have been stored for awhile. I brought a candle and that made it much better! ;)

We were the only people at the hotel for a two day stay. Our room was at the far end of the building that had no direct view of the lake from the patio and no light bulb in the outside light which was kind of dissappointing considering there were many rooms with views available. When asked why we were put in this room vs. any other available room the hotel offered to change room after 1st night. We were leaving early the next day so decided to just stay in the room we were originally assigned.

The room was very comfortable and clean! I recommend Vintage Villas for a nice romantic getaway for two! I would recommend an upstairs room if you want a better view of the sunset over Hudson Bend.

I honestly wouldn't go back here. It really felt like a waste of money. I paid $200 a night and I really felt like this place was worth maybe $60 a night. It truly was the worst experience at any hotel in my life. This was mine and my husbands first time and Texas, we drove 8 hours to stay here and it was not good by any means. I wish we would have stayed anywhere else but here, even a comfort inn is better. It seems like they tried to take something very cheap and make it seem expensive. The only redeeming thing about this place was the view. Truly a waste of money. But I'll start with the pros: -Beautiful location -Great Views -Big bathtub that's fits 2 people -Double sink Cons: -There was broken glass on my patio, that I stepped on and cut my foot -The light on the patio didn't work and the broken fixture for it was also on the patio -The sharp end of the nails sticking out of the cabinet that held the TV and it cut my husband's arm -No elevator, loud squeaky, old stairs -Drinks at the vending machine are $3 each -Very outdated style -scratchy blankets -Everything feels cheap -Fountain obviously not maintained, it was disgusting and the top didn't work -No cable (seems like an odd con but when you are on a romantic getaway and you want to watch a movie or show in bed and all you have is the news) -The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever used. I don't think I have ever slept in anything more uncomfortable in my entire life. I woke up so sore.

This property is beautiful and relaxing. The views are miraculous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. The soaking bathtub and environment were exactly what I was looking for to help me ground.

I loved it here. Stood here for 5 nights on a business trip and wished I had more time to relax and enjoy it more. Totally worth the drive to and from here while i worked in the city.

Great place very quiet just not close to anything but the 7-11 was a great place for breakfast and coffee.

Beautiful property nestled off a main road down a winding quaint road

It had the most beautiful view of Lake Travis and was so quiet. It was the peaceful weekend getaway we needed. Would definitely go back. If you are looking at this property for an event/wedding. It is Gorgeous!

Stayed for a wedding and it was perfect for that! Not much in the area dining or activity wise but beautiful views and nice property.
